We had an amazing experience purchasing our home with KB Homes! The process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to our incredible team who guided us every step of the way. As first-time homebuyers, we truly appreciated their expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail. KB Homes is definitely one of the best builders out there, and we couldn’t be happier with our new home!

This was an extremely easy home purchase. Everyone worked hard to get me into a new home in about six weeks from my initial phone call. Great Job KB.

Be careful when purchasing in this community. Many of our issues that were blue taped before closing went ignored and are still getting “fixed” 3+ months later. Lack of communication from building manager and lack of quality control. This is not our first home, nor our first KB Home, but the quality and craftsmanship has gone down. Disappointed for sure.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, from the sales team to the design studio to the construction team. We received updates throughout the process and even after we moved in the team continued to follow up to make sure everything was seamless. You hear a lot of horror stories about home buying and building this day in age and I'm pleased to say we experienced none of that. Shout out to Mike and Justin, they have been great throughout the entire process.

KB homes sales people were honest and trustworthy and gave quick answers to all of my questions

Joshua was the greatest salesman keeping us in the loop. Juan and Susan have been totally helpful and still are. Great job guys

Joe and Josh were very helpful along the way. Always there whenever a question came up and after closing josh has followed up to make sure everything has been ok.

Be sure to research the area your community is being or was built on. Get third party inspections cause the KB construction workers don’t take pride in there work. Keep a list of every repair and how long KB takes to fix it. Tiles started cracking in the second day of moving in the house. I been living here two months now and there are cracks all over the floors and walls in the house, not to mention varies other build issues. The construction manager will submit repair request for the first 45 days after you move in but after that good luck on getting anyone to come repair things. I currently got blue tape all over my walls, unpainted areas, and cracked tiles to name a few things while I wait for KB to give me a date in when the repairs will take place. I can’t even decorate for the holidays cause I will have to move it all when the repair guys come over. Go with a different builder if you have not already signed the contract ... More

Contractor was good and made closing easier

The buying experience has been terrible. The loan office staff was fantastic. However, I would not consider anything else good. The workmanship was terrible and the materials are beyond cheap. Repairs take forever to get done, if they get done at all, and are often done incorrectly again. Responses from the pm were slow or didn’t occur unless we called people higher up or from other departments. They literally stuffed paper towels into the crevices between the mortar and siding and then put the sealant over it in hopes we wouldn’t notice, which we have pictures of. That is a huge fire hazard and most definitely not up to code. There were multiple other issues and we will absolutely never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone else. ... More

From the beginning to the end, I had no complaints. Everyone involved in this process was always available to answer questions or concerns. Everything went smoothly. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Great job KB Home!

From our initial meeting with our salesperson, Don, to the Design Studio rep, to the Construction Superintendents, Gary and Mike, to the closing with Alamo Title, it was an enjoyable and exciting journey. We are so pleased with the personal attention and quality of workmanship.

Everything was great and awesome

The house itself is beautiful and located in a great area. The quality of workmanship is decent, though the contractors sometimes leave much to be desired. Overall, we are grateful for the finished product and have enjoyed living here. However, after some time, we've noticed that certain shortcuts were taken during construction. It's important to be aware that while you'll get good value for your money, the building process tends to move quickly, and some corners may be cut by the builders.

I would like to highlight the following staff to express my heartfelt appreciation for the excellent service they provided to me during my recent purchase of my new home. Their dedication and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction were truly remarkable and I wanted to thank them for their outstanding work. For their attention detail and willingness to go above and beyond to help me were exceptional! Brian David Joey and his entire construction staff to include painting, plumbing, AC, yard, electricity, etc. Thank you once again for your excellent service.

It was pretty seamless for the most part. At a certain point in time, my on-site sales rep had been moved and there was no follow-up or redirect to a different rep who was still at the community. We kind of struggled on that aspect for a little as our only point of contact became either our Loan Officer , Tammy, who Was AMAZING, or Tony our project manager. Some questions felt like they needed to be directed to someone not even stationed at the property site any longer, and also having that sales rep presence would have helped with applying follow up to requests or inquiries made to the construction team and creating a sense of urgency to a necessary degree. In that sense there was a shortcoming from KB to not facilitate that process more seamlessly. Also, my cousin got a house down the street and was welcomed with a blanket and KB home box of other goods, we did not get so much care. Could really care less about that- however it goes back to the principle of the issue of not providing that same level of customer service and relations that we initially received and expected through out. As far as quality, every aspect has a human touch so nothing could really be perfect, however it did bother us that our studs, walls, and trusses were all framed after really heavy rain and thus made all boards muddy. Something we still see on exposed members in the garage and in the attic as well. ... More

Experience not great, but had no choice of backing out sale.

My experience with KB Home was pleasant with the builders the Realtor, the whole KB team was great. The experience was done in a timely manner and responses were done quickly. I would definitely recommend KB to my family and friends.
