All the process was great, the whole team was excellent specially Joey he is the best builder manager ever, very responsive, professional and very patient

Make sure you get the correct closing date, before you start transferring your Utilities and storage and the rent apartments that you are in at the time

The sales team is amazing! We worked Bailey and she was so attentive to our needs. Because of her I would buy another KB home. Our house is beautiful and we are happy with it. Scheduling for fixes during our 30-day warranty check in has been a struggle and there needs to be some improvement there. All-in-all we have been happy.

working with my construction manager gave me a sense of comfort that my home would be everything I wanted. I appreciate the Construction Manager who kept me abreast of every detail of the build.

As a first time home buyer the experience was easy. The foreman was responsive to my complaints/questions as well as the salesperson. The studio was an easy and smooth experience. As a prior construction worker, some things stood out to me. The structure of the home is solid, the finishing not so much. There were missing paint spots, short cut baseboards that were filled with caulk, mismatched door trim, extra caulk left in the corners where it should have been smoothed out, painters closed doors before paint was dry, etc. The backyard was not leveled properly which caused all the neighbors water to drain and stay stagnant in our yard. This killed our tree and grass. All of these items can be fixed, and the foreman made sure they were fixed. If you are looking for an absolutely perfect house to move into, ensure you have given yourself at least a week or more beyond the forecasted closing date for the builder to fix these problems. The one thing I have suggested to KB is the need for a quality assurance rep to walk the home before the customer does the final walkthrough. I feel this would mitigate customer findings and expedite the closing process. I did have an inspector walk the home, he did not point out the finishing issues I have mentioned. Everything has been great thus far just have a few minor complaints but nothing serious. The house has definitely been worth buying and I have also recommended some people to do the same.

Home buying experience was great! The house is great!

After moving in, I honestly won’t buy another house through kb. I find that they are a very cheap company. With materials. We paid a decent amount of many for this house and we had to get the bare minimum. For certain things shouldn’t have been counted as an upgrade and others is just common sense to do. We are stuck in this house so eventually we will do for our self and what should have been done to begin with. I will say that the workers are nice, and I liked the fact that they helped with lying down payment ext. but if I could go back, I’d be looking else where.

Love the house! Had few minor problems that were resolved ASAP. The contractor help a lot. Constantly stayed in contact and answered all question asked. Overall Experience was great!

The craftsmanship from the contractors are very subpar painting was terrible more paint on floor than on walls cleaning crew did terrible job brick work had huge gaps in brick finally got repaired flooring very cheap chips way to easy need to have all replaced

You get a lot for the money. Details and craftsmanship are completely missing.

The grass of the house arrived dead and stayed dead. I have several cracks in the walls. The water filter for my house has not yet been delivered

Winn & Juan V were fantastic! Easy buying process through Winn. Juan made sure the build was completed correctly and on time! Both men were extremely professional. Only issue we ran into was with funding... I would advise using an outside lender instead of KB (sorry not sorry).

Communication in the beginning could have been a little better, however, overall I feel I made a good decision. I love my new home.

KB was easy to work with and answered every concern we had.

We were very excited about purchasing our new home, and we were told it would take about 9 months, it turned out that it took about 13 months. We were informed as the months and weeks leading up to closing. We defiantly love our new home and can't wait to make it our own.
