Extremely Disappointing! Our move in experience couldn't have gone much worse.

The majority of the items we found on our walk through were not taken care of. One of the biggest problems was the block wall was left incomplete. The first 4 or 5 blocks and the very last block were installed and about 30 in between were missing. They fed us a few lies about why it wasn't finished but we were told they were not going to complete it and could just forfeit our $5,000 deposit and not take possession. We had to pay for it to be completed out of our own pocket. During walk through we found a floor tile with a chip that they promised to replace. When we came back for closing, we ...

Super smooth transaction until you get the keys to your house and then the nightmare begins

We actually had a nice smooth transaction with the Lennar Lenders and everything was going great up until we closed. The day of closing we noticed that water from the master bath shower would leak out the front from where you enter into the shower. Our Construction manager who did the walkthrough with us made a note of this and shared a text with us who he made to someone to help us out. We were told we would need to go through the warranty department now. So we filed a complaint and the response back from the woman that helped us is that there was no problem and that Lennar was not going to ...

Unpleasant, long, frustrating experience!

Don’t trust when they tell they will fix things ,it was not done during the first walk, nor the second, and it took three months and a half to be able to move in! Horrible frustrating experience
