I lived out of state when I bought my home and was looking for an easy process being remote. Lennar was exceptional! From the buying to the building, I was given so much helpful information being out of the area. My builder, Ben, went above and beyond to send me pictures and updates so I could track the progress. The quality is phenomenal as well as reinforced by my private inspection which went smoothly. I’ve already gotten many compliments on the design of the home and materials. I had the best experience with Lennar and would buy from them again.

I recieved a call the same day, and was schedule immediately. Maintenance person was on time and professional. Quick fix and now im back to my beautiful brand new Lennar home. Our experience with Lennar was great. Our loan was difficult and a bit frustrating, but then team was there whenever we needed them. Rhonda was amazing!!! Our home is amazing. Now that all is said and done, I would do it again.

I love my new home! I had an issue with my doorbell as it was not working, they issued a work order and came out quickly and replaced it as it was burned out. so very responsive and helpful!

I had a great experience purchased a few Lennar home at Magnolia Forest Montgomery Texas, the sales team Cory and Will provided the Great price which is Valuable and Worthy, The construction managers Luke, Jeremiah and Anthony did the tremendous jobs through the walk throughs until the closing. The quality of the workmanship and materials are definately Valuable. I am very satisfied Lennar homes at Magnolia Forest ! The teams are the assets of Lennar ! Many Thanks to you all and the Team ! The current market is crazy!! The home build, square feet and price is the best in our area!!! It is hard to find a home under 400k with about 2400 sq ft. The home design is contemporary with standard high end finishes. The neighborhood is coastal and beautiful. Close to major interstate. We almost tuck tail and ran after we found negative reviews. We are so glad we did not. Customer service is top notch and very responsive. If you purchase in this area, I think you will be pleased.

From day one we came to the Lennar community we met Carima, the sales person from the minute we start talking to her , very nice everybody from the salesperson to escrow they even handle the loanin,here we are living in the new house thank you Lennar team I will recommend you to anyone looking to buy.

The house is great for the price. It came with all the appliances including the fridge and washer and dryer. Is great community, quiet.

My overall experience with my Lennar purchase in Land O Lakes, Florida has been excellent! After 40 years working in and around the home building industry in the Maryland/Virginia area I have been truly impressed with the home buying experience. From the initial contact with Stephanie in the sales department, to Jon at Lennar Lending, and to the final punch out and closing of my new home this has been great! I have to admit that Lennar runs this entire process like a well-oiled machine, that I would recommend to any of my friends.
