I felt rushed to move in, so that Lennar can show a completed sale despite the home was rushed. The home also had materials and parts removed to finish other homes in the series and when the contractors replaced parts back the quality control was compromised with re installation. Should have informed my lawyer to get involved with write contingencies before I sign off the walk thru. Felt like things were purposely hidden. should have never signed off in good faith things would be addressed. felt duped and lied too. Overall the process of buying went somewhat smoothly with the mtg company, but as far as getting documents and answers from other professionals involved, the answers were incorrect and the realtor misled us as to what the house included. It was later pointed out in the contract that Lennar can make changes at any time and they are not bound to the contact although you are. They forgot the keypad to our garage and later said it may be offered as a courtesy yet all the other houses being built before or after our with same floor plan had them installed.
