Failed AC, No mail service, no access to ISPs, common area used as dumping ground and unfinished.

It was rough, we had our ups and downs. It's like most people where awesome and amazing but it only takes one to seriously mess it all up for the buyer. Lennar did finally remove that person and put everything on a rush to make the mad dash to close on my original close date. That was very nice, and I'm very grateful. The new house is nice, but been here a month and have noticed things that where done poorly, or cheap material was used.

Areas on the inside had to be redone twice. Wall in living room very poorly done along with walls in bathrooms. In addition, installation of the fence took way to long.

My experience was great. I enjoyed the process from the beginning to the end. The builders done a good job. The only problem was trash everywhere but it was clean during my walk through. I love my new home. I get to make many memories. The best is yet to come.

My personal experience. Lennar knew my belongings were on a truck and I was out of time. They didn't even care enough to finish the blue tape items. I had no choice but to sign off. Now after living here for a month I have found numerous quality issues. Lennar should be ashamed.

We closed online and it was a clear and quick process. We did have to drive to Madison to get our keys. Perhaps you could consider a process to pass the keys to the new owner at the house location.

Great sales experience as my sales rep was quickly to follow-up with all questions during the presale, sales, and post sales process. However, loan underwriting was not able to come through when I had assurances given my situation from Lennar Mortgage that ended up with me having to pay a appraisal fee. The workmanship lacks attention to detail. Building material quality is the minimal builder quality.

While my sales person was quick to respond d and kept her word about following up,Lennar the builder was extrememy disappointing. 1. If you did not see a issue during the walk thru, it will not be addresses. Some issues can o ly be found once you live there. 2 the ground was never graded and sub par sod was laid over holes, construction debris and rain water Pools at you patio and foundatio . 3. Several plants died with in. Weeks and when reported to Le nar, they refer you to the ***** which is still Lennar 4. There are no gushers guards on the gutter corners 4. Lennar cut corners and has offered zero post sale support. Run, do not walk, to a different builder

Poor. Miss information given during buying process. No follow up with issues since moving in.

We had a contract on **************** and the build was delayed for months. It was a comer lot which is what we wanted and Royce knew that! When things got delayed we switched to ***************** which we thought was a corner lot. Signed the contract and was never told otherwise. We figured it out when we finally got a plat to get approval for fence. We began asking about the lot at that time and no one could give us an honest answer. This drug out till closing when we're sitting with our uhaul full of our belongs. The builder even thought it was a corner lot and said that. We paid a premium price for the corner lot and then found out for sure it was a common area for HOA to maintain We asked Lenner to help get it for us but instead of helping us with this issue they spit in our face and told us to take this up with the HOA. Now we are forced to take legal action. There have been other issues as well. I would NEVER recommend a home to anyone by this company! ... More

Quality over Curb Appeal.

This was a frustrating experience with the construction team other crafting of the bathroom, the painting, and the quarter round. We had to hire painters to repaint due to using flat original paint. We are still waiting on the landscape team to fix the sod that laid on the ground un watered for several days. Delayed response to issues, and several times we were not told the whole truth. We love the house, and the open areas. The warranty team has been responsive and professional.

The rushing of the final walk through before closing made us miss blue taped spots that had been just removed and not taken care off. Immediately notice damage on floor on main entrance hall and was told warranty would take care of it but at the end of the warranty year, door sticking really bad. We can’t finish bringing furniture because we keep waiting on the paint spots to be taken care off. It’s very frustrating. Also what you think you are buying when you see the model home is not what we got in the master bathroom with no drawers and also no tree by side of garage. If things had been done better with the paint etc we wouldn’t have to be waiting now. It’s all rush rush rush so something has to give. ... More

I am very happy with my new home and the entire experience with Lennar. This is my first home, and everything has gone smoothly from start to finish. The customer service and warranty team have been excellent, always following up by phone, text, or email whenever I have a question. I have been in my home for two months now and I love it. The community is quiet, friendly, and in a great location. I was able to use my VA benefits, put no money down, and even received my escrow refund at closing. Overall, this has been a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely consider buying another Lennar home as an investment property in the future. ... More

Lennar real estate agent and builder were amazing, no issues there. Lennar Mortgage was a horrible experience. The messed up the paperwork for a Veteran loan, then accused me (the disabled Veteran) of lying. They only worked the issue after two days of phone calls and repeated evidence provided of their mistakes. After closing, requested copies of all mortgage paperwork, and have been ignored by both the Lennar Mortgage and Lennar Alabama head of customer experience. Terrible and humiliating experience working with Lennar Mortgage. Find any other lender.

Be informed and ask lots of questions

Overall we would absolutely buy another home from Lennar. The process is well oiled and very tight. Nothing was missed. We dealt with Wes, April, Jacob, and Hannah. All were very responsive and had answers to questions throughout the buying process. Thanks to all for your attention to detail and hard work.!

Very happy with our home amd the experience

LENNAR is the MOST SORRY business that I have ever dealt with . After TWO months I do not have a correct title to the home. The Tittle company is sending mail for me to the address of the home purchased . I do not live there. The Title company ignores me. LENNAR is a SORRY company. I am contacting the Al. Attorney General

Many things that needed to be done after closing some even from our inspection list. The best of this experience has been an awesome worker on the warranty side named Roozy. He has gone above and beyond to make things happen.

I am a single mom and was hoping buying my first home would be easy, but it was not. It came with several challenges. One, they told me the house would be cleaned before I moved in, and that never happened. Workers' footprints have stained parts of the floor. I had to call the warranty several times. The person who walked through the house never informed us of several things. Lennar homes are spec homes and go up very quickly. The contract manager was helpful, but once I closed on the house and he promised things, he could no longer help out, and I had to jump through hoops to get things resolved. ... More
