The team here has been wonderful. Darin and Genesis have always responded quickly and appropriately. The on-site crews are courteous and respectful. My home is my dream. I appreciate all the help I have received in getting my home move in ready and the help I continue to receive after move in. I feel safe and happy in my new home. As a first time home buyer the experience was easy. The foreman was responsive to my complaints/questions as well as the salesperson. The studio was an easy and smooth experience. As a prior construction worker, some things stood out to me. The structure of the home is solid, the finishing not so much. There were missing paint spots, short cut baseboards that were filled with caulk, mismatched door trim, extra caulk left in the corners where it should have been smoothed out, painters closed doors before paint was dry, etc. The backyard was not leveled properly which caused all the neighbors water to drain and stay stagnant in our yard. This killed our tree and grass. All of these items can be fixed, and the foreman made sure they were fixed. If you are looking for an absolutely perfect house to move into, ensure you have given yourself at least a week or more beyond the forecasted closing date for the builder to fix these problems. The one thing I have suggested to KB is the need for a quality assurance rep to walk the home before the customer does the final walkthrough. I feel this would mitigate customer findings and expedite the closing process. I did have an inspector walk the home, he did not point out the finishing issues I have mentioned. After all we been through in 2020 with the covid issue,then the winter freeze they still push through on there promise to deliver.thanks to them all.

Quadruple check your brick when it gets delivered, colors do not match studio. Double check all electrical. We had a plug that wasn’t even wired. Double check with your local paint store for the paint first. Our whole house is painted with paint they do not produce anymore. Therefore to fix a scratch. I have to paint the whole wall. Color can be matched. But paints are vastly different. Takes longer than they say it’ll take. Just add a few months. If they say June. Expect august/September. We were pushed back 3 months from our original date.

Tiresome process with great results.

Our construction superintendent Cole was very responsive, professional and continuously went above and beyond to address our concerns.

In general, the experience with you has been relatively regular. I think it could improve if you pay more attention to the reports that are made to the construction personnel, since they do not resolve the damage reported in a suitable time. The quality control of the people who make the house is bad since they have to do the same repair more than twice. There is no website where I can make my damage report and I only depend on the construction superintendent answering my call and scheduling my repair within two three weeks.

Overall the sale manager was the best experience; but as a customer we didn’t have the option to change certain aspects of the house to make the overall experience rememberable. Experience was overall basically you buy as is; which was unsatisfactory

Process went really well specially with construction manager.

We had a great experience, everyone was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure to explain and show us everything along the way and have gone above and beyond with everything.

KB Homes goes the extra mile to ensure every home buyer is well taken care of.

KB personal are professional and issues are fixed in a timely manor. Only complaint is the number of cosmetic issues the home owner is left to fix and lack of attention to detail. Overall would recommend. Wish the options seen in the model home were offered during build. Large amount of poles, boxes, and in ground panels will need creative landscaping to cover in the front yard, could've at least been placed in a straight line not scattered. Beautiful exterior and Floorplan. Left with a few projects to fix rushed work on the inside but nothing that has caused major issues.

The entire process was smooth and easy going. Setting up appointments and even late night phone calls were available to myself and my wife per our work schedule.
