I had a very positive experience with KB Homes. Scott and Josh were outstanding as my sales consultants. Scott was always very responsive in listening to my concerns and resolving any issues I had. Josh provided great updates on the construction and status of my house with great videos and pictures. Cole my project manager (with the construction) was just amazingly in responding to all my questions from the beginning of the process to the end. He still continues to be a valuable resource and helps me with anything I need from painting touch ups, replacing a broken drawers, etc. I also want to thank Debra with KB studios. My upgrades are perfect and came out better than expected. Thanks to her extraordinary patience and advice I was able to make all the right selections for the interior/exterior design of my house. ... More

Our sales person Anthony was great. Brian from construction was very helpful in getting our home finished Lionel loan officer helped us through tremendously. Underwriting needs a new team with compassion towards homebuyers.

Nice houses in a nice neighborhood

A lot of talk of doing the right thing not not much really being done. Still not finish with stuff promised would be done before closing and more issue keep being found and things falling part.

Good value for all you receive with the home. Would definitely donor again.

The salesman Rey S. made promises that he could not keep. He was at the Title company the day of closing he saw us and never spoke to us. Shows he really cared about us. $$$$$ (NOT)construction date was pushed back Repeatedly( six months)closing was a nightmare (it took 7 hours). I have been in my home 78 days and still have not got a thank you card or anything from sale’s or Kb thanking us for purchasing a home. There are to many people involved in the transactions. If I had not put time, money and effort into this house, I would have walked away. Advice to consumers, do your homework. As all home builders and sales people they are out for the money, they will say what you want to hear to close the deal. ... More

I really enjoyed being able to pick out special finishes with my KB Home. The design studio experience is what sold me on the process. The build process was long but that is understandable when you want things done right. I think the overall product for the cost is a good value, especially for first-time homeowners. I would recommend KB Homes to new homebuyers looking for great value- However, don't expect too high-end of finishes within the home. We wish the carpenters would have been more concerned with the quality of the frames around the doors and baseboards. However, we appreciate the responsiveness of Alvaro to take care of things after we have closed on the house. The real gold star goes to Jared with KBHS Loans for seeing us through the finish line with our home loan process- we had a horrible loan officer for about 6 months and then got transferred to Jared and he made the process much more enjoyable and stress free. ... It was a great experience from beginning through moving into new home, KB Homes made my dream come true of having my own home with affordable price and in prime location, quality of construction is A+ quality. Response to overall queries was very quick, Thankyou KB Homes.

The grass of the house arrived dead and stayed dead. I have several cracks in the walls. The water filter for my house has not yet been delivered

We would like to share with new home buyers if they are interested in purchasing KB Home that they should be very engage and ask lots of questions in regards to the deal of what they are getting in their house, purchase price, upgrades, certain amenities they really do not need in their house and etc.

KB homes did make it possible for my family to get a home. Good team members, excellent customer service. We recommend my friends to KB homes.

Bad construction and repair time.

My home took 14 months to "complete". I'm STILL missing a doorknob, but of the knobs I do have, 3 have randomly fallen off. The ENTIRE upstairs creaks incesantly. There is a crack in my ceiling, 2 doors don't close completely, water pools in the backyard, porch is missing bricks, roof has issues, siding, large space between the cabinet and wall, no caulking in areas, flooring is cut poorly (it doesn't even meet the wall in some areas). In the amount of time it took to complete this house, its shameful to have so many issues. But I digress... I'm actually really sad about thinking about it. The new Superintendent (I think that's his title), Duane is been made aware and is working to rectify issues... I hope he doesn't leave or get moved. He's been helpful. The build was a slow process understandably due to environmental restrictions (COVID). The studio options process was smooth, with the designer's assistance. During the build process, issues were identified but corrected slowly. The quality of workmanship up to the drywall process was great. As the finer details came into install, things started to slip. Tile staining edges were not stained but painted over; floor planks had uneven cuts and pencil marking are left at the corner cuts. Caulking joints were left until after closing. Besides all the finer details on the house, it's a great looking house, and we really enjoy the floor plan/elevation. I've heard of horrible stories of the home building process, but I feel that this is definitely not one of them. I think KB Edgebrook did a good job with my home. ... More

KB financial services need improvements! They need to work on their communication with the customers! It should be a clear path how they work together.
