We are enjoying our first new home.

Overall the process of buying the house was smooth, material in the house are better than other builders. We love ours house.

It was a great experience working with KB staff. They kept me informed and transparent through the whole process.

The process was ok. The homes are builder grade nice, but can really be outstanding if you upgrade certain things. The staff is nice. Everyone is kind and friendly….understanding and patient. A good company to work with. The made a first time home buying experience go smooth.

Communication in the beginning could have been a little better, however, overall I feel I made a good decision. I love my new home.

KB Homes has been diligent to respond to the items found by my home inspector. They did not argue about any of the findings. I agree with the appraiser that this home is of average build in quality. My loan officer and project manager have always been available to address my needs. They represent KB Homes very well.

Closing went great, love the quickness of the closing team.

Sales and design ppl were great. However, construction manager T was not on top of ensuring house was built to standard. Many times he ensured me home was ready for my inspector, though it wasn't ( utilities off, major fixes needed, etc.) I had to put off closing many times cause of this. When I did close their were still issues needing repair. Building manager rushed me to sign ppwk so I could close, ensuring me the items would be fixed that same day. They weren't. It took almost a month for all things to get fixed, with me having to take many days off from work. Moral of the story, don't close until everything is to your satisfaction, as any repairs will take weeks to complete. ... More

Do a solid walk through, once you do, the builder is very accommodating with fixing anything you’ve noticed.

The home is great! Good quality materials and workmanship went into building the home. Sales and service representatives are awesome to work with. They understand your wants and needs and handle them appropriately and quickly.

KB employee Steve was very attentive and responsive to our needs

KB is great, but unfortunately not so great at correcting deficiencies. I have been waiting for several issues (i.e. siding, tile, plumbing, fence, gate, garage floor detailing, drainage) to get corrected. Some issues were (partially) corrected while others have been completely ignored. There is a need for better quality workmanship. Terrible work on the backyard fence and gate. Drainage is not a thing to KB. If you buy from KB I strongly recommend you get all issues resolved before you move in. Otherwise, issues may not get resolved. Once again, I love my home but not the quality of the work. It seems as if contractors are in a hurry to get done and move on to the next project, sacrificing the quality of the work. I think is unfair to KB as their contractors could do a better job inspecting and making sure workers are not doing what I consider to be "Extremely messy work". ... More

Efficient team work overall. Definitely a good experience

Home buying experience was great! The house is great!

KB needs to improve pre contracting briefs for perspective clients concerning the loan process (impacts because of fannie mae and freddie mac requirements). Sub contractors neee to take their time and build a quality product, clean up job sites and no alcohol should be permitted on job sites. Our home had many flaws that required correction prior to closing.

I had the best sales experience when buying my home. Jerry and Mario were the best. Very professional and attentive on every aspect. Highly recommended.

From the beginning Demi was great at the design studio. Having Jeff as our contractor was amazing. He answered all our questions and allowed us to come visit and see during every step. Armando was fantastic as well. Everyone checked in and answered any questions and fixed anything and everything they saw. We can not thank you enough for helping us create our HOME!
