The experience was horrible, our realtor Kem was not good. He did not do a good job. Lack of information and communication. Things were half done in our home. If we could go back we wouldn’t buy from lennar.

Worse experience , bad investment

Home came with multiple cracks in the foundation that was covered up under carpets and Vinel flooring . Only noticed after ripping out carpet to add more Vinel flooring . If I knew the foundation that many huge cracks , I would have passed on buying this property. Poor workmanship and very poor customer service .

AVOID. I would strongly discourage anyone from considering this company for a home purchase - our initial experience with them was absolutely terrible. My husband and I were full of excitement about buying our first home, especially with a baby on the way, and the prospect of living near our friends. Unfortunately, dealing with them turned our dream into a nightmare. Right from the beginning, their responsiveness was abysmal - either taking forever to reply or not responding at all. Despite seeing other homes with the same floorplan but with far superior amenities, we were told that our home ...
