I have seen many homes from different builders and I must say KB has the best quality, upgrade options, to make the home the way you want it. Other builders just have cookie cutter homes.

Brett was awesome. He catered to our unique needs. He ensured our homes was complete and to standard. The small nick picky things we discovered were fixed as soon as we addressed it to Brett. I would buy any house he is the foreman for. I am just happy that he works for KB Homes.

I like the warranty provided and the follow through from the builder to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The HOA is easy to deal with, the neighborhood is well maintained.
