My Lennar experience was great! My loan officer Patty and Shirley helped me make my first time home buying experience wonderful! I got monthly updates and photos on how my new build was coming along & even through Covid we had a great experience! I love my new Lennar home! Definitely recommended Lennar!

From start to finish the process was handled very smoothly. Our sales advisor Doug kept us informed throughout the journey. Doug was instrumental in getting us in our home. Along the way Eagle Mortgage paved the way for great financial assistance through the whole process. Vince and Joe ensure issues are handled in quick order. Their was completeness to the process. The home we purchased was ready to move in. The upgrades and the neighborhood was the tipping point for us to buy it. The sales persons were kind and very informative of the features in the home.

The whole process was very easy and the home is beautiful. The employees of Lennar we worked with were, professional and always willing to answer questions. The construction manager Frank was amazing and kept us informed on build since we were out of town and even sent pictures to us. Any minor fixes that were necessary were completed in a timely manner. Very Happy with the quality of the work and love our new home.

Easy, great experience

Lisa and Steph are the best. They really work hard to make sure you get the home you wanted. The Construction Management Team is a wonderful part of that team helping in that regard as well. Most residential contractors these days could care less what you end up with after you sign the contract. We personally don’t feel that is the case with Team Gold Canyon Lennar, as that hasn’t been our experience with them to this point. They truly are wonderful! D & M
