The options on upgrades

Working with a good sales team and a Great Project manager (Kullen) will help with your home building experience, you want someone that will contact you on a weekly bases to give you an update on your home. Have a team that will understand how stressful this process will be, and they show you patience at all time.

It has been long but over all I'm content. I just wish they responded faster to issues

If it was up to KB Homes we wouldn't be having this review, because they denied us. Thanks be to our God and his excellent greatness we went with another lender (Directions Home Loans) and got approved. We were advised that KB even questioned them for approving us. With the building my wife and I came by almost every weekend Saturday or Sunday after church or both. We watched houses being worked on and no one working on ours. We saw houses that came up after ours and get driveways poured before us. It seemed as if that didn't care or just get this over with type work ethic. We had a few projected move in dates but when we did get in the builder promised to make it all right and he has been true to his word. It's been over a month and every week contractors have been in and out repainting, replaced broke windows, realine crooked cabinets, repair damaged walls and door frames, fixtures etc.. Clean spills on carpet and floors, replace chipped and missing brick, waiting on back ordered parts... Things we picked out to go in the house; something's, what you see is not what you get! But they don't tell you until you question the builder where is this or that and they tell you it doesn't come like what they showed you. I bad part of it all is, this is suppose to be a exciting and joyous occacion, though they can't take away the joy and fact of God blessing us with the house, when I look at my wife's face and I don't see the glo, joy, excitement etc., but discuss, frustration, disappointment, that's what hurts the most! KB home is so truly excellent service to us, frequently awesomely communicate with us, provides our needs and meet our fully satisfied of our dream home. The sale counselor/ the construction manager/assistant, the studio design staff /the loan officers and construction workers are extremely awesome and trustworthy. We are very blessed to have our forever home that we love it so much and won’t sell it until the day we die! Especially to our sale counselor and loan officers that they believed in us for having a chance to get our sweet home!!! Worked with me to get me in my home as soon as possible and kept me informed when I was away from Texas.

Customer service was and continues to be incredible! Everyone is responsive, helpful and friendly. Even after closing I can reach out to David my salesman, Ena in the design studio and of course Joey and I always get a quick response. The entire experience has been great!

Definitely go through KB Home for an amazing experience and a beautiful home that's worth it all

Excellent attention from the loan officer and the VP throughout the process solving doubts and looking for the as if, unfortunately, a great area of ​​opportunity with the seller, construction and customer service, will improve.

KB home has balance of $500 with me for 60 days Early Money and No return. Why??? Any body not know. The customer service never give solution. The vender same way.

All issues to date have been resolved or are scheduled to be, within a timely manner.

KB home construction facilitated an fully transparent construction phase to close out with me. Garrett was always replied to my texts and calls promptly. He made himself readily available to discuss my concerns and answer my questions , even to meet me on the home construction site to explain the construction process and facilitate solutions to my concerns.

KB has good employees and responds to your concerns immediately. And the house is beautiful.

Wait at least 2 or 3 months before moving in, do not sign walk thru papers until everything is fixed first. If you have money TELL them you or someone else will paint the house because the paint they use is cheap and most of the painter's don't know how to paint and get it all over the floor. Use a simple square and tape measure because the guys that slammed it together DIDN'T.

Rick has been amazing.

The project manager/superintendent was very helpful. He addressed questions and responded to our concerns in a timely and thorough manner. He is always professional and brings a realistic perspective to his role supporting clients.

Customer service was nice and friendly. We weren’t given the options to upgrade anything. We were given a 30 minute notice to close on the house. There are things that are still broken that were brought up in the walk through. Trimming on the house is peeling off the walls. The back and front yards are nice and big.

Overall, we were/are satisfied with KB Home and love our new house. Most issues were as a result of the COVID pandemic and the supply/demand of the materials. Other than that, our experience was great.

Sales Team is amazing...the Mortgage Team is amazing.
