Home is great. Lending was fairly unresponsive unless we sent multiple messages.

Not satisfied with warranty items that has not been fixed. I have no dishwasher due to damage when it was installed. I have no fireplace because pilot will not stay on after 10 minutes. Cabinet of trash can is very hard to open. Suppose to come and fix it three days after moved in but no one as of yet has showed up. Very upset! I did not buy this new house to have problems!!!!!!!

Lennar has been nothing but prompt & professional

There are still items that was on our punch list that was not taken care of before closing. Still having trouble opening closing the sliding glass door to the patio. Other than that Lanken has been very helpful.

The house is great, but a lot of ants were in the house on movie in. The prosperity lines seem off and the grass they planned is struggling to grow on one side. Construction on the other side has caused trash to blow over into my property and it’s still there

Lennar provided exceptional service during walk through and made certain that every issue was taken care of. Even during the first month, as we had questions, Jackson quickly answered each one and helped us to make our transition into our new home a great success. As part of the HOA however, Lennar leaves a lot to be desired. We submitted a request almost 25 days ago and Lennar refuses to work on it or to answer questions. In their covenants, they state that if they do not address the issue in 30 days, then the request is deemed as disapproved. I did not have any major issues. The minor issues I did have was addressed and taken care of in a satisfactory manner and time. The builder was very good about answering any questions and giving us a lot of information about the house.

Buying with Karen at Lennar was a breeze. She made it an easy process. We have had a few issues since then and let’s just say we have felt the same respect that we had with Karen. You lost a good one

Day 2 after move in revealed a major plumbing issue. I give credit to the response time here. It was addressed the next day.. but they had to tear the front porch concrete and brick up to fix the problem. It was repaved and bricked, but a few footprints were left imprinted in it and the new beams that sit on the porch still have the plastic wrap on them. We've contacted the appropriate people to fix these things but it's been 3 weeks and I'm not sure they will.

Some incentives we were told we would get and did not. Lack of communication on the front end. The CM, warranty and closing team were great. Issues after closing were addressed in a timely manner.

The process is simple in its entirety. Lennar made it very easy with the buying process. The issue is that there is a lot of language that isn't friendly to first time homebuyers. Everything needs to be kept in writing for anyone buying a home through Lennar. There was a lot of talk about what was agreed and not agreed to but because there wasn't a paper trail from phone calls it made the process difficult. Also Lennar pulls credit far too soon in advance to where when they pull your credit score again before you close your rate will change due to initial credit hits. Communication from the sales and mortgage team was sub par past the initial contract. The construction crew and warranty team did an excellent job throughout the whole process Peyton, our construction superintendent, addressed many issues and concerns throughout the process. Peyton also put in contact with the right people for problems he couldn't answer. Justin, warranty specialist, has been quick and efficient in fixing any problems that have arose thus far. He has had people at our house to fix the problem in the same week and followed up to ensure we were happy. Peyton still stops by as they are still building in the neighborhood to make sure everything is perfect. Morgan in the mortgage department was the one person in that department who made sure my questions were answered and she contacted the right people to make sure I had a good closing experience. Shauna and Aunya, who I never met, were quick to help via email and were efficient and accurate in addressing closing concerns. Lennar has the world of new homes at their fingertips, they have great people in Huntsville but they received 2 stars on trustworthiness due to contract talks to buy a home. Make sure everything is in writing and it may be best to contact a realtor who has worked with Lennar. A solution to Lennar's problem with buyers would a portal where all communication is logged and kept through the system that multiple people could refence within contract negotiations. I also felt somewhat rushed to buy a home in initial talks as they were saying things like "you need to sign today if you want this house". My experience with Lennar Craft Springs is not great. First, I don't believe I received the best value as a veterans. Second, I was rushed through the second walk through the day of the closing. A long crack in the garage floor that that was noted in the first walk-thru remains, food crumbs in the microwave remains, a bedroom wall cover is missing and I did not receive all closing material at closing.

I cannot recommend Lennar Title. There were multiple mistakes that I’m glad we noticed and the entire stressful experience culminated with our keys being given to another homeowner. I had to drive his keys to him in order to trade. I’m an ex Realtor and I’ve honestly never seen so many serious mistakes. I can only assume they were understaffed.

