Great place, construction went smooth and within a timely manner.

I had an awesome experience with the entire purchase of our new home. The sales team was great in getting us started. The KB studio team was very patient and helpful with great insight into personalizing our home. Then the construction supervisor was very helpful in the process of building our home. Finally the finance department for helping us with the purchase, financial process and closing of our awesome beautiful home.

Excellent job and I'm impressed with the beautiful house we got. Good service and people.

Experienced only minimal issues. Adrian has been, and continues to be, very helpful in resolving those issues. All sale and loan associates (Amy, Lionel and David) were very helpful.

Love the house! Had few minor problems that were resolved ASAP. The contractor help a lot. Constantly stayed in contact and answered all question asked. Overall Experience was great!

The major parts of the home were built well. However, we have had so many electrical issues and issues with the paint. The responsiveness to get things fixed has been good, but only after I got the regional manager Ed involved. KB home needs to do a better job at doing things right the first time instead of doing things again. The roof has already had a leak due to the laziness of the roofing crew not putting on one of the vents which caused the lights in the master bedroom to short out. The paint job in some areas was mediocre at best. Also, the house was dirty once we moved in. KB home needs to reclean my home or reimburse me the cleaning fee and charge the cleaning crew for their lack of care. ... More

The entire team from my Sales Staff from the very beginning to end , Construction with constant updates and pictures because we were hundreds of miles away. They kept me in the loop of any changes and improvements. Also my lender how was amazing helping me through all the steps being a first time home buyer. He answered all my questions anytime of the day!

Home buying experience was wonderful. We were kept informed of the progress of the house while being built. Everyone involved was very responsive to all inquiries. I would definitely buy another KB Home.

You turned me down for a loan of 240K. My income is 250k a year and my net worth is 5.5 million. I paid cash for the house. I understand large corporations have rules. They also have no common sense.

The entire process building with KB was extremely smooth. We love the flexibility of choosing different options, changing floor plans, and adding different features to make our home unique. The only wish we had was better quality flooring/non-carpet options for the base options (carpet is pulling up and going flat after 1 month).

Craftsmanship, damaged cabinets, caulking, damaged drywall, damaged wall trim, unfinished garage was agreed on but the drywall was damaged. Planks on the brand new fence were popping off the rails. I spent time and money repairing items in the a brand new house I paid over 330 thousand for. I didnt expect this from a brand new home, maybe I expected more. We are going on 2 months in the house and I cant tell you how many work orders were put in for repairs on top of the work I put in. I also had the sprinkler system break and now I have a 2000 dollar water bill KB is trying to deal with. I just dont know what part of that bill I'm going to be stuck with. It's just stressful to deal, especially with such a busy personal life. There are other things, such as no mailbox setup,etc that just makes me shake my head. ... More

Great Home

Our contractor was/is amazing. The title company KB homes uses is horrible and I'd say choose your own but the house and the contractor is what truly sold us.

The whole KB team from Lionel in the loan department, to Warren in sales, to Steve and Dalton in construction, worked together to build our final retirement home. Everyone involved made this 9 month journey as rewarding and stress free as possible. Thanks to the entire team for a beautiful and well constructed home we'll enjoy for many years to come.

All the people we worked with were phenomenal! Jordan was great, Lionel was awesome, and Mario is still following up with me in the house even after the closing, which is amazing!

Very disappointed in the sub contractors. Especially the tile/flooring company. Also the painters. We moved in 1-1/2 months ago and we are still waiting on issues to be fixed

I have to admit that I was really scared on buying a brand new home. Newly divorced and on my own, I wasn’t sure if it was even feasible. But everyone was so nice from sales to construction. Every single person was so knowledgeable and so understanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Fabulous Builder to work with

The experience that I have with KBH was great from beginning to end. The internal and external staff were always quick to answer my many questions to my understanding. Staff at the Construction site was very detailed in explaining the building process every step of the way. So new home buyers can feel comfortable and at ease with the entire experience knowing that they can ask questions and receive the answers they are looking for.

We had a great experience. Love our home and neighborhood!

The sales office was great, the design studio was great, the construction manager was great at first but then. I don't even want to get into how terrible my process was and the lack of attention to detail and lack respect as a customer paying nearly 300K for a house and someone blowing off my concerns and acting so nonchalant about things towards the end. If it wasn't for all I put into the house I would have walked away form it all! 3 days after I closed the construction workers ran over my lawn and it took more than a week for me to hear back from the construction manager when I reached out to him about it. Nadine from sales was attentive with a great and positive attitude the whole entire time !!! Amy from studio was great helping me choosing the colors and the correct items , Adrian contractor maneger was awesome listening to me and answering all my questions and keeping me post throughout the whole building process . Priseyla is the best helping with the whole bank process. Without this five stars awesome team my dream would not come true the way it did , thanks KBHOMES for this awesome team!!! They really make it easier!!!
