Smooth sales and purchasing experience, the house is great

Everything was first rate quality-- our home was turned over to us in a timely manner with no outstanding repairs needed. Construction crew and Lennar consruction representative were courteous and very helpful.

Only negative I can think of is the housing market itself driving the cost of everything through the roof. Purchasing with Lennar was a wonderful experience as they made everything simple to understand and were always responsive to questions or issues. And if there were any issues they were resolved quickly. Would definitely purchase with them again.

I would buy another Lennar home in a heartbeat. They are clearly focused on customer satisfaction. The only issues we had were related to their contractors, specifically the plumbing company they contract with is garbage. The company really screwed up a lot of things. But Lennar made huge efforts to correct the issues and were extremely responsive. It’s difficult to find qualified workers these days and we were understanding of that.

House was completed in the timeframe promised and work was done well. To Raia has been excellent in handling all our post-closing requests. Overall experience with everyone has been positive.

Great house for the price. Lennar is the biggest American builder and it shows in the fact that they are able to offer these houses for the price they do.

The process was easy from start to finish. The title, lender, sales persons were all stellar. Warranty representative is great and easy to work with.

Lennar delivered exactly as they said they would. No missed milestones. No nonsense. No surprises. I'm very happy with my new home and the neighborhood.

Lennar has been very efficient in fixing any issues under the warranty.

Love the floor plans and how they have change the elevations to where they don't look so cookie cutter. Like how the price you pay is what you get. All upgrades are up front and there was no other hiden fees or charges.

The buying experience was extremely pleasant as compared to the mortgage process through Lennar which was difficult at times. First, my wife and I were impressed with the building of the home from start to finish. Everything was constructed in a very purposeful and deliberate manner. The structural integrity of the main structure was solid. Second, the doors and kitchen and bath cabinets were a bit on the cheap side but because they are builders cabinets we accepted that deficiency. Third, the kitchen granite countertop was installed with a defect that has not been addressed even after 2 complaints. Fourth, the house is spacious and we were given a slightly larger piece of property than other builders give. Disappointed in the some of the workmanship and quality of finishes. For instance, drywall screws are easily exposed. Doors and cabinets are not as “solid” as I expected. Insulation is not good. Noises/ conversation can be heard when doors are closed even from across the home.

I don’t know about the builder but I hope for the best

My experience had been fine until I realized Lennar sold two new homes next to me to a corporation that rents out these homes. I currently have one neighbor that is already breaking HOA rules. I would have never bought a home where rentals are allowed. Many others are also very upset..

Overall home buying experience is very good. After closing their response to issues is not very good.

Issues needing to be fixed had to be addressed several times and were scheduled and no shows

The inside was rushed and you can tell a lot of skipped steps.

We wanted to call out John and Phil who have been top notch with helping us since we have been in the house. They have been very quick to respond on issues. We feel very comfortable with them and they are responsible for making our transition so smooth.

The construction managers: Mike, Phil, John are great. They make up for shortcomings in the building process.
