It was an excellent decision when buying with Lennar. It is a very responsible company. It has a quality service and its house designs are beautiful. I think I made a very good choice with Lennar, I would recommend them with my eyes closed.

This whole process has been the easiest experience of my life…which is very rare with home buying. From the first look and intro to the realtor (Sarah is an exceptional woman!), to the mortgage process, and everything there after my experience has been above board!! I received what I felt was an amazing deal and with zero haggling…they gave me the best offer upfront! During my new home orientation there was an issue with carpet noted. The timeframe in between closing didn’t allow for it to be fixed..,so, it wasn’t finished on move-in. Communication was above board the whole way though. I submitted the work order once I moved in and with zero fuss, they immediately responded and scheduled the company to come fix it at a time convenient to my schedule. After being in the home for almost 2 months, I have had zero issues with anything. The whole team and their established processes are in order and well above other builders I have seen. Kudos! ... I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about bad craftsmanship in new build homes but we’re quite happy with our Lennar home. We do have one on going issue that’s been ongoing for almost two months now but our warranty still covers it and Lennar is still trying to do what they can to resolve our issue.
