Overall I’m very happy with the house and it earned a lot of praise but can use a lot of improvements. The building process is very smooth, the studio process is a bit rushed. That’s a good way to sum up the experience as a whole, rushed. I would also really watch them when they lay your grass down, probably the weakest part of the whole experience.

Everything was great. Even with small hiccups I was given the necessary information.

Everyone from the design studio to the construction team made it a simple process.

KB Home did an excellent job from contract to closing. We love our new home, and every question or concern we ever expressed was dealt with quickly and to our complete satisfaction.

Well...still waiting on major repairs for poor craftsmanship.

My husband and I had a good experience while purchasing the home but it was the experience after that could have been better. There were small things here and there that needed to be fixed after the move in. It felt a little hard to get someone to come and fix those issues at times and that was a little frustrating.

Great people to work with, very professional and helpful.

As first time home builders, it was a stressful process, however, we are very glad we had a trustworthy and reliable contractor and salesperson to guide us along the way. We are very much in love with our new home.

Service in person was fantastic. Service over the phone was mediocre. AC stopped working after 2 months due to poor drain installation but I didn't have to pay for the repair.

I bought a brand new home, with that I expected it to perfect inside. There have been so many issues in my house and still are. They have attempted to fix some things, but they still don’t look acceptable. Contractors that are doing my work don’t seem be professional and you can tell in their work.

Things aren't perfect but nothing in life is. KB Home in Falcon Landing, the staff makes every effort to go beyond what is expected to make things right. Relationships you make are what makes life worth living. The staff from sales to builder and subcontractors everyone involved in the community make every effort to make things right. Thanks KB

Our first home-buying experience was ok in the end, but not this 2nd time. We had a flooring issue the first time that was resolved before we closed. Through that experience we feel that the rating system is off in our opinion. We gave a 9/10 due to the problems with the floor, but had the construction manager at our door pleading it be changed to a 10. We thought 9/10 was pretty darn good considering the flooring headache. Otherwise, that first experience was ok. Now we move on to this next experience. It has become a nightmare. The home is way way way more expensive than our first KB home, but the quality of workmanship is worse(the materials seem ok though). The workers seem to not be skilled in their respective roles (painter, carpet installer, etc. All except the worker that installed our backsplash, who gets an A+!). The construction manager is a nice fella & seems to try hard, but has way too much to do and continues to make promise after promise. The home closed with several problems being promised to be resolved later. We either get put off and put off, or the fixes are horribly done or cause worse problems. Most of our neighbors have experienced similar experiences, and some are waiting even after nearly a year. We are all disappointed and worn out. But, given the rating system issue, we are not really allowed to rate anything less than a 10 for fear folks may lose their jobs. The pressure to rate a 10 is through the roof! Though the build manager promises to fix things, many fixes are worse than the original problem. We are exhausted and worn from cleaning paint off floors, trying to schedule repair folks to come fix problems several times over, managing the manager, etc. etc. etc. I knew it was KB when I began, but was hoping it would at least be as good of an experience as our first KB home despite the problems then. It is way way worse in this community. Sales guy is AWESOME, but the rest of our experience has been beyond exhausting. Beware this Community...the neighbors are nice, but the build process and horrible workmanship and need to have things fixed over & over & over is a nightmare. :( Overall, KB seems just as fine as other builders in it's price-range/caliber. But this community...ay caramba. And with the rating pressure for a 10/10, what recourse do we have? I love my floor plan, which is why we bought with KB a 2nd time, but I am worn to a frazzle and quite disappointed with the build process & quality this time around :( :( :(. Thank you. ... More

The head builder was very helpful. He was very trustworthy and was pointing things out he needed to fix that me and my wife would not have noticed. Overall a great experience.

Excellent home buying experience

I am a satisfied homeowner for the first time in my life. Everything went great. I love the quiet neighborhood.

Good neighborhood close enough to everything you need and Loop 1604 as well to Sea World, however, far away enough to keep that peace and quiet. The square foot for the price is better than most neighborhood. The sale team and foreman are really helpful and keep you infor in all the faces of the construction. The neighborhood had multiple types of model houses available to choose for different size families. Overall, is a good company that deliver quality product and good value.

This is our second time with KB Home and we are more than delighted with everything.

Our home building experience could not have been better. Across the board, KB was full of professionals that helped us build a beautiful home.

Their painters all need to go. None of them apparently will use painter's tape, and no straight lines are painted. Horrible paint job that we have to settle for. We have lived in the house close to 2 months. Now they say there needs to be an appraisal where they come in a take pictures of the inside of my home. I am completely uncomfortable with this.
