Our first time home buying was awesome. They helped us a lot made everything so easy. We love the house.

Our experience with Lennar was great. Our loan was difficult and a bit frustrating, but then team was there whenever we needed them. Rhonda was amazing!!! Our home is amazing. Now that all is said and done, I would do it again.

The commutation was great! They answered and explained every question I had. Everyone was so helpful and the homes are beautiful!

In a world where everyone is trying to sell you something, James and Christian stand out. They didn't just show me a home, they walked me through the entire journey with honesty, respect, and patience. You can feel they actually care. If you're on the fence, just talk to them once. You won't go wrong with them.

We bought a Next Gen and it’s beautiful. Guy over our property is quick to respond and handled all of our move in blue tape missed items/ additional findings with ease. Loved how easy and friendly the loan process and staff were. My hiccup is we were explicitly told the next gen comes with 2 fridges, washer and dryer dishwasher etc. come closing, he refuted that and blamed our walkthrough guy. Dude, you told us that which is why I wasn’t mad about selling our last house with the brand new W&D we bought etc and now I misheard? No, I wrote it down as I was listing the pros and cons and why there wasn’t any buyer remorse before then. Anyway, Les sucked there, and supposedly his managers weren’t willing to budge either. The house is +500K and you want a bad review over it, done. Aside from that, other people’s driveways are small and so there’s a ton of cars in the street and in front of my house but neighborhood is quiet, home is home, and we can figure the nuances out. ... In a nutshell Lennar is only interested in collecting your money. That includes the sales persons. Not one of the departments knows what the other is doing. There is no coordination with each department. One person promises something and the other doesn’t know anything about it. The walls of the home are paper thin. We have a pile of sand in front of our house that we have to drive over to leave the house. That sand is because our neighbor is installing pavers. But the sand is in our driveway!!! I would never recommend Lennar to anyone I have respect for.

Lennar made the entire process simple and easy from their very knowledgeable salespeople to the loan officers. They simplified the loan process by having the ability to upload all the documents needed for the approval process and ease of electronic signatures.

I had a realtor, however the sales people at Lennar were excellent, especially Sarah. I looked at Wales Ranch initially. They had the model I wanted but not the lot. I told Sarah my wants. Two weeks later she calls and tells me she think she has what I want at Bella Vista Farms. The division had not been released and would be soon. It checked ALL the boxes!! The home buying,Title and mortgage people were great as well. Randy who does the walk through was also great! I highly recommend.

From the initial visit we felt the experience was going to be smooth and we were correct. Choosing the floorplan was easy for us but we had no idea what to expect about the rest of the process. Between our realtor and the homebuilder, we were happy with the journey to today: Being a Lennar owner for almost 2 months. We recommend you consider Lennar as your builder.

i'm not sure i would buy a lennar home again. my appliances need to be replaced. air filters were full of grime and dust. lots of issues already and i'm in month #3. lenders were extremely rude and condescending. one lady was nice... lots of loud construction and i've had trash thrown into my yard. i don't know if i feel safe here. buyer beware

Cheap crappy quailty, very overpriced and cookie cutter bland junk, not much more to say than, RUN and don't buy these homes, buy an already built home from 2019 or before. Not good workmanship after 2020, everythign is mass produced and no one pays attention to the little details. Very expensive bla homes.

Beginning with Casey of the Sales Office to the entire Lennar team, I found each phase of the purchase process easy and well guided. My home is comfortable, well built and I'm convinced I made the right decision to join this community.

We didn't set out to get into a new build, but fell in love with the clean, sleek designs and backyards at just the right size. Some things were disappointing (appliances and toilets on the low end of quality, walls painted with matte paint), but overall, we are very happy with our decision to purchase a Lennar Home. The buying process was easy, thanks to a dedicated team that stayed in regular contact and did not flinch at our novice questions. Purchase price felt right for what we were getting, but the cost to upgrade a blank canvas backyard was a big surprise - be prepared for that one! Worst, low grade construction.

We had just moved in ,yes you are correct , we’ve had problems since the day we finally settled in , handles braking off from bathroom,holding floor on top floor ,took quit some time for someone to come out and fix it , electrical issues ,the top half of the house kept turning off ,took them some time to come look at it . All was said it was the tv doing the mess up ,like whaaaatt. This house is very beautiful but for what we will end up paying for it it’s worth its price now that we are having problems . The side of our home was flooded with water due to HOA as we were told ,city of Phoenix couldn’t touch it,took them some time to come fix it,flooded our back yard . Yes sorry for this bad review but not sorry , this is crazy ,I’m sure any home buyer would be livid just as we are . But what can we do other then wait till it got fixed or looked at right . Buying a home in a tract in a Lennar community seems to come with certain expectations, but unfortunately, the construction quality fell short. Throughout the build, it appeared there were no meaningful quality inspections. From the foundation to nearly every trade involved, workmanship was poor—issues ranged from substandard framing and electrical work to walls with extremely thin paint coats. Can be described as a dusting of paint at best The “celebration walk” was disappointing and felt like a waste of time. We hired a home inspector, but that effort was ineffective because our Lennar representative dismissed every item on the list as “not actionable.” The walkthrough itself focused on trivial things like how to turn on a faucet—basic tasks anyone already knows—rather than reviewing critical systems such as the tankless water heater and other mechanical components. Overall, the process felt rushed and unprepared. Better attention to quality control and a more meaningful final walkthrough would have made a big difference. At Lennar quality and craftsmanship does not exist. The entire process was a hurry up and build and close so Lennar can get paid type of experience. I’m doubtful anybody will even read this note, as it’s a formality that you have to show to check a metric box some where that lennar will label as customer care.
