Overall I am very happy with my new Lennar home. Especially John C. who was incredibly responsive and helpful with post-move-in issues. I just wish that somebody would pay a little more attention to the small details during (or at the end of) the construction process. (1) The amount of trash that the construction people just throw around and then ends up flying throughout the community (where people already live) is atrocious; and (2) somebody should be in charge of going around and "fixing" the little things like paint and chemical splashes on countertops, walls, floors, carpet, fixtures, etc. I'm sick of finding new things to scrape off (or not) on an almost daily basis. ... Team members ***** across the board, broke contracts, were rude and disrespectful, contractors on property after I received my keys.

I had a wonderful experience with Lennar from beginning to end! Purchasing a home is such an important milestone, and I truly appreciated how smooth and enjoyable the entire process was. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. I felt supported throughout the journey, and I absolutely love my new home! Thank you, Lennar, for making this experience such a positive and memorable one. I am grateful and excited to begin this new chapter in my beautiful home. I would definitely recommend Lennar to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

Overall, the staff of all departments were good to work with in buying and building this house.

It was high pressure from the beginning, by Nancy *****, with SO MANY EMAILS, mistakes made in the wording of contract to sign, increased buying price, etc, pressuring to sign, poor communication! Then seeing the house, problems with plaster, caulking, painting…..plastered and painted the outlet cover plates to the walls, there’s paint in the grout, there’s grout in the paint, the floors still have stains all over, they had fcleaners here twice, but hardly removed any of the stains! Had to have the patio door handle replaced due to had a big scratch on it, and the patio screen door had to be replaced due to had a tear in The screen, our bedroom window had a screen missing, there’s overspray on the counters and flooring that we’re still trying to get off! There was a chip in the countertop backsplash that was repaired, but not very well; the washing machine leaked all over the floor, repairman said it was never balanced from the beginning, and we were supposed to get free samples with washer and dryer, but they weren’t here! Had to have A/C repaired because the thermostats weren’t calibrated correctly; both stainless steel sinks were scratched very badly, Eric ***** had a guy come in to try and fix them, but all he did was use a scuff pad to try and blend the scratches in, which did not work! Eric said we could have new sinks put in, but that we would be without water for a day or so, so we decided not to have that done. The cabinets had cracks and bulges from the screws being put in wrong, and a few of the self-close drawers don’t close properly….Eric had a guy come out to repair the cabinets and adjust the drawers, he fixed the cabinets, but for the drawers he said “this is the best your going to get because they’re not quality cabinets”. The garage doors had spots that didn’t get painted, they supposedly repainted them, but the spots are still there. We could go on and on! They had plenty of time to get our house in order, to be “move-in ready”, which it definitely was not! Not happy, very disappointed, very, very poor workmanship! We feel like this was an apprenticeship house, it seems like our house was a “practice project”! ... More

At the signing of purchasing my home the hospitality was unprofessional.

I was extremely impressed with how organized, professional and responsive everyone has been throughout this process. Everyone from the sales Agent Wayne to the mortgage people, closing and the builder team has been absolutely amazing.

It was an overall positive experience. The process moved along quickly, and Lennar kept their promise to complete my move-in within my desired time frame.

Sales and construction were on the same page, met me in the middle and always responded with an answer. Moving day was very fluid minus the computer glitch upon signing time

Moving cross country can be very stressful and Lennar made it easy and seamless! From the initial virtual walk thru, everyone was informative, communicative, and helpful! We love our new home!

Poor workmanship. Seeing daylight around our front door which allows wind and dust to come into our home is still not fixed after the builder sent out two different sets of people to "adjust" it . We now have a damaged wall and trim from the people that came to "fix" it. The wall was one we paid to have professionally painted. I am researching how to escalate this as it is unacceptable.

Our experience with Lennar has been extremely disappointing. We had multiple serious issues with our new home, including a cracked slab, clogged sewer lines that resulted in raw sewage backing up into our home, and significant A/C problems. The biggest issue was that we simply did not have confidence in our superintendent to properly address these problems or do the right thing for us as homeowners. At one point, I ended up spending $1,200 out of pocket to get the A/C issues corrected because we could not rely on Lennar to resolve them properly. For a new home and the amount of money we invested, we expected much better quality, communication, and accountability. Get up to date with installing better products and give customers more options. Use better quality products in your kitchen and bathrooms. Stop using the cheap materials.

Communication,Workmanship, Sales team , we had to switch sales people .

Make sure sales staff does a better follow up w/their customers and be a little more accessible. I have purchased several homes in the past and the sales staff were much more thorough. There wasn't really any follow up after I closed on my home except a congratulations text from sales. My keys were temporarily missing, no pool fob, and the only person that seemed to treat me with a sense of urgency is Eric ***** who is awesome and should get a raise. These are not small purchases and buyers should feel excited about their big decision to buy with Lennar vs ALL of the other builders available in the same area. Word of mouth is the marketing magic in any industry and should be taken seriously because we all know it's a make or break for a lot of folks. Everyone wants a rating. Lennar is one of the Dow companies that deserves an excellent rating. They made my home buying experience easy. They took care of everything 100% and showed me where to sign. I expected a lot of difficulties and experienced NONE. Lennar is the very definition of excellence!

Lennar homes are such an easy purchase, financing and move in experience!

The entire Lennar team has been very helpful and professional. We love our new home. There are so many high quality features that we are so impressed with such as smart home lock and smart home thermostats. Even the electrical breakers have a chip built in that detects any unstable connections for better safety.

I had a pleasant home buying experience. I was walked through the process step by step. Lennar and their team made it easy and explained things well. I highly recommend them to my friends family and anyone looking for a home.

10/10 experience. I toured my first Lennar home and closed within 30 days. There was clear and timely communication. Multiple communication touch points. I was fully aware of the process, expectations, and my responsibilities and risks throughout.

From start to finish I was guided through the process and educated on my home and how to care for it. As a first time home owner this was informative and empowering.
