I Am gladly I picked you as my home builder , this was quite an experience since all signing documents were done online. I still think your customers need some more info on every step of the way of the process, there is a lot I didn’t know and I encounter surprises every step of the way which I didn’t like it at all. I think there is more that can be done make things easier and smoother process.

The house only had a couple of issues that were caught by the girl that helped us on the walk thru but were resolved quickly.

Loan manager is arrogant and unhelpful. I don’t know when or if I will ever get my $500.00 refund having asked so many times with no answer at all

Im a first time buyer and Lennar team help me walk through it. It is a very hard ordeal of sending the requirements because they have to make sure everything goes smoothly.

I love kelly and lennar sales and their managers. They are the best in assisting customers. I had good deals for my last 3 houses. But Lennar mortgage is not customer friendly.

ALWAYS FELT LIKE I WAS BUGGING PEOPLE IF I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT ANYTHING. REAL ESTATE AGENT FROM LENNAR WOULD NEVER ANSWER A PHONE CALL AND USUALLY WOULD TEXT BACK HOURS LATER OR THE NEXT DAY. ESCROW WISE NICK D WAS AMAZING.

First, the house number was incorrect. Completely different than the other homes on the street. House exterior paint was wrong. My wife had to point out both of these issues out to Lennar (they thought we were wrong until they looked further into it). Our dates for walk throughs were changed several times. Several repair issues that people were signing off as "ok". The icing on the cake was the day before close of escrow. Apparently Lennar wasn't and hadn't been very responsive to our lender/realtor (guess lennar is known for that). This led to us almost not closing on our due date. My wife and I ended up driving to Lennar's office in Fresno, which was a 2 hour drive, so that we could sign final paperwork and close the following day, otherwise we would have had to wait 3 to 4 days. ... I had a wonderful experience with Lennar. Everyone at Lennar was very helpful with our process in purchasing our home. I highly recommend them.

The quality of the home is bad, everything was made rushed. One issue comes up after another. The construction managers drive around the neighborhood texting and driving not even looking up on the road since there is still contruction going on. There are kids on the neighborhood and its dangerous to let them out.

The home buying process was smooth and Lennar was very supportive. They accommodated our requests and even went above and beyond our expectations. They are still following up on me to ensure that everything is going on well. We are enjoying our new home and we definitely recommend Lennar…

It was great working with Jenna. She had scheduled everything to fit my busy schedule. The pricing of the property was better than other builders in the area. I liked all of the parks in the area, which was a major deciding factor to choose a house built by Lennar.

Overall everything was smooth and everybody was very helpful and friendly and professional Museum I haven't had any problems except I didn't realize how fragile the the flooring was and the movie made pools in the floor and then I have little issues with the cabinets everything is working really well

I am very pleased with my new home. Its a great neighborhood.

Terrible responsibility with house defects

Cheap materials in everything cabnets the paint horrible finish work from the workers I can't even imagine the inside the walls or areas un able to see. Everything is the cheapest materials you can buy. Lennar is top leaders supposedly, so unfortunately that they use the cheapest quality and the houses are not the same price as the cheap crap they use.

We loved our buying experience with Lennar, this was our first time buying from Lennar and what we most loved was the fact that everything is included and we got everything just as the model is shown, no upgrades needed to receive a quality built home with everything in our wishlist, as well as the easy of knowing they offer lennar title services, lennar mortgage and lennar insurance. This made the entire home buying process seamless and simple

The overall design and architectures are perfect for most of the models. The home buying experience with Lennar team was good and smooth process. However there are some areas that really need improvement regarding the quality and finishing of products. 1) Lowest level paint (Flat provided). You have to do it all from scratch on a new home. 2) Stucco outside already has cracks on it on new home on many walls outside. They can’t do anything even with warranty. 3) Quality of fence outside is very bad. Already degrading on new home. Apart from the above things customer service is good. Everytime request repair have go to online, take a while, tile crack can't get repair, blame homeowners.

The concrete out the outside is already cracked. Lennar is not willing to fix it. Yet with time it will settle and crack with the foundation of the house. A month in the home the stucco has settle more and it’s more than a quarter outside the house. Horrible job who did the stucco and crack. My cabinets under my island is messed up. They can’t guarantee it get fix better or it can be worst. They should have done it right. New home and they say to not expect it to be perfect conditions and to settle for what it is. My gas dryer didn’t work. The fencing is crappy
