I purchased the property out of state. The realtor intentionally left things out of the video that would have been questioned. For example, the walkway to the door had a corner of the cement block broken off and a triangular repair was done. The bright white color is very noticeable. Another is***** was the false drawers in the bathroom. Finally, there was nothing mentioned about lack of window screens or gutters. I asked if there had been any crimes or burglaries in the area. I was told no. My neighbors said that there had been several thefts in the last year or so. I am unable to drive at this time. I asked if there were taxi/uber services available. I was told there were. There are not. Uber suggests a 90-day reservation. Note: The nearest larger town is ~11 miles away. The realtor probably "assumed" there wouldn't be an is*****. Unfortunately, it has become a HUGE is*****. I live alone and I've moved to a new state. I haven't heard from the realtor since 4 days prior to my closing. I didn't receive an offer for additional assistance, questions, or even a congratulation after the purchase. Truly a realtor to avoid. There are metal pieces and screws that I'm still finding in the yard after being here for 6 weeks. The next door neighbor has a young boy that is constantly running around. I worry that he may step on something that the builders failed to pick up. This is my 6th and likely my last home. I am satisfied with the price I paid, which is why I rated 3/5 stars. I purchased a townhouse and it’s beautiful. I am very happy living in this community. The builder did a fantastic job! The only thing we need here is a street light.

Very unset. The inside doors or not level to the floor still not fixed. One door has an outside nob on it not fixed.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a new home from Lennar, and I strongly caution future buyers to double-check their contracts. You expect a brand-new build to be move-in ready, but ours has been a nightmare of poor craftsmanship and what feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch. First, our appliances were delivered more than five weeks late. When they finally arrived, Lennar severely downgraded them from what we paid for. Our contract clearly stated a refrigerator value of $2,440, but they delivered a model worth only $1,048. The contract also listed the washer and dryer at a $2,520 value, but they gave us units worth only $748 each. They shorted us over $2,400 in appliance value alone, hoping we wouldn't notice! On top of this, the house itself lacks quality control. Upon moving in, we found a visible hole in the restroom drywall, cracked wood on the side of the house, and several cosmetic defects. We have reported these issues, but their customer service team drags their feet and has still not fixed them. Once you sign the closing papers, Lennar abandons you. Hire your own inspector, verify every appliance model number against your contract, and be prepared for a fight. ... More

Lennar Homes are a great value for the price however be sure to get everything corrected prior to closing. Matt at closing is great but be firm and cordial with your request to fix whatever the issue maybe with the home prior to heading to your closing in B’ham, AL. I was truly amazed at how simple the home purchase was with Lennar. I love my new home just wish that I had a bit more yard space in the backyard. The homes are way too close together.

The quality of the home I purchased from this company is unsurpassed!! Structurally sound and modern. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new home to look no further.

The home buying process was easy… I’m a first time HB so, if things were complicated I would have known. I did not have a realtor, after my initial interest, I could not get a realtor. The materials are very cheap and the damage to the material during the build are not replaced or repaired. My new home came with extra tenants (rodents)! I cried for nights because I couldn’t believe I moved into a new home with RATS! I called the rep that said “call if you need anything”! I never heard back from here. I’m thankful to have a home and I ask God to bless our home!

Great team, great house. I love my new place. The neighborhood is amazing, and the people are nice.

The buying experience was easy enough but not very personable I was handed a folder with the Deed and keys and that was it. Gavin has been very helpful in getting the minor problems fixed. The only problem that has not been fixed is the address problem which I hope will be fixed soon.
