I have only great things to say about the whole Lennar team. They were excellent, knowledgeable, always super responsive and I had an amazing experience with them! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is a potential home buyer!

OK let’s be real for a moment. After 23 years military service I know people, their products, and the need for a great product. I had a 3rd party home inspector (my friend) look at this “new” build. This is his exact words - “I haven’t come across a new build this well built, I’m seriously impressed”. Then I had a slight issue with my front door and they treated it like a 4 alarm fire! I AM SO IMPRESSED! I have bought 8 homes in 26 years that’s a home every 3 years and NEVER have I come across such professionalism or care!! This was the easiest, fastest home buying process I’ve ever had! Hunter and staff was easy to work with! Jeffrey has done a great job making any small corrections in our home!

Great eperience, this is our second Lennar home and have always been very satisfied. They ensure that you understand the workings of the house, very good at responding to any issues. They care about the owners after they buy, our street is still under construction and they are street sweeping a couple of times a day.

Dave is amazing and explained everything I needed to know and more to love my home.

All was well. The home design and floor plan are perfect for our modern family. Sales team was wonderful. I’ve only had minor issues and have found that the builder’s rep is apparently too busy and some are addressed timely and some are ignored, luckily all are truly minor (and not related to construction) and I fix myself, but he should have. Lennar financing and incentives were the best offered at the time and made ownership possible. However, the Lennar Lender was a chaotic, lengthy, and untimely situation that ultimately resolved in my favor and I was approved for a VA mortgage and we are delighted to be in our new home!!! I'm impressed with Lennar, this is my first Lennar purchase and I was impressed with how friendly and easy to do business everyone was during the entire process. From working with the agents on site, to underwriting and closing, they made the process as smooth as possible. The efficiency and promptness of everyone at every level, I am very impressed.

All was good. The only downside was I felt Lennar kind of overdid all the texts about congratulating us

The underwriters were unreasonable at every step in the loan process...... at one point I said stop the processes and start the process to refund my deposit , as I was unwilling to provide or unable as some of their requirements were of my bank and they(bank) would not provide to me to then pass on to them......example was showing a deposit on a monthly statement in the month not yet completed required me to go to the bank get a photo copy showing the deposit but because it had bank internal information on the top of the pages they cut off the top of the page showing 1of three and I explained this but after faxing over sixty pages, five trips to banks, I was done BUT when I said stop I give up.... suddenly the underwriters so OK we approve the loan.... love the home hate the process!!!!! ... Everyone was friendly and professional.

It was a great experience with this builder. In a time when supplies are short and timelines are delayed, Lennar was able to keep the home on schedule. There were many extras they put into the house as standards for them. All the lighting, Ring doorbell, and other automations are standard instead of upgrades. The superindentint takes pride in his jobsites. They continually inspect the work of their contractors and have items corrected prior to the homeowner taking possession. All in all a great team and terrific communication!

Our contract calls for 6’ wall and we got 5’. Was told it says +- but that does not refer to plus or minus a foot more or less. Our contact people can’t or won’t add the missing row of block.
