We have had a few issues and it took a long time for anyone to respond. We all have air conditioning issues. We have an open ticket. The air does not blow in the master bedroom. I called the claims dept. Carla came out. She just said, I will have to send a technician. Over a week later, I have not heard anything from anyone. It is July in Texas, we would like the comfort that we pay for. We also have no water faucet/spicket in the backyard. We were told that is normal. I have never heard of such a thing . I had issued with my dishwasher and was told there is no warranty for appliances. ...

Information about the total understanding of how the warranties work, what to do in case of an emergency, and identifying issues that can arise within the first 30 days should have been made known. My HVAC (thermostat for the AC isn't working, and when I reach out to the emergency service listed, they haven't called me back. It's been 3 days without AC).

First- you have to deal with way too many people during the process. Second- we have several issues with the house (water pressure, dishwasher, water in bathroom after rain, some flooring issues, and painting issues).

I was never told that my townhome didn't come with a refrigerator. You would think for over $200 thousand one would be supp*****d. I was told that what you see in the model is what you get. Well there was a side by side fridge in the model. Perhaps you should remove it or make sure buyers are aware that they have to purchase their own. The ad on realtor is false advertising because it says comes with stainless steel appliances. They make promises but never keep it, very hard to find them , no answer the phone, no answer the emails, very unproffesional. We got the key but the house was not ready. AC not working properly, one window broken, one hole in the tale, the door was not closing properly, the attic hatch is missing. We opened waranty claims but they are not coming to fix it, we are waiting weeks and then call back and waste our time for nothing. The landscape suppose to be done before closing date there are 2 months sine we are waiting and still nobody was coming. I have no words for this company it is so ...

Not pleased at all. *****s were told before purchasing. After living in our "brand new townhome" our landscaping and walkway to our front door were all ripped out keaving gigantic holes.. that have not been fixed still months later. They pretend to new coming buyers but dont care about the ones that already purchased.. there are so many is*****s within the home.. i would stay clear from purchasing these homes

Overall a good to very good experience. Several sloppy but fixable construction issues throughout the house. I’d have pulled out my hair if not for the assistance of the Lennar liaison person. She’s helped me through a handful of issues. The remaining sloppiness will be resolved or replaced by myself. Wait times were long but understandably so.

My first walk-through with the inspector was rushed and left me pretty disappointed. Instead of using the full allotted time, they wrapped up the entire walk-through in under 30 minutes, which didn’t feel like enough time to properly assess the property. It came across more like a quick once-over than a genuine inspection. I expected more thoroughness for something this important.

The reason for this rating comes down to the first walk-through experience. Rather than using the full time allotted for the inspection, the inspector moved through the property in less than 30 minutes. That pace made it hard to feel confident that everything was actually checked thoroughly. Given how big a decision a home purchase is, rushing through the walk-through undermines the whole point of having an inspection done in the first place. That’s what’s driving the lower rating here.

We were very happy with our home purchase. The Sales Team and ***** team and Walk Through team all did an excellent job. As for the quality of our home we are very happy. We have found only a few miner touch up items so far but they can be addressed at our 1 year reveiw. I feel the Team who built the house did a very nice job. Thanks again for a good experience.
