KB built our neighbors home after ours was built. They built the same model as ours with their windows all mirroring ours. The fence is lower then the windows, therefore we can see into each others homes. We have NO privacy!

To make sure they keep an eye on their building in progress. I do love my home. Things can change how I feel about the workmanship if things are fix. And so far they are being fixed.

KB homes was wonderful to work with. The entire team, sales, design, loan, and construction superintendents were awesome to work with. Jose provided updates weekly wirh pictures! Ikaika and Jeff are personable and made us feel very comfortable whenever we visited our house under construction. All around what a fantastic experience

If I was to build another house in another area I would definitely look to see if KB Homes was building in that area.

Initially the commitment to customer service and quality helped seal the deal, as we got more into the process these things quickly disappeared. Part of what we were sold was the commitment to communication, customer service, and quality. We felt like we couldn't trust anything we heard from anybody, we were told what people thought we wanted to hear. Communication seemed to be the number one thing that we were told was going to happen, far from it. Some of the issues like communication wouldn't have been much of a problem if it wasn't pushed that it was such a priority, creating a chance for expectations to not be met. We love our home, the features, design, and location, unfortunately we have several issues that we will need to address soon from workmanship. I was greatly pleased with my home buying experience!

Having had experience with both spec homes and custom-built homes, KB did an overall excellent job building this home, given the circumstances of the Covid shutdowns. We would have liked more variety in our optional items; and a little quicker response to our punch list needs.

Kevin and other associates kept me updated w/ current progress as well as photos. (I was purchasing while living in another state. ) felt confident of my best interest.

The quality for value is outstanding but the customer service, communication and follow up throughout the whole process was beyond excellent! We love our new home and all those at KB who helped to make it a reality!!!

Love the style of how the home was designed. Only thumbs down is that I noticed the baseboards, cabinets and doors are not as sturdy as I thought they were. Also whoever painted this house we are in didn’t do a great job. I see Areas that are not fully painted and some drips on the wall. They did leave us paint to use so I will be touching up a few spots.

Nice home for the money, great community and people

My husband and I have been looking for a home for the past year... we came across the model homes one afternoon on our home search. Being that this was our second home we knew exactly the thing we did want vs. didnt. Walking through the models we really like the fact that one home was geared towards the upgraded offers and one was this is how the house comes as is, this made it easy for us to decide the priorities on what we wanted to upgrade and stay within our budget. The process was pretty simple... a few misunderstandings, on upgrades and what all they included but by the time we did the design meeting with Alex we knew what we were getting at what price. Everyone is friendly and professional throughout the entire process! We would do it all over again! Still to this day, builders are checking in making sure everything is working properly, model home personnel call to make sure things are good. A friendly hello when walking by doing checks on others moving in! Overall a great experience!
