Overall very much satisfied with the builders and home is worth the money

It was a great experience from beginning through moving into new home, KB Homes made my dream come true of having my own home with affordable price and in prime location, quality of construction is A+ quality. Response to overall queries was very quick, Thankyou KB Homes.

This is our 2nd KB home. We love it. One thing we really appreciated was how much we could customize the home to suit our needs. KB does a great job with this. Shoreline Park is going to be an awesome community once it is all built out. We love it here!

My Project Manager Adrian has been great to work with in which he kept up with the dates on when the house was finished and my Sales Rep Robert provided excellent customer services as well.

After admiring KB Homes for years, wishing to afford one of their beautiful models, we finally were able to buy one for our family! Much to our surprise, we learned how proudly they stand by their workmanship. The follow-up care is unmatched!

The process was a little long but it was worth the wait, the Tierra Buena team are very knowledgeable of their jobs and willing to help when there is an issue, I'm very satisfied with my new home and the entire KB home team.

The customization options are difficult to beat. The price is very good also. What didn't go as well is the build time. There were a lot of delays and it took way too long. Now that I moved in, it seems like other homes under construction in this community have started to get built a bit faster now, but that is my observation and I don't have any data to show this.

Truly had a great experience from picking the home, and all the way through closing. The team was very helpful especially since we started before the rate hike and closed while in the middle of it. After reading how bad things could get, we were extremely grateful that we able to get everything we set out for.

My experience with KB sales was great! From the first time we meet David from sales he welcome us and walk us through the whole process from start to finish. He keep in touch and would respond in a timely manner. Juan was our construction manager and would keep us up to date on the work being done on a weekly basis. They gained our trust with keeping to their word on what they were doing and the time frame they where working with. On days there was a delay he contacted us immediately and would follow up with updates. We where able to visit the home site on a regular basis and we where alway greeted and welcome to view the home by Juan or David. Mario help prepare our home with finishing touch’s ready for the walkthrough process. Mario followed up before and after we moved in. He made sure we where happy with the home. Both Juan and Mario addressed concerns we had and fixed items as they arise. From lot picking to after closing, KB home reps stay in contact with you. Design, Mortgage, sales and construction Teams all are very kind and inclusive. After home is move in ready, Warranty Team is as equal responsive for any needs relating to your home.

Juan and Arthur are consummate professionals! They answer all my questions, concerns, and issues as soon as possible and are diligent in their craft. Kudos to this amazing team!

Jorge did everything possible to make sure I got all of the customizations I needed on my home. He maintained weekly communication. Gloria from the loans department was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions to make sure I was able to close! Nathan the construction manager was attentive and communicative. Overall great experience and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

The studio process was the most exciting as well as one of the most stressful parts. Ena was very helpful and didn’t not at all feel rushed through any of it. It’s was satisfying knowing I could as 100 questions and not feel like I was being rushed.

My experience with KB homes was wonderful. The sales department was so friendly and helpful, always answering my concerns or finding someone who could. Building supervisor was always available to help and get things taken care of quickly.

We chose KB Home to build our first house, and we do not regret it. The process was smooth, and the team was excellent. Any questions we had along the way got answered in a timely manner, and the end product was great!

Our home took about a year to build, but not to the fault of KB Homes, the pandemic, supply issues played a big part in the delay. But the KB team of Bob (Sales) and Brandon (Superintendent) kept in touch with us the whole way through. Bob stayed on top of everything, making sure we where informed on the process of the build for the whole year, and worked tirelessly, get get us into the community especially in a very high buying market. Brandon was superb, in making sure our house was to our liking and worked day and night to make our house a home. He addresed all deficiencies we noticed, and fixed them in a timely manner, Brandon still works hard even now. scott was very helpful from the beginning of the application to the closing of the home and up till now making sure we are happy with the home , tommy and alvaro have been very helpful with making sure the home was built to our satisfaction and making sure all 30 day walk through have been completed

KB built me a quality home in the San Antonio Area!! Joey and Paul were great guys and did an outstanding job getting me in my home and not taking any shortcuts!! KB is highly recommended

KB is Great! Words to the wise: 1) Get your own inspector because KB’s sucks and you will be just stuck. 2) Ensure that your house is 100% complete before buying. They will try to pressure you to close before task are done but once you buy they drag their feet and projects WONT get fully completed. 3) Get the integrated water system. Those of us who have to spend 3 hours watering a day are really regretting our lives 4) Ensure that you get the exact color codes for paint through Sherwin Williams. Just trust me you’ll need it.
