Great home and very nice neighborhood!

Everyone is professional and very friendly. They act with a sense of urgency and are very thorough. The staff always returns your calls and are very helpful. When you purchase a home from them you receive the upmost value when purchasing a home.

This is my first new home experience. The Lennar salesman was so helpful with the process of buying my home. Once I purchased the home the builder and the customer care consultant made time to explain the general information on the home. Going through the home to make sure everything went smoothly. Any concerns were addressed immediately. What a wonderful company to work with.

My experience with Lennar was exceptional at every step of the process. From my initial inquiry all the way through to the closing, my questions were thoughtfully answered and my concerns were immediately addressed. The quality of workmanship was evident throughout the entire build, and I’m not ashamed to admit I monitored the progress daily. I was constantly surprised that even the little details were being done. Things like solid reinforced joists during framing and sanding down floorboard seams prior to the laminate flooring and carpet going in. These are things the homeowner would typically never see but truly set my mind at ease knowing that this attention to detail was consistent throughout. And if something wasn’t right, they made it so. My house was just weeks away from completion when I noticed that during a recent heavy rain there was some pooling of water occurring in the front porch slab against the garage foundation. I brought it to the attention of my building liaison with the expectation that I would be told there wasn’t much that could be done at that point. Instead, the very next day the entire cement slab had been removed and re-poured. It was like this on the financing and warranty side as well. My experience with Lennar Homes was great. They help you every step of the way our recommend them to anyone that wants to buy a home. They are awesome.

The moment i walked into and saw the Lennar model homes, I knew that I needed to buy one. Mostly because everything is included ...all appliances ....and a washer and dryer and blinds ....omg , wow! In addition, from the sales person in the model home all the way to closing escrow, Lennar had it extremely organized and kept me I formed every step.of the way until I got the keys in my hand. Closing was online and super easy the only negative thing I would say was the amount of paperwork they want you to download It’s somewhat overwhelming, but the actual experience of buying was very easy.

From the beginning to the closing everything ran smoothly. Everyone in the the Lennar organization was professional and answered ever question and all issues were addressed and rectified.

Guided throughout the process. Made simple

Qualify workmanship. Never hear any noise from the connecting walls from neighbors. Made one request after moving in to adjust the front door, so it didn't rub at the rop when closing. Fixed right away. Very happy with our new townhome!

We were very impressed on the walk through of the house when we met with Candice. She took us throughout the house and explained the HVAC system, the gfi's, the water turnoffs and went over the appliance features with us. Candice was excellent at answering all our questions and concerns. She also made sure that any touch ups required due to paint or other items were fixed prior to move in date.

Lennar is a very reputable company with extremely high quality standards and excellent customer service. They provided us with a unique and supportive experience from the moment we started the purchase process until we received the keys. Thank you, Lennar! We love our 6-bedroom home in Likeland. I was searching for a home in the Sun City area and stumbled upon a handful of homes in Heritage at Asante. These homes were complete and packed with extras like front and rear landscaping, tile floors, blinds, and covered patio. They also offered a fantastic interest rate and credits for closing. The walk through was easy and the superintendent fixed everything my inspector recommended. This was a painless experience and I would absolutely recommend Lennar and I would buy with them again.
