The sales process was smooth and painless. José went out of his way for us. The walk through and delivery process was the same! No complaints.

My lack of experience or knowledge did not matter as a first time home buyer. This KB Team was an absolute dream come true. Being very patient, kind, and trustworthy, and giving me assistance and feedback every step of the way. When something needed adjusting or fixing, the team Jose led was exceptionally quick to make sure things were as I requested or ordered. Alex in the design team was so easy and knowledgable to work alongside. The Construction Managers were equally exceptional to work with as well. When special cupboard door handles went out of stock, one manager was quick to special order the item for my home from E-bay himself. When I thought the plants were too high maintenance, Jose personally chose new plants for me, and planted them himself. Jeff made sure what wasn't done by my final walk through was taken care of by closing. Jose's presence throughout my first home buying experience was reassuring, and filled with integrity. Each person of my team from KB has exceptional integrity and made my dream of buying a home so easy and come true. I have a beautiful new home with many thanks to each one. KB homes was wonderful to work with. The entire team, sales, design, loan, and construction superintendents were awesome to work with. Jose provided updates weekly wirh pictures! Ikaika and Jeff are personable and made us feel very comfortable whenever we visited our house under construction. All around what a fantastic experience

My husband and I have been looking for a home for the past year... we came across the model homes one afternoon on our home search. Being that this was our second home we knew exactly the thing we did want vs. didnt. Walking through the models we really like the fact that one home was geared towards the upgraded offers and one was this is how the house comes as is, this made it easy for us to decide the priorities on what we wanted to upgrade and stay within our budget. The process was pretty simple... a few misunderstandings, on upgrades and what all they included but by the time we did the design meeting with Alex we knew what we were getting at what price. Everyone is friendly and professional throughout the entire process! We would do it all over again! Still to this day, builders are checking in making sure everything is working properly, model home personnel call to make sure things are good. A friendly hello when walking by doing checks on others moving in! Overall a great experience! KB was always willing to go out of their way to accommodate us. They were also very transparent with us during the whole process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new build.

This was the 4th home we have built and was by far the best experience and workmanship. They were on schedule and the first walk through was the best we ever had as far as the small amount of minor issues that needed to be addressed. The sales staff and construction management were fantastic to work with. We would highly recommend looking at KB Homes for a new home.

Jose and the team made it an amazing experience from the first day we walked in and shook hands to the day he handed us our new homes keys. I can’t say enough about KB’s start to finish program that covers all the areas we wish were covered on our first home.

First, your team at Falling Waters have done an excellent job all during our buying process. Jose, Jerry, Laura, Jeff, Tod and Nolan all are commendable and very on top of every process. Jeff has came in and fixed our bathroom sink several times. I would and have strongly recommended KB homes to several folks. Our last home we bought it new pre-built and lived there for 37yrs because of the quality of that builder we are as pleased if not more so with the quality for this home and your team.

If I was to build another house in another area I would definitely look to see if KB Homes was building in that area.

Kevin and other associates kept me updated w/ current progress as well as photos. (I was purchasing while living in another state. ) felt confident of my best interest.

I appreciate everyone's efforts in getting our house move-in ready before the stay-at-home orders became mandated.

Nice home for the money, great community and people

This is my first experience in buying a new home - but I will say that the value of what I received for the price was beyond that of what I saw on the market. Your people are wonderful, accommodating and responsive - and helped me navigate thru the experience. My only “issue” was that there were some misses that I thought should have been caught - but once identified the situations were rectified quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service, and genuine kindness shown to myself and my mother by Ikaika, Jose and Jeff.
