We could have been provided a lot more detail about the buying process and what actions were expected of us and your company. In the end, it all worked out for the better and we're very happy about our purchase. As with anything, there were serious glitches throughout the buying procedure and final purchase. Some of those glitches caused extra expenditures by us and delayed closing, considerably. We weren't happy when that happened and, at some times, wished we could cancel the purchase completely. But, we didn't do that and we completed the process and feel it was the right thing to do.

It took time to finished the house. (Signed the contract April 2022 and closed June 30, 2023). I was told that someone will come or call to follow up 30 days after I occupied the property. So far nobody showed up and got no phone call. I emailed the warranty services but got no response yet. Overall though I like KB homes, you can personalize your own design along with their own design team.

I had a overall pleasant experience with KB

I really enjoyed being able to pick out special finishes with my KB Home. The design studio experience is what sold me on the process. The build process was long but that is understandable when you want things done right. I think the overall product for the cost is a good value, especially for first-time homeowners. I would recommend KB Homes to new homebuyers looking for great value- However, don't expect too high-end of finishes within the home. We wish the carpenters would have been more concerned with the quality of the frames around the doors and baseboards. However, we appreciate the responsiveness of Alvaro to take care of things after we have closed on the house. The real gold star goes to Jared with KBHS Loans for seeing us through the finish line with our home loan process- we had a horrible loan officer for about 6 months and then got transferred to Jared and he made the process much more enjoyable and stress free. ... Great customization options for your home! The construction crew are great and very responsive and helpful. Just wish we would have started new build before rate hikes. Very pleased with our new home. It was a long process with ups and downs but glad we proceeded.

Just your typical new low budget but high price tag new construction builder. Corners were cut in order to get to next house. It appears that some processes were done by unskilled workers because the end result looks unfinished unprofessionally done. Overall decent house but could have been better considering the price.

Everything was relatively smooth. We thought that everything would be perfect and there are some flaws but that is to be expected. Overall experience 8 out of 10 just because we were in contract for so long with so many delays that wasn’t really communicated in the best way

The builder is very good when you check each stages of the building process in your house, if you forget anything you paid for during upgrades you will not get it in your house as they have so many houses they are building at the same time. Overall if you let them know what you paid for, you will get it in your house.

David was very good. He explained and walked through the process with us every step of the way.

The lack of preparation and completion of the house at closing. KB offering money at closing to meet or boost quarterly numbers is not really a good approach when trying to deliver a quality product.

I strongly recommend home buyers to hire a third party inspector at least for the frame walk and final inspection.

KB personal are professional and issues are fixed in a timely manor. Only complaint is the number of cosmetic issues the home owner is left to fix and lack of attention to detail. Overall would recommend. Wish the options seen in the model home were offered during build. Large amount of poles, boxes, and in ground panels will need creative landscaping to cover in the front yard, could've at least been placed in a straight line not scattered. Beautiful exterior and Floorplan. Left with a few projects to fix rushed work on the inside but nothing that has caused major issues.

Paid attention more in the construction.

Our Salesman, Scott and our Contractor, Steve, were/are perfect examples of what it takes to walk you through your project and do what it takes to do it right...give the best customer service possible. There were a couple others that did or said things that almost made us walk away. But, because of these two men, we are in our KB Home and we are enjoying our Home. Even now, after 1 1/2 months, our contractor, Steve, is following up on issues to make sure everything the way things are supposed to be.
