Totally great experience from beginning to completion

Overall I am satisfied with all the experience with KB Homes. Nice people to work along.

My wife and I love the layout of the house we bought. The sales team and loan team were amazing which really made the buying experience great. The appliances that come with the house are very nice high end appliances. KB is really good about following up and getting you answers or help if you do have an issue . I would say at least for our house some of the workmanish on the finer details like tile work, caulking and installation of door wasnt as good as expected. The material choice for the caulking cracks out within a week and its something we have fix with a better material caulking. Also the inside paint is a flat white paint which easily gets dirty especially if you have kids. A more durable paint would have been preferred however this was the same style for all the new home builds we looked at. Overall we are very happy and would certainly recommend KB Homes. ... More

Great Construction and Great services from the sale team and customer service team.

I recently purchased a single-family home at south side of greater Seattle. The process has been smooth. Loan and finance team are very supportive (Neal Prasad & Belle). I did shopped around but so far no financial institution can match their package. The sales office are very accommodating and professional (Jerry Farfan). Customer service and after sales support is amazing . Jeff gave us a really nice and detailed home orientation and tour. He regularly checks on us in case we need anything and he responds promptly for inquiries and requests. The quality of the homes are high class.

Please make sure to negotiate the price.

Home buying experience with KB was overall good. Sales person, was awesome and cared to help. Loan team and customer experience didn’t show that they care, in fact it felt the opposite. Customer care team especially was trying come up with unrelated reason why a defected area was normal and it didn’t need fixing. This is big investment and that team needs to work with the customer to ensure everything is to their satisfaction. Attention to detail is very important but unfortunately I didn’t see that in my house

I’ve been here 2 months and I’m still learning about the house. Overall they did a great job and I’m happy living in this development.

Yes for the value today I think they could put a little more into the building process of the upgrades probably could have offered more and with this only being too much into the moving process it really takes the first year to see how the house holds up so what I would like to see is this survey to come back after a year and then I could really give it a good evaluation

Sales Brad, great to work with. Walkthrough, Ryan was excellent and really wanted to deliver the new home in perfect. Condition. Warranty, Heather was very responsive and helpful. Just about the only negatives were more related to the home plan and landscaping. 3 car garage is tiny, really a 2 1/2 car. Also. It's ridiculous not to have a side yard access door from the garage. I would have rather received a credit for landscaping rather than have the bare bones job as installed by the builder. We tore about half of the provided landscaping out. The three people above are the ones I mostly dealt with throughout the purchasing process and after closing. They were all professional, responsive, friendly and helpful, making the purchase comfortable and stress free. I definitely recommend KB Homes to anyone in the market for a new home.

Ryan has been great in helping solve any problems that we saw in our new home.

The only thing that we feel is not ok is the way the patio was left. We were told it's up to code but it is dangerous. The step down onto the lawn is way too high. It would be great if a step was added to the patio. Other than that we love our house.

Very professional, friendly and caring team KB has put together, they always put us first and made the home buying experience very easy. Any minor things we noticed after closing was quickly repaired with quality work by the superintendent and his team. Would recommend KB to anyone looking for a new construction home.

The Superintendent team were helpful all the way to move in. All of them were great. All my concerns were meet to the fullest with respect.

Overall a great experience! KB team is very responsive and is great at answering all your questions. Towards the end of closing they were great at fixing any problem that may have come up. No issues with any of our concerns. They were always on it and on it ASAP! We appreciate KB being there for us when we needed them and for always being so professional. Thank you!

My lack of experience or knowledge did not matter as a first time home buyer. This KB Team was an absolute dream come true. Being very patient, kind, and trustworthy, and giving me assistance and feedback every step of the way. When something needed adjusting or fixing, the team Jose led was exceptionally quick to make sure things were as I requested or ordered. Alex in the design team was so easy and knowledgable to work alongside. The Construction Managers were equally exceptional to work with as well. When special cupboard door handles went out of stock, one manager was quick to special order the item for my home from E-bay himself. When I thought the plants were too high maintenance, Jose personally chose new plants for me, and planted them himself. Jeff made sure what wasn't done by my final walk through was taken care of by closing. Jose's presence throughout my first home buying experience was reassuring, and filled with integrity. Each person of my team from KB has exceptional integrity and made my dream of buying a home so easy and come true. I have a beautiful new home with many thanks to each one. I am so grateful for each one of you! I have been truly very blessed to know each one of you. (Oh, and I can't forget the construction crews either! The whole experience was really good. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. I especially like that I was able to choose all my finishes
