My attic is not ventilated there in insulation over the holes in the eaves, the roof is poorly constructed no ventilation it needs to be constructed properly, there are vents that are not working!! Need to have someone come out to separate insulation from

I have water on floor at my back door. The roof is not venting the heat! It needs a fix. Insulation is over the eaves covering the vents! The lower vent on the roof is 3feet lower than the top most vent making it useless! It needs to get a fix! Higher than normal cooling bills is going to drown me in debt!!!

I’m sure this won’t get published, but here goes….. The sales people are eager to sell you a house! Once you buy though, the Lennar Mortgage experience is a nightmare & very time consuming. Worst I’ve ever had. This builder installs the very cheapest materials and appliances. You get what you get. No one ever contacted me about upgrades. Those online photos look great though! You don’t even get a doorbell! The workmanship is poor & they will fight you on warranty issues they don’t want to resolve that will cost them money. Low quality materials just like every other cookie cutter home, has had electrical issues and whoever does their drywall finishing must be cross eyed. Got bad information from the realtor about WiFi and school district and wasn't the friendliest person either. Other than that its a house and you get what you pay for when you purchase a basic floorplan. It is what it is.

They build a great home but when it comes to finish work that tells everything it should be done perfect but the painters are sloppy and miss lot stuff and the people that put all hardware on doors and cabinets do not predrill wholes just run screws in which cause the stuff to crack and screw not hold I’ve done had to fix couple my cabinet doors cause when I opened them it just dropped cause the screw did not catch

We had a home inspection done and, as expected, a few issues were identified. Most were minor, but there was a roof issue that we were told had been repaired after the first inspection. Unfortunately, it was not, and it ultimately took three return visits before the roof was fully corrected—each time we were assured the issue had been fixed. The other items were addressed over those visits, and everything was eventually completed. Craftsmanship is definitely rushed. But to be expected in cookie cutter homes. Some corners were cut on some details but for the most part happy. Not thrilled when Lennar sold my mortgage they didn't inform me of this. I had to do some investigating myself.

Good sales/ buying experience. Lennar product fell short on expectations. Low quality materials for example very small doors. Windos that do not open. Lost space in the corner counter. Very dark house. Ensure the lights are off when you see the house.

Everyone helpful but to much Online paperwork ! Frustrating and stressful. We are not good with computers we had to seek outside help to do pages and pages unnecessary paper work !why have a Closing! Bathrooms are very basic not crazy about that. Have AC/Heating unit in Attic is insane. We are elderly can't climb into Attic?? Need to hire someone for the monthly maintenances of the Unit whoever thought of doing that should be fired

First of all, I will start with our Lennar guy, Bain. He is absolutely amazing. He was always available to answer any questions we had and his attitude was always great. He was patient and he knew what we were looking for and didn’t try to push us into something else. Everyone else that we have dealt with, from the quality inspector to the closing agent, was phenomenal! Thank you for a somewhat smooth home buying experience.

We chose Lennar due to the quality of their building products and value for the price paid. They had better flooring, baseboards, cabinetry, etc. The best part was the warranty division after the sale. We found about 10 imperfections that were missed during the walk-throughs. They have a website where you upload descriptions and pictures. Scott from the warranty division was very prompt, courteous and professional. I had over 90 emails and texts before I closed on my home. Most of the correspondence was deputed. Mary helped as much as she could but her hands were tied on a lot of the problems. David was my go to guy and he had to check when problems came up.

We never were allowed to talk directly to the construction manager or supervisor only thru our agent who was good by the way. I asked for superintendent several times to call me. We did not get one phone call. Many issues could have been resolved before our walk thru before closing. This process should be changed. We had grading and drainage issues from the house next door and the common area which is on the other side our house. I was assured they would be fixed after closing and as of today they are still not fixed. I should have never closed before they were fixed.
