It’s an excellent starter home

For my first time purchasing a home it couldn’t have been a better process, especially out of state. Everyone at KB Homes was attentive and answered any questions I had. The builders were phenomenal and everyone involved.

Brian was so professional. He kept me informed every step of the way.

Had a great experience from start to finish as a first time home buyer. Could not be any happier with not only the quality of my home but the helpfulness of each KB employee that helped me.

Hire a third party inspector. AC unit behind master bedroom, is noisy (classic 1675).Toilet water level is very low. Openings in parts of the fence, pets can get out of the yard. Light switches throughout the home are at different levels.

Everything was excellent, I would have liked more amenities in the private room but in general everything was excellent.

There should be community pools and gyms

Completely and utterly satisfied with our KB HOME purchase,you get more square footage for the price and the layouts are awesome. Whole buying process from start to finish was smooth and pleasant

I would never recommend KB to anyone not after the experience I’ve had if things would be done right the first time by KB home builders you wouldn’t have these issues you’re lying to your clients you’re lying to your buyers. You’re doing things that are not correct you’re cutting corners just to save money in the long run. It’s gonna end up costing you more. You are unfair and unethical. Shame on you.

When purchasing i was real soecific on what i wanted and expected and from design center to end still have not resolved any issues or concerns i have asked from begining i get they are real buzy but i am the customer and didnt complain at all during anythin jus expected what i asked and paid for

Good quality home with great place!

KB homes team did an amazing job on my home.

Loan officer went through all the procedures with us. As soon as they need additional documentation from us, we provided it immediately. Builder contractor followed up with us making sure they took care of any discrepancies.

The best part about buying the home was the sales staff.

Several times after purchase of my home I was given very beneficial information on the use and features of my house. This is excellent service after the sale.

These are the pending and issues after the closing day: 1.Perimetral fence: one picket missing. Who supervised this? 2.Perimetral fence: two broken pickets. Who supervised this? 3.Perimetral fence: one picket half-nailed. Who supervised this? 4.Stairway: no lights 5.One electric breaker needed to be serviced (replaced). 6.Kitchen window: missing screen. The original screen was in the garage at the time of the first walk-through inspection. 7.Duct for the dryer: it needed to be shortened as it was too long. 8.Back door lock: the master key did not open/lock it. ... House buying process has been great

Winn & Juan V were fantastic! Easy buying process through Winn. Juan made sure the build was completed correctly and on time! Both men were extremely professional. Only issue we ran into was with funding... I would advise using an outside lender instead of KB (sorry not sorry).

I received my house on September 27, 2024 and to date they have not fixed all the defects that my house has. The last repair date is for next November 20, 2024, I hope they finally finish with all the details they left in my house

Alan stayed in touch with me in case there’s were any new issues, he really cares about his job and costumer satisfaction. He fixes any issue asap. Bob Welch continues to assist with any question I have also. Brian.
