All was good before signing the house agreement but after that we were all lost no one reached out to see what is pending with house touch up works. We are really sad about it I hope they can improve the following with new home buyer at least till first month

The loan process was scary at the end not knowing what was needed to close until the last minute and it pushed me back on close dates because of not being told I would need bank transfer for closing! 4 days after moving in I had a jacuzzi jet break and caused water to run through my roof into downstairs causing roof repairs carpet, tile, trimming etc to be replaced already. Cole the project coordinator very helpful and fast at replacing everything but the workers have been leaving jobs about 90% finished causing me to keep asking for workers to come back and finish things they missed instead ...

Within the first month we had issues with the down stairs bathroom toilet clogging. We also had water coming/flooding from the upstairs shower through the walls down stairs. I was assured there was no damage, however, I don't know how this can be known if no one went in to look. I worry about mold developing in the future. Also there was a busted sprinkler pipe in the yard which flooded the yard and inflated my water bill. There are a handful of other things

1 Low Voc paint is tacky months later on all the flat surfaces and I am going to have to do something else to fix that as it's already ruined 2 Plastic plumbing parts that are already breaking 3 Yard was not leveled when filled and before sod was put down so it is tacky looking and uneven. Great House, Poor Employees

House is good. Great quality at a great price. However, the communications with the co structure crew and sales person was very poor. Would of been a great experience if they just listened to us versus fighting us. I would recommend KB to others with a different crew. Studio and mortgage process was amazing (even though kb asks for way to many documents).

Going into buying a home with KB, I was very excited. I was not ready for the inconsistencies with the project manager as well as him not meeting our expectations. There are still issues that need to be resolved and we have been in the house for almost 2 months.

The subfloor on the second floor is completely loose, whenever you walk on some spots you can feel it moving and making noise cracking. When we moved in, we have bees right above our front porch, 2 months pass they still trying to figure out how to remove them. Small details they are fast to fix, but some more complicated problems they take time. Poor job on details. Food materials

There was a rush to get the closing done without completing all repairs found during the inspection. As a result several are still not repaired 1 month later including a non-working kitchen sink drain which was plugged with construction debris. Does not appear to be an priority placed on getting the repairs since the house has been closed on

We got our house eventually for a reasonable price and many things are decent. But to be a little more critical, that's what people want, right? A lot of the processes weren't working out for them whether it's financial aspect, construction, communication (with delays regarding covid material shortage and "labor shortage"), the quality of work, etc.

As a first time homebuyer, I was looking forward to the experience but was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. For the most part, the initial process was fine, however, after deciding to utilize another lender the process seemed to deteriorate. The closing date changed a few times and seemed rushed and pressured while the house was nowhere near ready. I am making the house into a home, but there are some things, mainly cosmetic, that should have been taken care of beforehand. The home has the potential to be great, but for right now, I can say that it is good. The sales team was amazing. The floor plan is awesome. I just feel that the "small stuff" was rushed and overlooked by whoever was to inspect it during the process.

Visit the home site on a regular bases, the builder will try to get away with the craftsmanship. At the end the cosmetics will hide major problems. Point out every single issue as you see it and take pictures. And don't sign for the house unless you are completely satisfied with everything you chose to be installed.

After the purchase of my home was completed, the issues that were remaining to be resolved have still not been resolved fully and it’s been 3 1/2 months. I can’t get anybody to respond to my messages even though they told me they will stay connected with me for six months and that they won’t forget me just because the purchase is completed. I have learned that that is not true

Their painters all need to go. None of them apparently will use painter's tape, and no straight lines are painted. Horrible paint job that we have to settle for. We have lived in the house close to 2 months. Now they say there needs to be an appraisal where they come in a take pictures of the inside of my home. I am completely uncomfortable with this.

The sales office was great, the design studio was great, the construction manager was great at first but then. I don't even want to get into how terrible my process was and the lack of attention to detail and lack respect as a customer paying nearly 300K for a house and someone blowing off my concerns and acting so nonchalant about things towards the end. If it wasn't for all I put into the house I would have walked away form it all! 3 days after I closed the construction workers ran over my lawn and it took more than a week for me to hear back from the construction manager when I reached out ...
