Excellent quality homes and they make sure their clients are happy

It was a great experience and I’m completely satisfied.

The KB Home buying experience was great. From beginning to start. There were a couple of issues in the building stage but the construction team were able to address my concerns and fixed any issues i had in a timely manner.

There were a few minor things which weee identified when I did the final walk through which needed attention. I was promised that everything would be made right. I can see now that promise was only good until I completed the homeboy survey sent out. Tony had made sure get a few things fixed before the survey got to me. However, since the survey was submitted, all other things on the list have been quickly forgotten about. As a result, my front door leaked water during a recent heavy storm because the weather stripping was not correctly installed on the front or back doors. Had I not been home at the time of the storm, my entire living room would have been flooded. Please note, part of the carpet did in fact get soaked and I had a huge amount of water to mop up at the entry. I notified Tony about this and he stated that the previous installed of the weather stripping was no longer being used by KB, but he has yet to send anyone to correct this problem. I was also promised a set of blinds for the master bathtub window. The company who was supposed to install them has not delivered yet. There was paint drops on the kitchen cabinets and no one has come to clean them or the sticky glue on the vinyl flooring. I see now that my mistake was in completing the big survey they hounded me about shortly after I closed. If that was all it took for my home’s problems to be ignored so quickly it makes me wonder what will happen if I ever need to file a warrant claim. I don’t like to be constantly calling to make complaints and it should not require such rude behavior to get things made right. It’s don’t know it Tony will even see this review, but this is my last chance to voice my concerns and at least get a message out to other buyers do not be quick to submit your home buyer survey if you have anything thing which was not completed or don’t incorrectly during the construction of your home. Darrell and Josh have been extremely helpful, attentive and responsive during my entire home buying experience.

It was great, and nervous but all the personal was great and helpful

Very Professional and very knowledgable on every question we had. Accurate and efficient and would call me frequently on our updates and status. We are more than pleased with all KB Homes staff, great experience and we were treated with respect and kindness. Every single family member is extremely grateful and happy with KB Homes and its staff.

Overall great experience coming from a home builder. Couldn’t complain from the sales or construction perspective.

The 30 day warranty isn’t that great

It was a very good experience buying a new home in a new state. Very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff all around.

We love KB homes we owed in the past and this is our second home that is KB .

Meghan is the best in assisting us with our loans from the beginning til the end, it was a pleasure working with her!

Finance art went above and beyond. Construction manager Dalton and Scott were always available and keep us informed of everything going on. The house is gorgeous and everything we wanted thank y'all for making this a great experience.

I didn't like that updates of the construction phases were not sent often as promoted. The home took 7 months to complete and there were only 5 pictures sent of the phrases. I hired a third inspector and felt KB home contractor was annoyed at the reports. It was not accommodate for home walk thru late evening. Overall decent but felt quality of work is rushed. I found beer can and pants during on of my walk thru. I recommend you advocate for yourself for the amount of money they are receiving there should be better quality consumer service.

I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience. From the very first time visiting the KB sales office, my loan team to construction team it was a fantastic experience. If I was rating my experience on a scale of 1 to 10 , I would give my experience a 15. Thank you KB homes.

Don't buy one is my advice.

I’m happy to my new home…. But when I came and check little by little I saw some of mistake they made… at first I try to inform them and they respond, after for a long time wait it only 2 visit… they don’t even update me and reply to my message I even take picture that need to fix… I know there are busy but atleast reply me if they gonna do it or not!.. I’m also a customer that spend money to my house. I’m sad I know for them that’s little things, but for me I’m so dissatisfied because that little things supposed to be fix at the first place! It’s funny that little things they don’t pay attention in a first place, so I’m wondering since I’m new and really dont know about need to check to a new build house, I didn’t notice right away all the mistake they made! I wish I have enough time to stay so I have time to check what else need to address. They even forget some of there stuff in my garage, even the things need to re order.. still in here— no update when they gonna order to replace it, I message the Guy who incharge but no reply! Well maybe because they already close the deal that’s why.. so they don’t bother to update me even care to reply to all of my concern.. PS i will never message that guy! I’m so disappointed ... More

The KB Home Team we worked with is simply the best!!!!

We went through 4 sales people & 3 different finance people. Promises were made that weren’t backed up or fulfilled. It was a fight to even get ahold of anyone to speak to most of the time. Our final sales person, Jessica was excellent, as was our final finance person, Meghan. Gary, our super was great too but by the time they came around we were already frustrated and fed up since it was late in the process. We are moved in now and there are a bunch of cosmetic issues that still need to be fixed, as well as functional issues like the windows not being square. The sod for the yard was laid without any proper preparation so the grass has mostly died. The back yard has a divot that just collects and pulls water. It’s nice to be moved in but I wouldn’t go through this with KB again. ... More

Our New Homes Sales Counselor Genesis was always responsive, had a positive attitude, and was patient with all our questions, as well as super knowledgable. Likewise, our Project Manager Garrett took time for any questions or concerns at each stage of the building process, as well as after we moved in. Mortgage Loan Originator, Meghan, was also responsive and flexible, and although we ultimately did not utilize the loan through KB we appreciated her willingness to consult when we were experiencing issues at closing with the other lenders lack of timeliness in document preparation. Overall, while home buying is a stressful experience, the staff we worked with were all kind and went out of their way to be helpful and make the experience a positive one. I appreciate them! ... Our KB Home experience has been very good. We appreciate your friendly staff. Tom, Darin, and Suzanne are professional, knowledgeable and are very much appreciated. They are quick to respond to any questions we have had and easy to communicate with. We're so glad we found KB Home at Shoreline Park.
