Our Salesman Tom was outstanding in every phase of the process. The mortgage contact Tom referred me to, gave me solid advice on how to proceed with my purchase. Darin - our construction manager kept us informed, fixed any issues we had and was knowledgeable, responsive and experienced. Orlando, - was the designer who guided us through our selection process and delivered the look and style my wife was seeking. A truly beautiful home! Closing was easy, fast and efficient. I am in love with the flooring throughout the home. It looks very polished, & exceeded my expectations. The backsplash for the kitchen is also my favorite part. The craftsmanship of how it was laid & the color is beautiful!

Sergio and Joshua were very kind and knowledgeable through the whole process. As a first time homeowner/builder they made it easy to understand how the process worked. They made sure my questions were answered and followed up with any concerns that were raised. Overall I had a excellent experience with KB homes, and would recommend them to my friends and family.

From sale to construction Kbhome team is a winner. Location/location/location. Floor plan and customization is what sold me. Lemont is the best and got it done. The Studio tour and upgrades was exciting and Sarah was super. Tammy helped so much with the loan process. Constr Mgr's addressed questions and small issues(paint/HVAC(loud by bedroom window). Traffic in and out could be an issue in future as other home builders build, there is only one 4 way 2 lane intersection in and out and can be a little issue. As a veteran first time home buyer pleased with the results.

For the most part, I'm not expecting much but prefer to observe a team's efforts and then be deeply appreciative when it's a winning situation. The KB construction team, sales team, etc. (save for Amanda H) were absolutely phenomenal in assisting me in my endeavors towards home ownership. They each worked diligently with me to bring this to fruition despite some unique and personal challenges. I'd like to thank specifically Garrett F, Cody ?, LeMonte A, Ian C., Meghan Z., and Giovanni ? for a job well done. This home is amazing and I am truly grateful to have purchased from KB Homes.

The experience of building our home was much easier than I thought it would be considering it was all online. The final home was finished when promised and we were very happy with the end result
