The entire team from my Sales Staff from the very beginning to end , Construction with constant updates and pictures because we were hundreds of miles away. They kept me in the loop of any changes and improvements. Also my lender how was amazing helping me through all the steps being a first time home buyer. He answered all my questions anytime of the day!

Our contractor was/is amazing. The title company KB homes uses is horrible and I'd say choose your own but the house and the contractor is what truly sold us.

The whole KB team from Lionel in the loan department, to Warren in sales, to Steve and Dalton in construction, worked together to build our final retirement home. Everyone involved made this 9 month journey as rewarding and stress free as possible. Thanks to the entire team for a beautiful and well constructed home we'll enjoy for many years to come.

All the people we worked with were phenomenal! Jordan was great, Lionel was awesome, and Mario is still following up with me in the house even after the closing, which is amazing!

The experience that I have with KBH was great from beginning to end. The internal and external staff were always quick to answer my many questions to my understanding. Staff at the Construction site was very detailed in explaining the building process every step of the way. So new home buyers can feel comfortable and at ease with the entire experience knowing that they can ask questions and receive the answers they are looking for.

Amy from studio was great helping me choosing the colors and the correct items , Adrian contractor maneger was awesome listening to me and answering all my questions and keeping me post throughout the whole building process . Priseyla is the best helping with the whole bank process. Without this five stars awesome team my dream would not come true the way it did , thanks KBHOMES for this awesome team!!! They really make it easier!!!

Sales rep Robbie was friendly and kept us up to date with phone calls, emails and pictures. Construction Bill went out of his way to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
