First time home buyer with KB Homes. Good quality homes for the popular developing area. The responsiveness to issues needs some attention; especially when assigned to contractor for repairs.

Everyone went above and beyond answering questions and repairing items that were of concern. Thank you so much to the construction team for being available when needed and easing our worries and stress levels.

First of all I send kudos to Frankie and Lionel, my loan mortgage team. Amid the rising internet rates I was still able to lock in a 15 year mortgage below the average rate available at closing time. Tommy, the Willow View construction manager, was fantastic! He responded very quickly to any move-in issues. They are an awesome team!

Although there was a few hiccups during the build it’s been a great experience and I am happy with my home purchase

Caesar and Mario were fantastic. This is our 3rd new build and KB has been amazing to work with from start to finish.

Good houses. Good designs out and inside some issues but nothing crazy, price little bit high but is what it is. Good people they explained step by step all.

We love the home. Minor setbacks during the process. But final product was worth it.

KB Homes like any other builder is not perfect, so I'd always recommend hiring a 3rd party inspector pre-drywall and for closing. That being said, as long as you stay on top of items with the Construction team, you should have no problems and will be happy you chose KB.

If I was to build another home, it would be with KB.

There was some confusion on the reservation of the lot, but it was fixed. Minor adjustments and fixes needed to the property after move-in. Overall great experience.

Pay very close attention to what upgrades you get with reguard to making sure they are put down on paper exactly as you want them. The studio has a habit of messing things up.

KB Homes showed a greater commitment to meet our needs than any other builder we met with. Very Happy. Donna was the best!

Make sure you get the correct closing date, before you start transferring your Utilities and storage and the rent apartments that you are in at the time

The house was built very quickly and all issues that we had with it was fixed promptly after we moved in. I would recommend KB homes to whoever is trying to build a new home. Their neighborhoods always have the best exterior designs. Don’t believe me? Go to the closest one near you and take a look. You may end up wanting to look inside as well.

Kb homes are beautiful, very affordable, and modernize. We are happy that we bought a home with Kb and we are enjoying our new home built from scratch.

The sales team is amazing! We worked Bailey and she was so attentive to our needs. Because of her I would buy another KB home. Our house is beautiful and we are happy with it. Scheduling for fixes during our 30-day warranty check in has been a struggle and there needs to be some improvement there. All-in-all we have been happy.

Easy to work with and they always listened to our concerns

while we bought a model home, when we moved in there were a few issues and the team was quick to not only fix every issue. They did another complete walk through the house and made several other notes on minor issues and were quick to fix them all, even though we said it was ok.

Need supervision during and after work done during construction.

Sales team did a good job. Superintendent/warranty did/are doing a great job with responsiveness and ensuring mishaps are corrected/fixed in a timely manner.

Working with a good sales team and a Great Project manager (Kullen) will help with your home building experience, you want someone that will contact you on a weekly bases to give you an update on your home. Have a team that will understand how stressful this process will be, and they show you patience at all time.
