Disappointed with the corners cut, like using non-sealing grout on all the tile in the master barhroom and using weak shelving in the closets and pantry. I am still waiting on my shower door in the master bathroom after almost 2 months. Also do not know where my window screens are. Additionally have a large gap under the front door and damage to the guest bath tub.

Looking for the right adjective here. To say my wife and I are Disappointed just doesn’t describe how defeated we feel after waiting 10 months for our home to be built. From the lip service we received from our sales Rep (Les), who did not represent our interest at all. which led to my closing date being delayed sixty days and homes that started construction after our being finished before ours. To the poor craftsmanship that after closing 60 days ago, we are still waiting for resolution on issues to include replacing my flooring that was not square and kitchen cabinets that are damaged and drawers throughout the house that are missing parts. Trying to think of something positive to say about this build and i honestly cannot. I have built five homes over the past 30 years and this home is absolutely the worst. All I asked when we started was that you build the home like you were building it for yourself. Obviously that did not happen and the only explanation is that those doing to work just didn’t care. AC was replaced first week. Interior doors wrong size, warped and/or installed wrong. "LVP" that came with the home is NOT LVP...it's simply linoleum cut into strips...3mm thickness, and peeling up in areas. Corner of gutters leak. Landscaping never finished...sprinklers are laying on top of the grass shooting into the street or trees....weve been in the house 2 months. Garage door keeps popping when it opens, because it likely was installed wrong... wire reel assembling came unhooked so it would not close. Large patches in the walls where looks like the electrician or plumber had to go in to make repairs after walls were up...then they used the cheap cannister texture to cover it up so you can see every patch. Granite countertops are badly pitted due to cheap cutting/polishing method. Many more issues i could list and everyone on our street has the same complaints/issues, so this is the norm for Lennar. This is what you get for $354k when you buy a home from Lennar....a house that feels like a renovated rental property...and good luck getting anyone to respond to problems. We'll be battling with then for the next year to get all this fixed, and likely will end up doing it ourselves just to make sure it's done right. ... More
