It's quiet a great experience on the process of home buying, Once you qualify financially, the building is amazing from start to finish and you can see it step by step within the timeline. The Engineer Supervisor updates us on a weekly basis as far as the progress of the construction. He is always on top of everything and very responsive to any issues that we may have. We are so impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials that the house is highly energy efficient.

My husband and I have been looking for a house for the better part of 2 years. We started building with another company and had a terrible experience. The quality of materials, the customer service, and the overall experience with that company from start to finish was a nightmare. We wound up backing out of that house. We were really nervous about building a home after that, but KB put all of our worries at ease. Buying a home is quite the process. KB did everything on their end to ensure I was satisfied. They assisted with the closing cost and along with HOA fees. I also had a town home I was renting at the time and they assisted with getting that lease settled. Them home has energy save appliances and after being here for a month and getting my first bills it makes a bit of a difference ! I’ve only been here a little over a month and the house was built already so I can’t comment on the building process but so far no issues.
