Low quality materials used - especially the flooring Home came with very little- needed sprinkler system and gutters No towel racks or toilet paper holders There was phone jacks in kitchen and bedroom- need I say more I even had a roof leak first month None of their contractors spoke English But construction manager was excellent in responding to needed fixes

Very nice home- but a lot of fit/ finish issues. Excellent response to fix all of our concerns- often same day. Closing process was poor. Hectic and unorganized. Almost two months late and still do not have gold fortification certificate. Love the home and value- but overall experience needs work. Especially closing process.

Overall, this whole process was a smooth one. Christy was always available and was present in the whole process. she was the best part of this whole process. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the title company recommended by Lennar (Jacob Tittle). They were very unresponsive to the emails, and they end up not returning me the full amount of money it was agreed in the closing cost. I had to send email and push for weeks in order to receive my full refund. We never were allowed to talk directly to the construction manager or supervisor only thru our agent who was good by the way. I asked for superintendent several times to call me. We did not get one phone call. Many issues could have been resolved before our walk thru before closing. This process should be changed. We had grading and drainage issues from the house next door and the common area which is on the other side our house. I was assured they would be fixed after closing and as of today they are still not fixed. I should have never closed before they were fixed.

First time purchasing a brand spanking new home and I think we were wowed by the glitz and didn’t pay enough attention to the finishing. A lot could be improved there. But overall it’s an o.k. kinda place that should serve us well.

Workers were in our home at closing. They did not complete everything that was noted for closing. We are still waiting on our 220 outlet in the garage. Sod was not watered and died. They only fertilized; didn't replace the sod. Lots of paint dripped on the tile. Scratched flooring-- one broken piece. Two tubs were blemished. The list goes on. It is hard to get responses, but both TJ and Joey have responded to some of the issues.

Interior paint not well done. The house at closing was not clean. There was trash and building materials in the garage at closing. I had dispose of trash and building materials just to park in the garage. Lennar could do better but it doesn’t seem like they care.

Let me start with, we love our home and the neighborhood. Our buying experience was mediocre at best from the time they started building our house. Lennar was not and still is not as customer oriented as I would have expected. We felt we had to "fight" for everything we asked for. Prior to the house even getting started, we wanted to purchase the paint ourselves and have it painted, they refused. We did not want carpet, they finally accepted. We love the area and the home. However, the communication was atrocious. It got to the point where it would take up to two weeks to get a response, and at times we never got an answer to questions we had. Come on Lennar you have to do better than this.

I closed on October 28th. I still don't have the certified gold roof paper work for my insurance agent. I still don't have my signed completed paper work from the closing. The home was dusty and not prepared at time of closing. Get this... I'm a real estate agent who build his last 2 homes. I had to buy due to 1031 exchange.

For the location and square feet the price was right. Craftsmanship of the concrete finishers is very poor, light fixtures are very cheaply made. Painters and flooring craftsmanship is very poor. In areas were there is a big growth rate, like our area in Foley, they build the houses so fast so quantity is more important than quality.

The quality of the home is marginally OK. One doesn’t really notice things until after move-in, but then you start to notice the defects. We haven’t gotten a timely response to a couple of warranty issues. The price was good and we’re happy with the location.

The building manager and sales agent was very helpful and addressed our issues. The sales manager, Debra however was rude, unprofessional and combative to the point where I refused to have a conversation with at our final walkthrough. My daughter, who also recently bought a Lennar home was with my husband and I at the walk through. My daughter asked Debra a question about the home and Debra's response to her was "Who's buying this home, you or them?" The number one selling point for this house was the backyard. On two occasions, Brittany told us our back yard was from the neighbors fence to our left to the neighbors fence to our right. During the initial showing we asked where the side boundaries were and she said we are “lucky because our neighbors have built fences and all we need to do was tie our fence to theirs”. When we walked the development before choosing Lennar we looked at lots, and noticed construction development and home quality. One thing we noticed is all the homes had Carrier heat pumps. When we came down to walk for inspection we were given a different brand of heat pump. Lennar has now gone back to Carrier for the remaining 15 lots in the neighborhood. There are 2 lots with the cheaper brand heat pump ours and one other out of 90 homes. When we spoke to the sales team we were told the contract language allows them to use different vendors. We got a lot of square footage for the money and a nice-sized lot. Some nice material selections and others not so much. Still waiting for punch list items from the closing (2 months now) to be addressed. Reached out to my contact and haven't heard back. We used to own a Truland Home (before DR Horton bought them). Lennar doesn't come anywhere close to that quality or experience.

AC was replaced first week. Interior doors wrong size, warped and/or installed wrong. "LVP" that came with the home is NOT LVP...it's simply linoleum cut into strips...3mm thickness, and peeling up in areas. Corner of gutters leak. Although the home is in the beautiful Glen Lakes area we had many issues through the entire process as it relates to workmanship and materials. Now, Lennar did do a price adjustment but that did not change the fact that we received something completely different than agreed upon. We are now in the home and it seems our warranty rep is very responsive but we still have (3) outstanding issues that we can not get resolution on.
