This house is good I like it

The buying process was easy and after your 30 days warranty Lennar still comes out to fix anything that is wrong. We love our home.

Home buying was quite an experience. My sales rep made the transition as smooth as possible. Very professional and really believes in their products.

Lennar’s home quality is amazing. This along with their great team working on clementine riverstone in Madera, CA is the reason we went with this builder over the 6 other ones we were looking at around the Fresno/Madera area. Their team Answered all the questions we had with a fast and extremely professional manner… and I had a lot of questions throughout the entire process!! I would definitely do it again with lennars riverstone clementine team.

Financing with Lennar was a breeze, anytime I called or emailed asking a question I was talked with friendly and helpful reps assigned to me. I am truly happy with how easy the home buying process was.

lennar build really nice houses .good quality as we expect and their customer services is good and on time quick response overall we experience is great with them.highly recomend them .

Had a great experience through the entire process. Each person from the seller to the title company to the builders were very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or a problem with anything in the home the builders where there for me immediately with the answer or to take care of the repair. I would definitely refer my friends and family.

We were extremely fortunate to purchase a brand new home from Lennar’s Pinnacle Series. We had outgrown our previous Lennar home and really needed more space. This is exactly what our new Lennar home has given us. We love the layout and appreciate the beautiful craftsmanship as well as the awesome features this home offers. Special props to Ron for the introductory tour and follow up to ensure everything met our expectations and that we settled in comfortably. From working with the Lennar Sales and Mortgage teams to coordinating with the excellent Construction crew, it has been an awesome experience and we look forward to many memorable years in our forever home. Great experience overall especially the follow-ups after getting our keys.

Staffing was great from the first viewing of the model Lisa was very welcoming to the very end . Aubrey the loan officer was amazing she was always there to answer any questions.

We had a few things go wrong with the new home. However, the Lennar team has been very responsive and has addressed all of our concerns so far.

Purchasing my new home from Lennar has been a good experience. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, transparent, and thoughtfully managed. What impressed me the most was…..the home came with modern finishes, smart technology, and energy‑efficient features that other builders often treat as upgrades. Walking into my new home, I felt an immediate sense of comfort knowing that it was move‑in ready with all the essentials already in place. Jon from the Inspection team was excellent. He took care of minor issues that were identified by him and us during inspection. He was quick on responding back with any questions we had. The construction quality could have been little better especially the fence in the backyard. Inside the house, I appreciate the open floor plan, natural light, and thoughtful design. After closing, Lennar’s customer care team has been responsive and supportive for most of times. However, I do have concern about solar company. They have not processed our paperwork with PG&E so even after 2 months house is still not on solar energy. We had made several attempts to Lennar customer service and vendor. Lennar customer service gave phone number where we cannot leave message and no one picked the phone even when it was tried different days and different times. Lennar can do a better job on this other than that it was a fabulous experience with Lennar. Overall, buying from Lennar has given me not just a house, but a home where I can build lasting memories. I love Love my home

We could not be happier with our little cottage on the bluff overlooking the foothills of the Sierras. Our buying experience was incredible and the people at Lennar have been super responsive and accommodating. Our Loan Officer Rachel was extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. We had a couple stressful moments & her calm encouraging demeanor was exactly what we needed during those times. Our walk-through experience with Lincoln in the Construction Department was amazing too. We could tell right away that a high standard is important to him, so we knew he was taking our concerns seriously. He was responsive and efficient. Unfortunately, the only complaint we have is that during our Sales experience, we were told that there would be no future construction on the hills behind us. We bought the house for the phenomenal view and have since learned that there are indeed, plans for future development there. I will not name the name here because we recognize we should have done our due diligence and confirmed this before we bought the house. In the end, we are still in love with our new community.
