Finance art went above and beyond. Construction manager Dalton and Scott were always available and keep us informed of everything going on. The house is gorgeous and everything we wanted thank y'all for making this a great experience.

I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience. From the very first time visiting the KB sales office, my loan team to construction team it was a fantastic experience. If I was rating my experience on a scale of 1 to 10 , I would give my experience a 15. Thank you KB homes.

From the start when we meet with Jourdan to look at a couple of properties and finding the move in ready home that we eventually purchased to the when Arturo was by our side all the way to the end at closing. It was an exciting experience to get into a home that we had been searching for We were surrounded by a great team and they made sure we were enjoying the process as much as possible and with the least amount of stress that comes with such a big purchase like a new home

Genesis was great from the start ! Walking us through the house and provided so much info answering all our questions before we even asked. Juan our project manager was wonderful as well! Went into detail and truly took his time explaining things as we were first time homeowners and unsure about so many things.

Everyone involved with our build made our experience so easy and smooth. We have enjoyed our home and have gotten so many compliments. Tom, Darin, Susanne, and everyone on the design team were amazing! They are one call away even after our close for all of the questions I have or help I need. 10/10 team and company!

From the beginning through the end, the process was very easy. The seller was very nice and share all the information that I was needed. The quality of the home is outstanding. Joey, the Construction Manager was always communicating and offering his help in any aspect of the home. I truly recommend KB homes for anyone who wants to buy their dream home.

The staff at KB HOMES were very helpful and polite. They understood that this was our first time in purchasing a home and explained the process and process. They went out of their way to help us understand all the paperwork that was to be signed. After a couple of months our dream of owning a home became reality. Great experience with the builder! His level of professionalism was nothing but amazing! He was very upfront and telling. On the loan process side of things was not so great!

We had a great experience building with KB. The process was explained to us thoroughly by the sales rep and we were able to get everything we wanted in our budget from the design studio. The building process went faster than expected and our project manager kept us updated weekly. I would definitely recommend building with KB!

This was our first experience with KB and we couldn’t be happier. The floor plan we wanted was being discontinued but luckily our sales rep Rey was able to find it in a couple of communities. He was extremely patient, met us at several communities and also sent pictures/videos of the homes. It’s a big decision to pick a builder and having someone like Rey as the first person you deal with was great. We looked at 4 models and decided on the one that best suited our needs. We then moved on to the purchasing portion with KB. From the time we decided on a home to closing was about 30 days. We were extremely satisfied with Jared and his assistance with the process and his following up with us. Of course there were items that needed to be addressed from our private inspector and from our walk through. Tommy was phenomenal with following up and addressing each deficiency. He was always quick to respond and had a lot of patience. I know he has a lot of responsibilities, but he always found time to answer questions and make us feel like valued customers. He is a great asset to the company. Overall, everyone that we dealt with at KB in San Antonio has been great. I had good experience with purchasing a home from KB Homes. My sales rep Mo was very knowledgeable of the community's I was interested in, and he was flexible on meeting times. He also did a great job explaining the kb hone buying process and there current discounts. My mortgage loan Originator Jason was very helpful. I explained to him what kind of loan I wanted, how much I wanted to put down and he did everything to make sure I was able to get what I asked for. The construction manager Alvaro did a great job of walking me through the house, explaining all of the options included, going through the warranties. He also fixed every issue that the home inspector found and minor cosmetics item I found with no issues.
