Diane, KB Sales Rep, was 100% consistent in communication, setting expectations, follow up and overall helpfulness. Paul, our Construction Manager, the same, answering all questions and consistently updating us during the construction period. After move in, their follow ups on satisfaction has also been great!

KB Homes was a great new build home experience. Easy to work with, lots of personalized options. They aren't your typical cookie cutter homes. Everyone in the neighborhood has a different design! It's great!

The KB crew makes sure you are in the know every step of the way. Getting constant texts, emails, calls with updates on how things are going with a very accurate timeline was very helpful and gave me the piece of mind through my first custom home build.

Buying this home is absolutely the biggest regret I have because it’s been nothing but constant headaches since the day I did my inspection. I was told when to schedule a third party inspection and both times the construction team was not prepared for it. I was told by the project manager that my expectations were to high and no house would ever be perfect, and I needed to have realistic expectations when trying to get the crooked wall, chunks of missing cabinets, and exposed nails fixed. I was told several times this is above model standard, yet I have no ability to do laundry, water sitting in walls growing mold, broken window, and it’s taken weeks to get a solution. My realtor was gaslit and ignored when addressing concerns before I showed up after closing and was told she couldn’t address the issues. The entire experience of dealing with KB homes staff who we dealt with in purchasing the home has been exceptional. The only negative was with the title company which required us to have to wait for two hours for the funds to be received after we signed all of the required closing documents.

We purchased a home from KB in their Preserve at Culebra community. The build was the 3420. From the beginning until the end we stayed in constant communication with the builder. They were responsive and took ownership of any issues we found.

Had great people in my corner helping me get my house. Thank you to Juliet, Jamie, Francesca, Tino, Raul, Jacob and if I forgot any others, please know I appreciate you as well! Throughout the whole process I always had people to go to, and couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you guys!!

Alvaro was the Construction Super for my home in Shoreline Park. He was very attentive and responsive to all my questions. He thoroughly explained each step of the construction process to ensure I understood. He was very responsive to my calls and emails. Alvaro was also proactive in letting me know about any delays (some issues beyond the control of KB Homes) so I could take appropriate measures to minimize impact to scheduling for close and moving. I felt well informed through the whole construction period. KB honored their comitents related to appraisal values and financing incentives to ensure I was getting maximum value for my home purchase. It’s an excellent starter home

For my first time purchasing a home it couldn’t have been a better process, especially out of state. Everyone at KB Homes was attentive and answered any questions I had. The builders were phenomenal and everyone involved.

Had a great experience from start to finish as a first time home buyer. Could not be any happier with not only the quality of my home but the helpfulness of each KB employee that helped me.

Hire a third party inspector. AC unit behind master bedroom, is noisy (classic 1675).Toilet water level is very low. Openings in parts of the fence, pets can get out of the yard. Light switches throughout the home are at different levels.

Everything was excellent, I would have liked more amenities in the private room but in general everything was excellent.

There should be community pools and gyms

I would never recommend KB to anyone not after the experience I’ve had if things would be done right the first time by KB home builders you wouldn’t have these issues you’re lying to your clients you’re lying to your buyers. You’re doing things that are not correct you’re cutting corners just to save money in the long run. It’s gonna end up costing you more. You are unfair and unethical. Shame on you.

When purchasing i was real soecific on what i wanted and expected and from design center to end still have not resolved any issues or concerns i have asked from begining i get they are real buzy but i am the customer and didnt complain at all during anythin jus expected what i asked and paid for
