Great place and community!

There are many "small" things I've noticed were rushed or perhaps not done correctly- however when I have reached out for assistance or support the support has been highly responsive and they've corrected what was needed. Good experience.

Dylan *****has provided outstanding customer service in addressing the warranty items for our new home. Throughout the process, he has been patient, courteous, responsive, and attentive to detail. He takes the time to explain the warranty process clearly, follows up on questions, and keeps us informed on the status of outstanding issues. While my sales person was quick to respond d and kept her word about following up,Lennar the builder was extrememy disappointing. 1. If you did not see a issue during the walk thru, it will not be addresses. Some issues can o ly be found once you live there. 2 the ground was never graded and sub par sod was laid over holes, construction debris and rain water Pools at you patio and foundatio . 3. Several plants died with in. Weeks and when reported to Le nar, they refer you to the ***** which is still Lennar 4. There are no gushers guards on the gutter corners 4. Lennar is okay I know that's recommmend them out

Builder wouldn't add additional mud to drywall in the garage, so we will need to do extra work before painting it. The power went out multiple times and the warranty advisor was little help. Once the power company came to fix the issue, they told us the issue was noted before we closed, but the builder never scheduled for them to come fix it. The water meter was installed improperly. The plumber on the warranty card was not the one who installed the plumbing, so we had to call around to find out who actually was. The warranty advisor did not explain how to get reimbursement for the water overages. ... More

We were told you don't warranty anything and the house was not even cleaned. There's so much dirt and dust. We're still cleaning it to this day.

The process was easy, the house beautiful and the good quality

The warranty work is substandard in some cases.

incredibly difficult process to get into the home, during the walk through we pointed out multiple issues such as water leaks under sinks and even the ac not operating and more. the problems seemed to be addressed but after just a few months the issues re occured and had to be addressed yet again, almost as if they just slapped a band aid on the problems to get me into the house. i genuinely worry about the workmanship and build quality of this house long term. i wouldnt recommend buying a lennar home, and wish i hadnt. a lesson learned on my part.

Better communication

Overall great experience from start to finish. Nina the salesperson really set the tone. As a first time homebuyer, Lennar reps exceeded my expectation. Kevin conducted the home orientation- he was patient, thoroughly explained the process and was warm and welcoming.

Debbie (sales) is outstanding

have had a few big issues come up, one the after the first weekend i moved in (still not resolved, but the natural spring dried up for the summer). the other major one was solar panel had melted part. once taken up by a step Lennar Rep it was replaced.

Once I paid my earnest money communication was almost none. No one bothered to check how the home was moving along in the construction. My inspector went three times to make sure the items in my home that needed to be fixed had been fixed, all the times my inspector went nothing was done, even after giving the sales agent and construction manager ame time to fix the issues. The first time the inspector went to the home none of the appliances were in the home.

Unfortunately, sales people that tell you what you want to hear and nothing in writing. Builder is building so fast but poor attention to detail. Misguided and poor landscaping and pool work by the builder. Descent follow-up but everything is a process and takes time. Very little satisfaction from most of the homeowners at this point.

We were hoping for a better experience.

Some doors we have been getting loose screws and carpet has been damaged before moving in. We were told that someone should follow up the following week. No one came or fixed our damage carpet

This rating is based on my experience in purchasing a Lennar house.

I reached out to Aidan with Lennar customer care, yesterday, and he responded quickly to instruct me to submit a warranty request for this. Once I submitted the request, Aidan forwarded it to the team right away. Then Daren, Assurance quality manager contacted me shortly indicating he will work with ***** to resolve the issue. The issue is resolved today. Thanks for their excellent services!

I couldn't image finding a better home for my kids.

The entire process was smooth and easier than I expected. Cole was transparent and quick to respond. Joe the construction manager was helpful even after move in and very informative during walk through. It has been a great experience.

When it's a problem and I reach out the problem always done on time

Everyone at Lennar is amazing, professional and made the process so easy. From Heather and Carter in the showroom to Jim, who made sure everything was perfect in the home, Lennar is one of the best builders.
