The underwriters were unreasonable at every step in the loan process...... at one point I said stop the processes and start the process to refund my deposit , as I was unwilling to provide or unable as some of their requirements were of my bank and they(bank) would not provide to me to then pass on to them......example was showing a deposit on a monthly statement in the month not yet completed required me to go to the bank get a photo copy showing the deposit but because it had bank internal information on the top of the pages they cut off the top of the page showing 1of three and I explained this but after faxing over sixty pages, five trips to banks, I was done BUT when I said stop I give up.... suddenly the underwriters so OK we approve the loan.... love the home hate the process!!!!! ... Everyone was friendly and professional.

It was a great experience with this builder. In a time when supplies are short and timelines are delayed, Lennar was able to keep the home on schedule. There were many extras they put into the house as standards for them. All the lighting, Ring doorbell, and other automations are standard instead of upgrades. The superindentint takes pride in his jobsites. They continually inspect the work of their contractors and have items corrected prior to the homeowner taking possession. All in all a great team and terrific communication!

Our contract calls for 6’ wall and we got 5’. Was told it says +- but that does not refer to plus or minus a foot more or less. Our contact people can’t or won’t add the missing row of block.

My experience with Lennar has been a great experience. Max, Nick and John have been a pleasure to work with and have been very helpful and prompt with everything we have asked of them. I would highly recommended Lennar to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Overall happy with my experience, Toney has been very helpful in ensuring that move-in was seamless. He did the 30-day walk-through and is scheduling for painters to come and paint over scrapped paint. He also helps to answer with general questions.

We had a great experience from start to finish! Max was very attentive on the front end of the purchase. Nick, Mike, and John have been great on the building side of the purchase. Overall, would highly recommend based on our experience at Victory at Verrado!

Great to work with, only bad part was not being able to walk through the home during the building process which we've done in past builds. The pictures sent were very minimal and not as much of the house being built was given in pictures. We wanted more pictures each time but were only given 4 at a time. Still overall the experience was easy, fun and we were well informed during the entire process

No matter how small it was a big deal to Lennar. They were there for me whenever I called and were prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

We can not be happier with our new home. We were so excited when we saw every stage of the construction. When the day came to move in, we were blown away. We are so excited that this is our forever home

Our construction manager was so thorough we had very few items on our punch list after orientation. Since then everything has been prompt ly addressed. I’m thrilled with my new home

My experience with Lennar has been a complete 10/10. This was my first home purchase so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the level of customer service completely exceeded my expectations. While I was waiting for my home to be completed, everyone on the team was in constant contact sending me biweekly photo updates on the home. I was also able to pop in and see the property at any time, and everyone on the home site and in the on location sales office was always more than welcoming and accommodating. After my purchase, Amy was the construction manager assigned to deal with any repairs I needed and she was absolutely amazing. She even brought my dog some homemade treats on one occasion. Professional staff assistance throughout the building process and onsite help when needed after the improvements are finished.

I love my little condo. It’s nice that the upgrades are already included. They built it really fast, so I didn’t have to wait long. They have great customer service. I was treated very well throughout the process and after.

My Lennar experience was great! My loan officer Patty and Shirley helped me make my first time home buying experience wonderful! I got monthly updates and photos on how my new build was coming along & even through Covid we had a great experience! I love my new Lennar home! Definitely recommended Lennar!
