We have had a few issues and it took a long time for anyone to respond. We all have air conditioning issues. We have an open ticket. The air does not blow in the master bedroom. I called the claims dept. Carla came out. She just said, I will have to send a technician. Over a week later, I have not heard anything from anyone. It is July in Texas, we would like the comfort that we pay for. We also have no water faucet/spicket in the backyard. We were told that is normal. I have never heard of such a thing . I had issued with my dishwasher and was told there is no warranty for appliances. We have a sprinkler head that does not work. Carla told us that the sprinkler head is underground and it is suppose to be. We mentioned issues we were having with our neighbors, they all said, good luck with that! I love the house and the LVP, gourmet kitchen and large master bathroom.

Had a few issues Lennar Customer Care took care of in timely manner. The onsite building mgr was fantastic !

Information about the total understanding of how the warranties work, what to do in case of an emergency, and identifying issues that can arise within the first 30 days should have been made known. My HVAC (thermostat for the AC isn't working, and when I reach out to the emergency service listed, they haven't called me back. It's been 3 days without AC).

Shannon in the loan department is horrible to work with.

First- you have to deal with way too many people during the process. Second- we have several issues with the house (water pressure, dishwasher, water in bathroom after rain, some flooring issues, and painting issues).

Building near rail track. Not peaceful at day and night

I was never told that my townhome didn't come with a refrigerator. You would think for over $200 thousand one would be supp*****d. I was told that what you see in the model is what you get. Well there was a side by side fridge in the model. Perhaps you should remove it or make sure buyers are aware that they have to purchase their own. The ad on realtor is false advertising because it says comes with stainless steel appliances. Some people say that buyers are not happy with the refrigerator supp*****d so they stopped putting them in. I say that you should have 3 or 4 refrigerators to pick from. It is stressful enough moving then have to do a couple of days without a fridge. Very unprofessional. I would also like to ad that ***** is terrible. I was charged fees for nothing. It was a mistake and I did get a *****. Again stressful. Also an overhang over sliding doors would have been nice. Not allowed a screened in porch. What's the point of putting in a concrete slab if you can't do anythig with it. Maybe when building buyers can have 3 or 4 choices of screened in porches to pick from. I like to sit outside in the AM like most people but don't want to be bothered with bugs. So lenar instead of upgrades with kitchen knobs and soft close cabinets maybe you can provide screened in porches with other builds. Or a fridge. If I was younger I would move again and it wouldn't be lennar. Lennar worth over TWENTY BILLION DOLLARS and can't have an overhang, fridge or screened in porch. Shameful and greedy company. ... More

HVAC has a bad smell even after cleaning the system. Lennar owes me 636.00 for vent cleaning and warranty department closed case and will not return my calls.

They make promises but never keep it, very hard to find them , no answer the phone, no answer the emails, very unproffesional. We got the key but the house was not ready. AC not working properly, one window broken, one hole in the tale, the door was not closing properly, the attic hatch is missing. We opened waranty claims but they are not coming to fix it, we are waiting weeks and then call back and waste our time for nothing. The landscape suppose to be done before closing date there are 2 months sine we are waiting and still nobody was coming. I have no words for this company it is so pathetic, they have no respects for the c*****nts. They are rushing to take the money and then they leave the c*****nts to fix the problems by themselves. Be aware of this company....when you have to choose and buy a house, please run as far as you can and find some other builders, otherwise you are going to regret ! ... More

Not pleased at all. *****s were told before purchasing. After living in our "brand new townhome" our landscaping and walkway to our front door were all ripped out keaving gigantic holes.. that have not been fixed still months later. They pretend to new coming buyers but dont care about the ones that already purchased.. there are so many is*****s within the home.. i would stay clear from purchasing these homes

Overall a good to very good experience. Several sloppy but fixable construction issues throughout the house. I’d have pulled out my hair if not for the assistance of the Lennar liaison person. She’s helped me through a handful of issues. The remaining sloppiness will be resolved or replaced by myself. Wait times were long but understandably so.

My wife and I are in our mid to late 50’s and this Lennar home was my first “new” home that I have purchased. This experience was nothing at all what I had expected for a new construction home. My overall description of this purchase would be characterized as totally disappointing. For starts nothing was done in regards to what was convenient for us as the Customer. We were told when all appointments were scheduled and when we had to be at the home or at the closing. We had no say in the matter despite our own work schedules and what was convenient or what worked best for us. The quality of the home and lack of pride in craftsmanship were incredibly below the standard for what a new home should be. Cheap interior white paint throughout the home, fully loaded electrical panel with no room for expansion, poor job with the installation of the pavers for the driveway and sidewalk leading to the next gen unit and an A/C unit that makes a banging sound every time the unit turns on and off are just a few of the issues that we have had to deal with. Added to this is the three smoke alarms that needed to have batteries replaced during the middle of the night and the breakers that keep tripping when more than two power sources are being used at the same time. It was very evident that corners were cut at every opportunity all for saving money. You know things are bad when you have a pre home inspection by a third party and there ends up being over $9k of suggested repairs for a “new” home. This ought not to be the case for a brand new home. For new Lennar home buyers I strongly suggest to move forward with caution. ... More

The reason for this rating comes down to the first walk-through experience. Rather than using the full time allotted for the inspection, the inspector moved through the property in less than 30 minutes. That pace made it hard to feel confident that everything was actually checked thoroughly. Given how big a decision a home purchase is, rushing through the walk-through undermines the whole point of having an inspection done in the first place. That’s what’s driving the lower rating here.

We were very happy with our home purchase. The Sales Team and ***** team and Walk Through team all did an excellent job. As for the quality of our home we are very happy. We have found only a few miner touch up items so far but they can be addressed at our 1 year reveiw. I feel the Team who built the house did a very nice job. Thanks again for a good experience.
