Very much impressed with the experience I had with KBHome. Really stepped up their game. The things that came standard with the house is upgrades with other builders. Their timing on the house build was precise and the management, sales and project managers were always on hand for questions and updates. Highly recommend KBHome!

Since the very beginning at every stage of the process, I’ve communicated any errors or complaints immediately. After any complaints and talking to different associates in different departments, there was always a sense that things would be addressed, however that was never the case. Either things get passed down to different departments or people in charge, but things were never done. The overall construction of the home was very sloppy, tons of mistakes in just about every step. Lots of very obvious mistakes that were just looked past. When finalizing the home purchase, many things were still pending and we had many complaints from the construction of the home itself, delays and even the whole loan process with KB. I spoke with the customer director Don and we advised of all the issues within the home and with the customer experience. We left with a positive hopeful conversation that things would be corrected and rectified, because he was very understanding that our complaints were validated. However, at this point it has been about 5 months since then and only one of the smaller issues has been addressed. Nothing has been rectified. At this point I am very disappointed and would think that a company such as KB would do so much more for their customers and would not want to leave this type of experience for their customers. It seems as though there is no responsibility within the company to make sure things are being done. Someone needs to hold each department accountable to make sure things that are promised to be done actually get done and the customer is not left hanging for over a year. Building a home can be super stressful but choosing a KB home has been one of the best choices we made. Q met and exceeded all expectations and kept us up to date and answered all questions we had during the building process. This is someone that cares beyond of his daily duties at work.

Very professional and a great salesperson

I was able to see the whole process of kb building my home. They even let me choose the lot I wanted. I'm a disabled veteran and I was able to use my GI bill to make this home purchase, and it was actually easy to do. I didn't have to compete with other home buyer for my home. Thank you kb homes for making it possible overall I'm satisfied with my new home. You guys also gave my kids a nice back yard and patio, l love that so much it a perfect spot for grilling and relaxing.

Our experience with KB has been second to none. From the sale rep to the property manager, we have been very pleased with our results thus far. If you are looking for a home KB is the way to go!!

We bought this home near it's completion and we honestly didn't have any issues with the entire home buying process. I would recommend KB Homes to anyone looking for a nice home and great prices along with features.

The sales man was horrible, the title company and closing was horrible. The window washers came and told me they didn't finish and said they'd be back, they haven't come back. I've requested about 3 times now when they're coming back, still not back. After 3 week review I was told the painters would be back, they're still not back also.

Jeff, Daniel , Paula and Belinda turned a frustrating buy into a very good buy due to there professionalism and caring attitude towardsour needs. They completely saved the day when they took over our loan. I"ve never had anything but good things to say about these four individuals.

The process of construction and purchasing the home all through KB was very easy. They always kept me up to data about the weekly progress on the house and was always there to show me around when I wanted to see the progress. KB did an amazing job on my home, and I would definitely do it again.

We are happy to be in our new home. The construction manager has done a great job in responding to our requests with any issues. Although I believe quality materials are used, the work done by laborers is rather sloppy. There seems to be a lack of pride in what is done. We continue to have issues with back yard irrigation and currently we are unable to use our yard, but I am confident that KB will honor their commitments. The repairs are often delayed when having to request from an external company. Overall we are happy with our new home. Thank you KB.

Great Home buying experience with KB. From Eric who took time to show me various homes and keep updated on a weekly basis to Arturo who facilitated the loan process and ensured the closing was smooth to David who kept me informed as to how to take care of my new home as well as check on a regular basis to ensure that all was going well and respond promptly to any concerns that arose, I can’t but to say my experience was and is still fantastic. KB do not just sell you a home. They stay with you during and after the home buying process.

I am a first time new home buyer. The process was made easier being in a team and following the guide lines provided by KB Homes. Everyone in the team is very friendly and helpful. Weekly followup and pictures kept the whole team informed. I appreciate all the support my team gave me during the process.

I definitely love this house and this house is beautiful, perfection.

Kudos to: Ms. Whitaker, Mr. Jackson, Mr. Willis and Sandra (Alamo Title). It was a long build to completion and I felt like I really had to push the last month or so to get a confirmed completion date. Once moved in, there were multi issues with asthetics. Paying more than $300,000 for a home ($700,000 in 30-yrs) I felt like the craftsmanship should have been closer to perfect. We had painters out several times for doors/trim, had our counter tops buffed (scratches/devits), one mirror was scrattched, cracked base boards replaced, etc......

At first things were good until our lot was sold from up under us twice. No notification or idea it had happened until when it was time to get a date for the studio. Then once that was sorted, studio selections were double selected by a neighboring house which caused some reselections without compensation. Once that was figured out, when it came time to close on the house multiple credit checks within a month mixed up identity from loan officer and closing agent and once we got to the final hour KB denied me a loan. It was all too peculiar, like KB didn't want to sell the house to us. But I found a lender outside of KB who was willing to loan us the money and we closed within 2.5 weeks. Something KB couldn't not get done. Now that I'm in the house a few things need to be corrected it's taking time but things are coming together. Very tumultuous and frustrating dealing with KB staff. This is my second KB home in the last 12 years and this experience out ranked the last experience and it was GREAT! Everything was organized and it was a very smooth process. It's easy to work with the employees at KB because you feel that they really care about you and value you. My Loan Officer, Jared, was OMAZING! I have purchased 3 homes in my life and he has by far been the BEST! Very careful, he would keep me updated, incredible Loan Officer!!! He is a great asset to KB Homes.

It has been more than two months since closing, and instead of doing the things we would like to in and on our home, we spend our weekends taking care of workmanship issues. In the last two weekends, we removed and repaired drawer glides in the last cabinet installed in our master bath, and yesterday fought off an ant invasion because there are gaps 1" wide between the siding and the foundation. There's no telling what we're going to find next, so we have set our expectations to zero. We're also redoubling our efforts to find what workmanship issues remain, but it will probably take an entire year to find them all. We have collected a lot of notes, e-mails, and photos, and once we do find all we can in this first year, we intend to write a report we to send to every name we can find at KB Homes about our own unique home-buying experience. ... We were very excited about purchasing our new home, and we were told it would take about 9 months, it turned out that it took about 13 months. We were informed as the months and weeks leading up to closing. We defiantly love our new home and can't wait to make it our own.

Don’t buy from kB! It’s been a nightmare since we got here.workmanship is terrible and repairs are slow and sloppy! Don’t Buy from Kb!

The overall experience was bumpy… we started the process oct 2021 and didn’t close until Dec 2022. Which, in that period of time had no contact with anyone to update on the status of the home process. And, the closing date was moved multiple time. It took me driving by the house everyday from the time the slab was started until it was basically close to completion. Then I started getting updates that weren’t updates, they were pictures from old work. I dove by and walked through the house everyday getting my own updates and seeing progress. The process of getting the loan finalized and necessary paper work done was a breeze, Kim was fantastic. Up to the days getting closer to closing, I feel like a lot of work on the house was getting rushed and quality was going down keeping us from closing in time. Our construction manager was awesome! He did a great job trying to keep everything under control. Closing went smooth, we were told that they would do a one month follow up and come through and touch up paint and fix stuff that needed addressed, that never happened. Fast forward to Jan 23, we developed a water leak in the kitchen above the sink on the ceiling. Called warranty and they were on it. ... More
