I love how attentive they’ve been, even after two months. They’ve continued to check in and make sure everything is going well. We have enjoyed the home buying process from KB Home from the initial contact, to choosing the style off home we wanted, regularly being informed of when construction would start, updates during the construction phase and the final completion and the final walk through. Justin has been very helpful with educating us with customer service and the home warranty. Communication between Justin and us has been excellent. He has answered all of our questions and it is a pleasure to have him as our customer/warranty representative. We are loving our home!

So far, the house looks very good structurally and visually. We hope it continues this way. The finishes look great. I only have one recommendation for future construction: to improve the soundproofing a bit, because you can hear the noise of the cars on the highway. But the rest is very good. Richard, the superintendent, has been attentive and constant. He has been very attentive. And Carmen, the saleswoman, has been fantastic. Good work, both of them.

I have had a great overall experience with KB and the entire team. From the pre-sale purchase, steps in between, and moving in.

I changed jobs, had emergency surgery all through the building process and I never had to worry about the house. They kept in contact every week and sent pictures on the progress. Everyone from the sales team to the design center and construction were all great people to work with.

The home buying process from the KB Home staff was excellent. Consistent and timely communication on the next steps. Follow thru on making sure we understood what would take place next. They were right on target with completion dates. Once we moved in the staff would check in daily for any issues we needed taken care of.
