Well organized vision in planning development of community.

Tom is always helpful and tries to get things taken care of. We have had problems with our carpet they finally determined it was defective and had to replace all of our carpet. When they pulled back the pad workers had filled holes in cement with DIRT! The new carpet isn’t any better, our so called Luxury carpet is cheap. It’s takes over three minutes to get hot water in kitchen sink, it is such a waste of water. Our gated community is only gated after 6:00PM. We were told all construction traffic would be using Pat Tillman and they DO NOT. We are suppose to have trees behind our view fence, Five months later still no trees. Communication between sales people, contractors, and HOA need to get on the same page. Happy to say we love the area and have wonderful people that live in Encore. ... More

As a Experienced Homeowner I was Very disappointed with the builder’s team. Outside Financing, if at Possible regardless of the “Builders Incentive”it’s not worth it you will pay in the end. With a large down payment I still have a (PMI)! After you have finalized the purchase of your New Home your concerns will be slow with Repairs & Warranties. Not Timely! The concept of a NextGEN home is awesome, But the Quality of the building materials are Inexpensive and Cheap, (Cabinets). Small bedrooms and garage. Upgrades are sold to you as a packaged. No flexibility or choice. Very limited. Home buying is one of the Largest Purchase It should come with Longevity, Satiability of workmanship, and Quality! ... More

A great experience for buying my first home.

Bought the home in May and moved in around August. Overall buying process was simple. Construction completed earlier than initially agreed on date. Post move-in issues got addressed quickly. Overall good experience.

Great C/S thru purchase process, try to make sure repairs by move in are complete, on day of getting your key, else be prepared for delays.. Responses are great, actions were lagging.

Great home for the money and couldn’t be happier with the response from the Superintendent on the few issues we had.

Hope they have a more knowledgeable project manager as far as codes & not tell you things he knows nothing about .

The quality and workmanship on our new Lennar home was excellent. Even more impressive was the entire support team including the Sales people and the Construction Foremen that helped us through the process. In addition, a shout out to Eagle Home Mortgage for making the funding experience so simple.

Love my new home, wish the front yard landscaping (front walkway) did not have such steep drop off. Considering going to extra expense to add short retaining wall for safety.

House has been great and any issues we find they are quickly fixed right away. The only issue I have is the placement of of lighting fixtures throughout the house. The lights were placed lined up and centered in many places and makes my OCD a hard time.

The staff and the people were really nice. They were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions.

We love our new home. We chose to upgrade flooring and kitchen, and the cost, while expensive, was worth it to give the home the extra bit of luxuriousness. We have had very few issues with Lennar. When we have a problem, they come out and fix it and if they haven't fixed it yet, the fix is scheduled and they're committing to upholding the workmanship and quality of the home. The purchasing experience was very easy, mostly due to the "everything's included" buying process. We didn't want the new home experience of choosing a thousand different options, masking the cost of the home. Lennar gave us, at the time of purchase, two options. We chose our flooring and kitchen design. We wish we had a few more options we could've chosen from, but overall we were happy to have most of it chosen for us and we could move in at the price we agreed on. The selling agents were excellent as was their preferred lender, Eagle Home Mortgage. Every phone call, email or text message to anyone at Lennar or related companies was answered promptly or returned the same day. Communication was great and it made us feel more confident in picking Lennar as the builder we chose. There are some odd community planning things we didn't have a say in, like the fact that the color of our home is almost identical to our neighbors, but I guess we can paint the house in a few years. The things in our house that have needed to be fixed seem entirely the fault of a bad tradesman. In each case, Lennar has stood by their workmanship and home warranty and fixed or scheduled to fix the issue. My wife and I looked at other builders and new homes going up and even after living in the Lennar home we feel that the Lennar home is a much higher quality than other builders.