Not a great experience

First time home buyer. I chose my own realtor and mortgage company instead of what was offered by Lennar, and I'm glad I did. Their preferred lender was not very responsive when I tried to get pre-approval. Estimated completion for the house was relatively on target (2 week push back). My realtor had to press regularly to get updates from Lennar, which did get better towards completion. Inspections were on time and everything was ready at the final walk. All discrepancies were addressed, but more flaws and quality issues were discovered after closing. The house was not cleaned very well. Door frames, window frames, base boards, tile floors still had red dirt that need to be scrubbed off. Obviously there's going to be lots of dust and dirt from construction. But it seemed like there was no effort to actually clean any surface. One window had glass shards in the frame from previously broken glass. Random wood pieces and hardware like screws and nails were found in random places throughout the house. Quality of caulking/sealing in bathroom and kitchen is poor. Not sure why outlets with co-axial and ethernet wiring didn't have connectors. Plenty of misalignment on outlets, switches, panels, and frames. Already had to ask for some minor warrant work. To their credit, Lennar was very responsive but the quality of the work by some of the contractors could be better. One big issue I had was a sewage back up 3 days after moving in. Toilets and tubs had brown water leaking back in. Apparently the sewer pipe leading directly out of the house had a blocking plate that was not removed. Where Lennar could improve is better choice of contractors and better oversight of their contractors. There could be more care and attention. He was very nice and helpful. He did what he said he would/was going to do. His work is very nice and I do love my new home. I did move in very quickly, but Jackson did all her could to ensure that I had the home of my dreams.

The assistant foreman for our neighborhood (Michael) is wonderful he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of to the best of his ability. We closed with unresolved issues. That’s on us, however, we had no where to go since our home sold and closing was the same exact day that we were scheduled to close on our new Lennar home. That day was a nightmare. We signed a contract on a house that was 97% done and still almost didn’t close because they waited until the very last minute to do things. The grout in our wet areas are stained with red mud pretty bad. We let that go. The grout work itself was subpar at best. There are several other issues but again we had no where to go. The biggest issue is Lennar cuts corners where they shouldn’t. They put 1 stage units in these homes that are not for a climate like ours. Our home had 70% humidity. The AC people came out and basically rigged the unit to run longer somehow. Now we set the temp at 73 and it cools to 71 and that was their fix. We tried to address with Lennar but it’s on us now. 2 stage units are always recommended for humid climates if not variable speed units. We didn’t think to even check this as we had a Breland/Lennar home in Madison and they didn’t do this. We had a nice unit that worked as it should. They are building homes at a high volume and the home had a number of issues that were ultimately addressed prior to closing and even after. They tried to cut some corners and some issues were found after closing. They do follow up but you just have to be very thorough in the closing process. The home layout and design is very good and the location is excellent. I would likely have bought from them again at the end of the day.

Michael did an amazing job with getting the ball rolling, and the staff at the title office were amazing. I had some challenges with the finance team, they were disjointed and that was overall frustrating. Dislikes: the model home does not match what I bought. I was told I would be buying the exact same product, I was okay with that. However, the home I purchased had some significant downgrades (living room does not have a tray ceiling, bedrooms does not have ceiling fans, cabinets does not have pull knobs, no crown molding, back door does not have blinds, toilets are not sealed, flooring was totally different). Blue taped items not fixed before move in. Plumbing full of gravel, caused dirty water to leak from toilet and submerge bathroom. Was initially given wrong keys and neighbor was given my keys. Garage was dented and refuse to fix Can hear neighbors talk through shared walls.

Baseboards were coming away from the wall in several places

Voiced my thoughts WEEKS ago. Was told, someone will be contacting you. Right. Don't bother now.

Overall quality of work is not present. I did not expect perfection but there are definitely items that lack attention to detail. Overall staff is friendly and accommodating. I would have liked to see better quality paint and finishes in the home.

Agent was not very good about getting back to my realtor on the purchase of the home. Had to contact her more than once. Even had to go to a supervisor to get updates. Issues with electrical after I moved in. But can say very prompt on coming to fix.
