Overall. 3/5. House quality seems like they just wanted to push these houses out. Freezer has been inoperable since day 1. Havnt been able to et fixed or replaced. Followed all recommended steps from Lennar team to get fixed. Point blaming between builder and appliance company. Master closet shelving collapsed on itself first week of puttting clothes on it. Carpet nails sticking up at edges of liners. “Was told to step over nails” I’m like “I have kids” I can’t even get them stop running around the house let alone try and tell them to never step over nails sticking out of the ...

Very beautiful home in a beautiful area. We had everything we needed in order on our end so there was very minimal headaches the first couple of months we waited for the home to be built. Last three weeks went completely down hill. Apparently a certain part we needed for our hood vent was not available and this prevented us from moving in, according to Lennar. From the beginning, I said I don’t care about the hood vent. Just give me the home and you can figure it out after. No can do said their sales staff, it’s impossible to close without this ”critical part” because the city with not ...

My experience with Lennar. Is very poor and disappointing. First I talk to the builder Lance about my sod water unit and I also talked to the Plummer that installed it before the plumbing went up. And told them I had a soft water unit they said it was going to be ok. And it was addressed and I had the system removed from my old home and brought down to the new house and they couldn’t install it because they never installed a bypass because the house has fire sprinkler, the workmen shop is very poor they have to keep coming out to repair issues, they installed carbon monoxide sensor. The quality of the home is bad, everything was made rushed. One issue comes up after another. The construction managers drive around the neighborhood texting and driving not even looking up on the road since there is still contruction going on. There are kids on the neighborhood and its dangerous to let them out.

Overall the process of buying went somewhat smoothly with the mtg company, but as far as getting documents and answers from other professionals involved, the answers were incorrect and the realtor misled us as to what the house included. It was later pointed out in the contract that Lennar can make changes at any time and they are not bound to the contact although you are. They forgot the keypad to our garage and later said it may be offered as a courtesy yet all the other houses being built before or after our with same floor plan had them installed. I felt rushed to move in, so that Lennar can show a completed sale despite the home was rushed. The home also had materials and parts removed to finish other homes in the series and when the contractors replaced parts back the quality control was compromised with re installation. Should have informed my lawyer to get involved with write contingencies before I sign off the walk thru. Felt like things were purposely hidden. should have never signed off in good faith things would be addressed. felt duped and lied too.
