Issues still pending that were identified on the final walk. Contractors care very little for the material that is new, they drag cabinets, scratch countertops, force dry wall when curries not fit installed crack bath tub, chalking bad work, home dirty, no pressure wash of garage and sidewalk and driveway. My opinion house over priced for the workmanship. No pride in the work they do. Just waiting to see who calls to text and make right. Good Luck right?

Over all was great from picking house to closing to moving in owe all was a great experience

The process in buying the house was fairly good. Once the sale closed the communication about issues with the house decreased. I feel like issues with the house are not being addressed. I have had reach out at least 3 time for specific issues and have gotten nothing accomplished.

Paul and Juan helped the purchasing and building purchase a great and smooth transition for. Juliet was a rockstar

From loan officer, to the builder, realtor that helped us was just outstanding. Each and all personnel went far and beyond in providing us with all the help along the way. Through the entire process we kept meeting people who had our best interests at heart. From sales, to design and construction, even the finance team worked hard to ensure we had the best outcome. We could not be happier with our home or the experience.

They did a great job. Always kept us informed with weekly updates and even followed through after sale with any issues.

the only bright spots in the entire affair were the builder and our third loan officer. Everything else was horrible. We received 13 different closing dates and were cancelled 3 times by letter. Our original loan officer was terminated and our second got sick, the third saved the day.

I loved the simple and quick home buying process KB Homes has developed. I was quickly approved and in my new home within 6 months. That is from locating my lot to having a beautiful completed home all done and looking amazing.

The house is very nice. But the work done at the end is a little bad.

Smooth transition on all areas.

Now that we have moved into the home there were some discrepancies that needed attention. KB Homes construction manager and customer service responded immediately. We feel blessed to have such caring people on our side to make our home complete.

Nobody really knows what’s going on most of the time. They claim to be very good with communication, but the communication is solely through spam and automatic emails. We had countless issues along the way that were pushed off and were told “it’ll be fine don’t worry” to include our house being done 3 months early and them trying to force us to move in or lose the house. All of the issues we had could have been avoided with communication on their end between themselves and their higher ups. They know we aren’t happy and have tried to give us things to make sure we don’t give bad reviews or bad survey answers, but I would caution any person who is going to work with KB.
