We had a great experience from start to finish! Max was very attentive on the front end of the purchase. Nick, Mike, and John have been great on the building side of the purchase. Overall, would highly recommend based on our experience at Victory at Verrado!

Quality of the build was outstanding. All the people we worked with were available to answer questions and concerns. Have recommended this builder and community to others.

The home purchasing process was vey easy. From Sales to the Mortgage Team everything was seamless. Everyone at Lennar was professional, timely, and very helpful.

House was completed in the timeframe promised and work was done well. To Raia has been excellent in handling all our post-closing requests. Overall experience with everyone has been positive.

From the beginning this has been a poor experience for me with Lennar. I was relocating from WA to AZ and was so excited that my wife and I were able to save up enough money to purchase a home. The sales person that was in-charge of the Arroyo Secco section never listed was worried about getting a commission more than understand what we were looking for. Because were were not in AZ we of course depended on Lennar team and her to give us the proper information and help us with the construction process. This was a mistake. It was hard to get a hold of people they would take days to respond or not give us the information. 3 different people reached out to us saying they would provide pictures/videos that only happened when I reach out to the them. I had to continue to do this throughout the coming weeks. During the walk thru and the closing she just stopped by for about 2 min and left. We closed on our home Nov 4th during that time we found a few things that needed to be fixed and things during the walk through. We put in the work orders at the end of Nov and it's now Jan 2022 and it still has not been fixed. When workers do stop by they have no idea what they are doing and do not have any work orders our Construction Field Assistant who we are supposed to reach out for these issues never has any answers and I have to text him 2-3 times a week to remind him about updates. It's very exhausting. As a first time homebuyer this was a terrible experience for me. One of the reason we decided to go with Lennar was because of the Nextgen. My father in-law is retiring and we wanted to be able to have him live with us so this was a great option, but if it was not for that portion I would never have gone with this company. There are so many more issues not only with this house, but even with things like the sidewalk. They have had to replace my and both of my neighbors drive ways and sidewalk cause all the concreate was cracking and that's currently now cracking in the garage foundation. ... More

Great house for the price. Lennar is the biggest American builder and it shows in the fact that they are able to offer these houses for the price they do.

Worst experience, lennar only cares about the sell not the customer. Homes being pushed out in 5-6 months with nothing but issues, hence why they offer such appealing warranties to lure the customers in. I had foundation issues as soon as I closed on the house and I came out of pocket for it and still haven’t gotten reimbursed back for it. Submitting legitimate work orders to get the house fixed and the construction mangers will argue with you instead of fixing the actual issue just so there numbers look good. I would not recommend a lennar home. Look else where plenty of good builders out there. ... More

Great to work with, only bad part was not being able to walk through the home during the building process which we've done in past builds. The pictures sent were very minimal and not as much of the house being built was given in pictures. We wanted more pictures each time but were only given 4 at a time. Still overall the experience was easy, fun and we were well informed during the entire process

The process was easy from start to finish. The title, lender, sales persons were all stellar. Warranty representative is great and easy to work with.

No matter how small it was a big deal to Lennar. They were there for me whenever I called and were prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

There are still issues with the home that there have not been fixed, that were there once I closed and moved in. Poor workmanship, cutting corners in finishing.

We felt fortunate to be drawn in the lottery. Many people were not. Build took two. Oaths longer than expected, but with Covid we were not surprised. Disappointed with the quality. On closing day they were still doing last minute items. A lot of items had to be put on a punch list! We were told at our one week prior to close that the house would be pristine. It wasn’t! Paint many spots on floor. Window blinds missing, paint touchups not done. Door trim missing in areas. Grout smears everywhere on bathroom kitchen tiles and bathroom tiles. It took about three months for most issues to be resolved. Again, understanding that most new home builders seem to be going through the same labor and material shortages that Lennar faced. ... More

We can not be happier with our new home. We were so excited when we saw every stage of the construction. When the day came to move in, we were blown away. We are so excited that this is our forever home

Our construction manager was so thorough we had very few items on our punch list after orientation. Since then everything has been prompt ly addressed. I’m thrilled with my new home

Not a great experience overall.

The buying experience was extremely pleasant as compared to the mortgage process through Lennar which was difficult at times. First, my wife and I were impressed with the building of the home from start to finish. Everything was constructed in a very purposeful and deliberate manner. The structural integrity of the main structure was solid. Second, the doors and kitchen and bath cabinets were a bit on the cheap side but because they are builders cabinets we accepted that deficiency. Third, the kitchen granite countertop was installed with a defect that has not been addressed even after 2 complaints. Fourth, the house is spacious and we were given a slightly larger piece of property than other builders give. Overall, we like the house despite its shortfalls but overall we are satisfied that the structural integrity is solid ... More
