We love our new home! It was built with excellent craftsmanship and the few little issues we had were addressed quickly and efficiently.

Going into buying a home with KB, I was very excited. I was not ready for the inconsistencies with the project manager as well as him not meeting our expectations. There are still issues that need to be resolved and we have been in the house for almost 2 months.

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and the quality craftsmanship of our new home. The entire process was smooth and by far the best home buying experience our family has ever had!

Our sales Rep Warren was amazing. He kept us in the loop the whole process. He gets a 5 star. The lending/processor/underwriter were terrible. Lacked communication, follow up, made promises and commitments that were never kept. Do not use KBHS.

The experience with the builders and sales team are excellent

So far it's been an awesome experience, sales Rep Yovani did an exceptional job answering questions, showing the house, very professional and patient. Scott the Construction Mgr has answered all our questions and respond to all the issues we've had with the house on time and as professional possible. Them 2 have made every step as smooth as possible.

The UX was awesome meet some very nice people during the process. It all started with the Sales Counselors. The loan personnel is up to bat next and they are top notch. My experience with the showroom was unforgettable. The construction Superintendent help walk me through the building process. And lat but not least the loan office on the day I closed.. great all around experience. Thanks KBHe Team.

Keep double triple check on the items that you requested to have repaired or fixed. Follow up is not good

Not much to say here. Very transparent, constant communication, if there’s a problem or see an issue with your house the builder will work on resolving the issue. 0 complaints from me. Awesome job.

The quality of counter in bathroom is poor lots of scratches already.

I love my house, is amazing, very comfortable, has everything that I wanted and the neighborhood is very tranquil. I just love it.

I had an awesome experience with the entire purchase of our new home. The sales team was great in getting us started. The KB studio team was very patient and helpful with great insight into personalizing our home. Then the construction supervisor was very helpful in the process of building our home. Finally the finance department for helping us with the purchase, financial process and closing of our awesome beautiful home.

Experienced only minimal issues. Adrian has been, and continues to be, very helpful in resolving those issues. All sale and loan associates (Amy, Lionel and David) were very helpful.

Love the house! Had few minor problems that were resolved ASAP. The contractor help a lot. Constantly stayed in contact and answered all question asked. Overall Experience was great!

The major parts of the home were built well. However, we have had so many electrical issues and issues with the paint. The responsiveness to get things fixed has been good, but only after I got the regional manager Ed involved. KB home needs to do a better job at doing things right the first time instead of doing things again. The roof has already had a leak due to the laziness of the roofing crew not putting on one of the vents which caused the lights in the master bedroom to short out. The paint job in some areas was mediocre at best. Also, the house was dirty once we moved in. KB home needs to reclean my home or reimburse me the cleaning fee and charge the cleaning crew for their lack of care. ... More

The entire team from my Sales Staff from the very beginning to end , Construction with constant updates and pictures because we were hundreds of miles away. They kept me in the loop of any changes and improvements. Also my lender how was amazing helping me through all the steps being a first time home buyer. He answered all my questions anytime of the day!
