When I visited the site, the home was not yet built. My main question for the sales representative was which home would provide the best mountain view, and I was advised to buy lot 77. At that time, there was only my home 18631, and there was no house behind me. However, after I moved in, a taller or same hieght home was constructed behind me, which blocked the mountain view from bedroom window. now the only view of the mountain was visible from my kitchen. I was a bit sad about this change, but accepted it. Additionally, deck work began on the back of my home, further obstructing the view. I had shown these concerns to Brad as well. I would not have purchased this home if I had been informed about the potential for this obstruction during my first visit in November 2024. Actually, this is the third home I have purchased in the last 20 years. My first home was bought by my ex-wife, who added me to it. We then built a second home together. The quality of the homes was satisfactory, and the builders was accurate. They suggested a meeting shortly thereafter. However, I am quite dissatisfied with the responses I have received regarding at least eight or nine issues I raised directly with the builder. I will refrain from naming anyone, but I am sincerely disappointed.

Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with our KB home purchase. Not only did they fall greatly short on presenting a finished "New" home but have lacked any sense of Urgency to get issues resolved. The staff are pleasant and friendly but just haven't gotten it done as of this review. I know people that have purchased Kb homes and loved them so maybe we just got a bad crew.
