After the purchase of my home was completed, the issues that were remaining to be resolved have still not been resolved fully and it’s been 3 1/2 months. I can’t get anybody to respond to my messages even though they told me they will stay connected with me for six months and that they won’t forget me just because the purchase is completed. I have learned that that is not true

Everything has been great thus far just have a few minor complaints but nothing serious. The house has definitely been worth buying and I have also recommended some people to do the same.

I went with KB build because of thier reputation and quality. I was both happy and disappointed in the final quality of my home. seems the final details were very rushed. However I have been working with KB on fixing and finishing all the issues I had since moving in and they are very responsive and everything has almost been completed.

This has been an easier process than I could ever imagine. They have followed up with all my concerns and they have been very open and transparent with no hidden fees or anything. If you want an honest company with high integrity then you will never go wrong with KB Homes.

KB homes has been really good to me, my buying experience was a little different but, KB homes made it doable!!! grateful for Belinda Dillard, she is awesome!! she goes extra mile to answer me with all my questions and concerns, also to Scott, he takes care of issues / request in a timely manner.

The whole buying process was smooth from start to finish. They were also very responsive even after closing and did cosmetic touch ups after moving in.

Within the first month we had issues with the down stairs bathroom toilet clogging. We also had water coming/flooding from the upstairs shower through the walls down stairs. I was assured there was no damage, however, I don't know how this can be known if no one went in to look. I worry about mold developing in the future. Also there was a busted sprinkler pipe in the yard which flooded the yard and inflated my water bill. There are a handful of other things

After 3 months of buying the home, several issues still remain. Some were fixed in a timely manner but others took a long time.

Genesis and Darin were extremely helpful, they went up and above trying to always make us feel excited and very happy throughout the process.

Jael did such an excellent job from presentation to the very end. If I know of any one in the market for a home looking for a hassle free and joyful experience, I’d definitely refer them to Jael.

Your dream to have your dream house or a house is just at hand and people at kb homes very accommodating.

Kb in this area has two person for me there are the best doing his job one is Joshua Salazar.thanks for keeping him.he is very professional helping people and other is Bill the construction person in charge he's job is very good.he takes care with every thing trying to leave the job done on times and right. Thanks Kb for those two person.

I have purchased 6 homes, 3 of which were new construction and this experience went far beyond anything I've ever experienced. First, my sales person, Kevin, was phenomenal. He was charismatic, attentive and went over and above without being pushy. He sent weekly updates with pictures during the build and followed up after move-in to let me know he was still there if needed. The design process was terrific too with an extremely knowledgeable and helpful designer who also didn't push for more expensive options, but provided all info for me to decide. And the construction team was terrific as well with touchpoints during the build. The frame walk was one I never experienced as every intricate detail was explained. Any issues that needed repair were immediately handled and always very friendly and responsive. I would recommend KB to everyone as I have finally found my forever home! ... More

The Mortgage Loan Originator was amazing! When there was an issue (unfortunately there was an unusual amount), she helped fix it. She knew how to empathize with me during the home buying process and I have enjoyed working with her! I recommend that you request her by name if you are making a home purchase with KB Homes. KB Homes (for unknown reasons) has a ton of red tape that customers must go through before getting to the finish line but having someone like my Mortgage Loan Originator in your corner will help alleviate the pain. Sales helps with any questions you have. Builders always respond with answers to questions. Loan department is always there to help with the buying proe
