Tony our main contact for construction was very helpful and friendly, from our first meeting with him and through out the entire process. When we had questions/concerns Tony was available to answer, and as first time home buyers this was very reassuring that we were making the right decision by building with KB. The home building/buying process can be very stressful but with the right person helping you it can make the experience a little less stressful and a little more fun. Everyone says KB nickel and dimes everyone. Don't believe them. You get so many upgrades and included features that the options are things you choose to personalize your home

I watched this house being built like a hawk, and I have to tell you that every little thing I found wrong, was fixed or in the process of being fixed by the time I would mention it. Tony was very detail oriented and addressed all our concerns, also our sales rep would send us weekly pictures of the house as it was being built. This is our second KB home and it seems they only got better with the second house. They used radiant barrier sheathing all over the house instead of just in the attic. The brick work was a lot fancier than our first house with arches in the entry way. They also designed the house so that the water heater in the garage was recessed into the wall instead of taking up a corner. The corners of the drywall as rounded and look alot nicer than the square ones in our old home. Zero issues with plumbing, HVAC or electrical. ... More

Value for money residential home with responsive and accommodating company representatives extending help and assistance every step of the way.

Ask lots of questions

After more than five years of looking we finally found our home. The whole process from sales to closing was handled with genuine concern and professionalism. Thank you to Norma, Debbie, Kuellen, Solomon, Mike and Joanne for helping us to complete this wonderful journey. We appreciate each and every one if you.

When calling the customer service line no one answers or if they do they are not much help. If they didn't have a great superintendent that helps out so much i would have a problem with them not answering. Other then that its a great home.

Staff has been very helpful on anything we've asked or requested. We're on the path to building our new home they way we envision it.

I don’t like the home owners association. I been trying to paint my fence and there’s too many restrictions and rules

The construction and buying process was fine. Mike and Janette were responsive and kept me updated regularly. When concerns or issues came up, both Mike and Janette were quick to resolve them, they are true professionals. The closing process was a joke. Amanda at the closing office made this part of the process more difficult than it needed to be. Lack of communication, unprofessional communication, lack of follow through and lack of partnering with the mortgage company were just a few of the issues. Reason I give 3 stars in materials and workmanship is I notice things on moldings and kitchen cabinets little cosmetic things..but besides that Kb home seller Jason, and construction Managers,Supervisor and Team is on top of all. Kb Home Mortgage division on the other hand was horrible handling issues, process and communicating with me. It was a blessing I got mortgage loan with another company cause the experience, communication and expertise was totally different.

The builder was really informative on the process and kept us up to date on any delays. He also responded timely to questions we had making this an overall good experience

they did not respect the agreed initial price, they made me waste a lot of time

make sure you have a sales representative that is eager to know your wants and needs. Ours kept us informed every step of the way. You can usually tell if its a good fit. He made our experience easier than our previous home buying experience, no pressure.

Builder provides options to design your home according to your means and several mortgage solutions to put you in your home. Also has a variety of home plans on offer

Joey, Nadine and Lionel were great. Joey, went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the house. My feedback is to improve communication between the day you finish picking the design of the house till the start date, nobody had a clue when the house was going to start building. For a good 2-3 month I was in the dark. But once building started, Joey sent updates every week. Also the brick does not look the same as the one one in the studio, at least the effect. You should also match the same incentive for families that buy multiple houses from you. My Uncle got about a $6000 credit while I only got $1800. ... More

From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful. Everyone involved was there to answer our questions. Our contract coordinator Joey was always there to assist and follow up on any issues and followed up after completion. Would recommend KB Home to anyone looking for a new home.

Had a great sales rep. Treated us like family. Would recommend to family and friends.

The house that we purchased has been everything we were looking for and we have had a great support from KB.

House is Great. Some places you can tell where operations were rushed. But they do come out and correct any issues ASAP.
