When we walked the development before choosing Lennar we looked at lots, and noticed construction development and home quality. One thing we noticed is all the homes had Carrier heat pumps. When we came down to walk for inspection we were given a different brand of heat pump. Lennar has now gone back to Carrier for the remaining 15 lots in the neighborhood. There are 2 lots with the cheaper brand heat pump ours and one other out of 90 homes. When we spoke to the sales team we were told the contract language allows them to use different vendors. Overall, this whole process was a smooth one. Christy was always available and was present in the whole process. she was the best part of this whole process. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the title company recommended by Lennar (Jacob Tittle). They were very unresponsive to the emails, and they end up not returning me the full amount of money it was agreed in the closing cost. I had to send email and push for weeks in order to receive my full refund. Words couldn’t explain how horrible the whole experience was. I’m a Vietnam era veteran and have never been treated this way in my life. When you do the kind of things these people do and you know it shame on me for not pulling out of the deal

Workers were in our home at closing. They did not complete everything that was noted for closing. We are still waiting on our 220 outlet in the garage. Sod was not watered and died. They only fertilized; didn't replace the sod. Lots of paint dripped on the tile. Scratched flooring-- one broken piece. Two tubs were blemished. The list goes on. It is hard to get responses, but both TJ and Joey have responded to some of the issues.

We are glad we purchased this home. The overall quality for the price point of the home was what we expected. We would have liked to be able to pick some finishes and made minor adjustments but were denied. We wanted an outlet in the floor of the living area and told no as an example. On final closing the home had not been cleaned and a long list of final touch up things were not done. Even after closing and being assured a cleaning crew was on the way, it still wasn't cleaned. TJ and Joey were outstanding in addressing any issues we had and handled them promptly. Mark in the office has disappeared and can't get a return call or text. Just need to know what my exterior paint color is. Very unprofessional.

Yes, it was a little hectic to begin with but each Lennar representative tried their best to help us get through the buying process. It might be a little overwhelming for one person unless that person is very organized and has some experience with purchasing homes in the past. I would suggest if you have no experience in doing these things yourself that you get help from your own real estate agent or friend or relative you trust. They lied and mislead us from day one. They have been totally unresponsive to issues and refer everything to thr Warranty then drag it out hoping you will give up. During the build they do not provide options even if you have signed the agreement to purchase. Cut cornors and finishes are a cheap ad possible especially appliances and cabinets. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!

Let me start with, we love our home and the neighborhood. Our buying experience was mediocre at best from the time they started building our house. Lennar was not and still is not as customer oriented as I would have expected. We felt we had to "fight" for everything we asked for. The quality of the home is marginally OK. One doesn’t really notice things until after move-in, but then you start to notice the defects. We haven’t gotten a timely response to a couple of warranty issues. The price was good and we’re happy with the location.

This is the worst concrete job we have ever had on a new home. When we closed on this house we addressed the crack on the top of our driveway to the supervisor he said he would put another cut into the concrete where the crack is and just made it look worse. We have contacted several contractors and they even said this is the worse concrete job they have ever saw. In time that crack will just keep chipping away they said which it already is and we only have been closed for less than 2 months. Very nice home- but a lot of fit/ finish issues. Excellent response to fix all of our concerns- often same day. Closing process was poor. Hectic and unorganized. Almost two months late and still do not have gold fortification certificate. Love the home and value- but overall experience needs work. Especially closing process.

Lennar needs to better responding to issues post move in. Person in charge of reviewing work completed by the trades need additional training. Many issues that were to be resolved after our move in are still not addressed. Have notified people in the front office, two guys that worked with the walk through and have submitted on line requests.

Have had no issues with Lennar. Workmanship Is great and minor punch list items resolved very quickly. Lennar is by far above some of the other builders in the area.

Lennar couldn’t get our house done by closing on Dec.28 so they pushed it to Jan16. Home is still not finished! We settled for a Lennar home in a different area of town. The experience has been horrible. We can’t even get the warranty people out to patch up the things that were pointed out on our walkthrough before closing. I don’t recommend buying.

I closed on October 28th. I still don't have the certified gold roof paper work for my insurance agent. I still don't have my signed completed paper work from the closing. The home was dusty and not prepared at time of closing. Get this... I'm a real estate agent who build his last 2 homes. I had to buy due to 1031 exchange.

For the location and square feet the price was right. Craftsmanship of the concrete finishers is very poor, light fixtures are very cheaply made. Painters and flooring craftsmanship is very poor. In areas were there is a big growth rate, like our area in Foley, they build the houses so fast so quantity is more important than quality.
