All was good before signing the house agreement but after that we were all lost no one reached out to see what is pending with house touch up works. We are really sad about it I hope they can improve the following with new home buyer at least till first month

KB is Great! Words to the wise: 1) Get your own inspector because KB’s sucks and you will be just stuck. 2) Ensure that your house is 100% complete before buying. They will try to pressure you to close before task are done but once you buy they drag their feet and projects WONT get fully completed. 3) Get the integrated water system. Those of us who have to spend 3 hours watering a day are really regretting our lives 4) Ensure that you get the exact color codes for paint through Sherwin Williams. Just trust me you’ll need it.

IN SHORT, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND KB AS A BUILDER. POOR QUALITY OVERALL IN EVERY AREA.

There was some confusion on the reservation of the lot, but it was fixed. Minor adjustments and fixes needed to the property after move-in. Overall great experience.

The reasons for my low scores are the finish quality of the house, the last sales rep experience, not being able to do a change order, and the lack of response to finish with the remaining issues with the house after living in the home for almost two months now. The lender experience was the best part; working with Lionel was truly helpful. The studio was also fun, and the only downside was not being able to make a change request even though it took over a year for the house to be done. The biggest issues I had were with my sales rep and the complete quality of the home. I had three different sales reps, and the last one was the worse. Joshua was never on the same page with the construction manager and didn't provide any updates for me. I had to reach out on my own. The completion date kept getting pushed back, and I needed to sign on the house to not lose my rate without the house being done. I was ok with that; only once that happened, I wasn't able to do a walk-through, and there were still many issues with the house after being in the house for almost two months. The construction manager Tony was at first responsive, but once the survey results came through and after a month, he ghosted me. The new customer service rep has come through to see what needs to be done but has yet to send anyone on the team to finish the painting, finish my cabinets, chalking, etc. I'm glad I did a separate inspection because I had leaking issues, the heater wasn't working, the main bathroom was clogged with construction debris, and a lot of other things that they pointed out for me. ... There was a rush to get the closing done without completing all repairs found during the inspection. As a result several are still not repaired 1 month later including a non-working kitchen sink drain which was plugged with construction debris. Does not appear to be an priority placed on getting the repairs since the house has been closed on

Long build time but Bailey kept us up to date. Juan has been very helpful and has stayed in communication with me.

Had a very great experience from looking at my home, the contact during the completion of construction to closing & the follow-up after I moved into my home.

Finance management was great, was able to get me the best or lowest percentage interest rate and all the rest of the crew was real friendly making it a easy process

To many issues w house that you wouldn’t think you’d have. After all it is a new home. Paint job is terrible! We got an “upgraded door,” all they did was pain it black!!!

The timely response is a little slow.

Quality of workmanship and responsiveness to issues were poor

Pay very close attention to what upgrades you get with reguard to making sure they are put down on paper exactly as you want them. The studio has a habit of messing things up.

Make sure you view construction carefully. A lot of issues still with house. Some areas are not even. It’s been a month and still trying to fix issues.

Overall a great experience. It’s a process and there will be mistakes but you have to roll with the punches and in the end it’s all taken care of!

KB Contractors doing poor workmanship. AS Stated Before K-Mark Quality Parts stated as Upgrade quality. KB Only Cares about the Rating not resolving the issues THREE STARS bordering on 2

KB Homes showed a greater commitment to meet our needs than any other builder we met with. Very Happy. Donna was the best!

The excellent quality of customer service I received. It felt like I was dealing with a friend, I never felt any uneasiness only excitement and joy for the finish product.

Make sure the home is 100% complete before you move in because it can take weeks before they address the issues that the house may have. Some of the closets did not have rods to hang our clothes and the first day we moved in the central had a leak and was not cooling the house and etc.

Having a house built is painful right now due to the lack of supplies. Having said that, I had many questions and concerns throughout the process of my construction. I was given multiple points of contact and each person had quick response time with precise answers every time.

Overall excellent and smooth buying experience

We got our house eventually for a reasonable price and many things are decent. But to be a little more critical, that's what people want, right? A lot of the processes weren't working out for them whether it's financial aspect, construction, communication (with delays regarding covid material shortage and "labor shortage"), the quality of work, etc.

As a first time homebuyer, I was looking forward to the experience but was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. For the most part, the initial process was fine, however, after deciding to utilize another lender the process seemed to deteriorate. The closing date changed a few times and seemed rushed and pressured while the house was nowhere near ready. After closing and signing the closing documents, it was days before I received the keys as utilized a different lender (not KB).
