Great staff and exceptional service

KB Home is not a custom builder, but does offer a great selection of options at a price point that many can afford. Very nice open floor plans and great looking communities.

KB homes are great when it comes to to building houses. Furthermore, you get a great deal when you finance with them. I recommend KB to anyone who is interested to buy a solid beautiful modern house yet affordable.

Salesman Marvin was great, not pushy and made everything seem easy going and not stressful, and always available to answer any questions I had along the way. Once the walk through came around, Jacob was extremely helpful on insuring everything addressed will be taken care of, and so far has been on top of things, overall making my home buying experience less stressful, Glad to have people that care along the way with such a major purchase, thus making me glad I choose KB homes.

My home is beautiful and was very well built. In the first 45 days my list of very minor items that needed to be addressed were taken seriously, addressed immediately and coordinated well with me on timing to get the work done. Garret has been on the spot to get things completed to my satisfaction. Again, these were very minor issues in my situation but they were addressed quickly and professionally! Excellent experience. Gary, the superintendent overseeing the build of our home, intently listened to all our concerns and addressed all questions with straight forward answers. He worked diligently to ensure our home would be completed by our anticipated closing date and ensured that all follow up actions regarding small touch ups be addressed urgently. Definitely appreciate all of his help and are certainly satisfied customers.

Even with delays, the house turned out beautiful! Sales was great and kept us informed and construction manager, Jeff was awesome in keeping in touch.

I like the parts that I get to customize my choices based on my preferences. The best upgrade is being able to have Ethernet socket in each room to plug cable directly if necessary. Buying a brand new house costs less than bidding and buying used house. No need to worry about plumbing issues.

Buying our new home with KB was so simple. Everyone involved with the process was patient, understanding and so helpful. My salesman Jorge was always available to answer my questions. Great job KB!

The process of construction and purchasing the home all through KB was very easy. They always kept me up to data about the weekly progress on the house and was always there to show me around when I wanted to see the progress. KB did an amazing job on my home, and I would definitely do it again.
