Good work and customer friendly

The homes are nice but quality and attention to detail is not great. The paint on the outside of the homes is so poor quality it already looks like they needs to be re-painted. In a few years the neighborhood won't look good if homeowners don't paint. The builder could at least put gravel down the walk way so it is not mud, which is causing homeowners to leave their garbage cans in the front yard. The common areas are not maintained, weeds over a foot tall in the parks and greenbelts. There are a lot of little things that add up to a lot of aggravation.

It’s been extremely difficult to schedule after sale repairs and there appears to be a complete lack of communication on the Lennar team.

We are still waiting for issues from closing to be completed. Very disappointed.

We love our new home for the most part but have had way to many issues to be corrected. Everything was fixed but it has taken 4 months to complete and we still have one issue that has been delayed because of the current virus shutdown.

Lennar stands by their homes. I had some issues yet they resolved them. It took a lot longer than I wanted yet it’s done now and I love my home

The home is alright but not great. If you want to mix and match you can forget that idea. Lennar has specific color schemes you can choose from, but you cannot take an item of a specific color scheme and then a different item from another color scheme and combine them to create a color scheme that suits your individual needs. The interior paint color of home will be white and only white. For the majority of your home it will be a flat white that cannot be cleaned. If you try and clean it, the paint comes off the walls. In the "wet areas" it is semi gloss white. So when you walk through the models and see two-tone paint that is just an illusion, it is not an option. The painters rush through the job, we are still scraping paint off of the floors. When we first moved it we thought the house looked great, but after living in it for a few months, we are starting to see things that look like they just rushed through it so the could get onto the next one. ... We've been in the house for about 5 months and love it. Unfortunately we have an ongoing problem with customer support and warranty "after move-in" communications and scheduling. We have a laundry list of things that have either broke or need finishing work and communication with the Lennar project manager and our sales contact has been very poor. They rarely respond to my texts or calls and in the rare instances when contractors do show up they appear at my door with no warning of arrival so some are missed because we're not home. I've repeatedly requested getting the schedule in advance and have had no response from anyone about it. One of our neighbors has been waiting more than 6 months for follow-up work so apparently this is an issue with more than just us. Extremely unsatisfied. Caveat emptor -- let the buyer beware. ... Super John was fantastic.

I had issues and haven’t fully enjoyed my new home.

Cheap materials used for the construction, very bad responsiveness to the issues.

Going through the initial process to finally closing was super easy and all my questions were answered so I wasn't confused on anything. House is wonderful and other than a few issues that took multiple times to fix from final closing I would recommend Lennar for others looking to buy.

I cannot recommend Lennar due to problems I and others are having with our homes

From the start of speaking to a sales associate to closing and working with the construction manager Lennar provided a exceptional experience.

This is one of the nicest houses we have owned. We downsized from our previous home but our new Lennar home is spacious. Plenty of elbow room so you really do not feel crowded. If any issues pop up (minor ones so far) we track down “our man” and it is taken care of immediately. The individuals we dealt with in the buying process were very attentive and helpful the whole time. I would not hesitate to buy another home from Lennar.

Very difficult to get warranty work done timely. Seems like they have a different quality standard than the homeowner.

In Arizona trades are hard to find. The quality of the detail work is honestly the only thing I feel is lacking in our home. I feel you would have that issue in any home as all the trades work for all the builders. The only way you could hold a builder to the fire on an issue honestly is if it was a custom home. Our Lennar home feels of high quality, we’ve experienced great customer service.

Heat pump caused the Next-Gen area to heat up and cause strong smoke smells to the point the fire department had to come out. Debris within the system air ducts were clogged with building materials. Clothe dryer in Next-Gen had issues and I am still dealing with them. A circuit breaker in the dinning area of the main house keeps tripping, no electrician has come to check on it after it has been reported. Continues to happen.

I picked the Ironwood plan and I’m enjoying my new home. It’s spacious and great for entertaining!! We love this home! Thanks Lennar!!
