Be prepared to "be on your own" , as I was told after I had moved in, papers signed, and asking questions about some very confusing things ( wi-fi, what and where certain things are, including instructions). Good thing this isn't my first house. But, I am in a "learning mode" with special circumstances. I would buy it again, because of the people you "meet" thru the process, which was smooth and painless. No regrets. And survived the "earthquake" with absolutely no damage. The only thing I would change is making the garage bigger and insulate it. Most of the locks, and dead bolts were not ...
