Pay very close attention to what upgrades you get with reguard to making sure they are put down on paper exactly as you want them. The studio has a habit of messing things up.

The house was built very quickly and all issues that we had with it was fixed promptly after we moved in. I would recommend KB homes to whoever is trying to build a new home. Their neighborhoods always have the best exterior designs. Don’t believe me? Go to the closest one near you and take a look. You may end up wanting to look inside as well.

Kb homes are beautiful, very affordable, and modernize. We are happy that we bought a home with Kb and we are enjoying our new home built from scratch.

The sales team is amazing! We worked Bailey and she was so attentive to our needs. Because of her I would buy another KB home. Our house is beautiful and we are happy with it. Scheduling for fixes during our 30-day warranty check in has been a struggle and there needs to be some improvement there. All-in-all we have been happy.

working with my construction manager gave me a sense of comfort that my home would be everything I wanted. I appreciate the Construction Manager who kept me abreast of every detail of the build.

while we bought a model home, when we moved in there were a few issues and the team was quick to not only fix every issue. They did another complete walk through the house and made several other notes on minor issues and were quick to fix them all, even though we said it was ok.

Sales team did a good job. Superintendent/warranty did/are doing a great job with responsiveness and ensuring mishaps are corrected/fixed in a timely manner.

Working with a good sales team and a Great Project manager (Kullen) will help with your home building experience, you want someone that will contact you on a weekly bases to give you an update on your home. Have a team that will understand how stressful this process will be, and they show you patience at all time.

Customer service was and continues to be incredible! Everyone is responsive, helpful and friendly. Even after closing I can reach out to David my salesman, Ena in the design studio and of course Joey and I always get a quick response. The entire experience has been great!

The buying process was great!

LeMonte, Cody, Ena, JoAnn, and Mike all played instrumental roles with us deciding to purchase and build our first home. The KB Team helped us apply, plan, and build while we were still stationed in CA. We were very nervous throughout the whole process, once we made it back to Tx we were able to see our home on a daily basis until completion. We are very pleased and happy with our home and will recommend KB Home to family and friends.

Very responsive and helpful through out our experience.

As a first time home buyer the experience was easy. The foreman was responsive to my complaints/questions as well as the salesperson. The studio was an easy and smooth experience. As a prior construction worker, some things stood out to me. The structure of the home is solid, the finishing not so much. There were missing paint spots, short cut baseboards that were filled with caulk, mismatched door trim, extra caulk left in the corners where it should have been smoothed out, painters closed doors before paint was dry, etc. The backyard was not leveled properly which caused all the neighbors water to drain and stay stagnant in our yard. This killed our tree and grass. All of these items can be fixed, and the foreman made sure they were fixed. If you are looking for an absolutely perfect house to move into, ensure you have given yourself at least a week or more beyond the forecasted closing date for the builder to fix these problems. The one thing I have suggested to KB is the need for a quality assurance rep to walk the home before the customer does the final walkthrough. I feel this would mitigate customer findings and expedite the closing process. I did have an inspector walk the home, he did not point out the finishing issues I have mentioned. Awesome service, quiet neighborhood, and an amazing lake view. I love the house and i recommend it.

The staff at kb home was great. The only concern I had was some issue with home that look like some items seem to be cheap or not install correctly.

KB built me a beautiful house for a good price. Other builders may be more expensive and have more “add-one” included, but in the end the value and quality was top notch. Another thing, the project management team was excellent in providing a true boots in the ground status regardless of what headquarters was projecting and bevel led me to believe something false.

Experience over all was ok. It took almost 1 month to close after the house was move in ready.
