Lennar, without my authorization, utilized a broker and Dilos Insurance, resulting in a $3,000 annual insurance premium. This fee was not disclosed until the contract signing with the notary, where I felt pressured to proceed. Immediately after acquiring the property, I secured alternate insurance for $850 per year. The subsequent reimbursement process from Dilos Insurance proved problematic. Dilos communicates solely with brokers, and Lennar offered no assistance. Critically, Lennar failed to take responsibility for this unauthorized and unprofessional practice of obtaining insurance using my personal information without my consent. Buying with Lennar was a pretty straight straightforward and easy process to go through. There are multiple people that walk you through the home buying experience if it is your first time. Waiting for the house to be built is probably the most exciting part. The only slight problems I’ve had with the house are cosmetic things such as the baseboards not being all the way flush to the ground, which I was explained that the foundation isn’t always going to be 100% flat, a lot of loose doorknobs, sliding glass door frame not being installed correctly, doors being slight slanted instead of flush with the door frame, snd several paint discrepancies. The doors are a little bit cheaper quality due to them being hollow core doors so you can hear a lot of things within the house. The only solid core doors are the door leading to the garage and the front door. It seems like a lot of the little things that I found during my quality control inspection were overlooked during the building process. I understand. My house was built in only three months however, I never thought that should be an excuse for poor quality control and rushed building for the price that I paid for this house. We love our floor plan. Many items are low quality. Appliances, cabinets. The inability to make any changes is frustrating. Love the neighborhood design Lennar has done.

We had a seamless experience purchasing our Lennar home. We were even able to change our homesite during the process to better meet our families needs. Staff were responsive and helpful throughout the process!

Lennar was great help through the entire process and the entire experience was overall smoothly and successful.

Lennar purposly chose to install non outdoor rated posts for the fence, and immediately said that the fence isn't warrantable. Sounds very crooked.

gave us a home that they did not even clean. at least when you buy a car they wash it for you but buy a lennar home and they dont; bother cleaning up dust and debris. literally had to take leaf blower to clean dirt out of garage. paint on door knobs, ghost doors, gaps in grout all over. missing flashing on roof, no gutters, cracke cement. paint spray on front porch cement. the list goes not...

All team was so supportive from the first day to end. House is gorgeous. Loved it.

building and construction is good but their mortgage lender side could use a lot of improvement.

We absolutely love our new home and would purchase again!!! The sales member Joanna was amazing and helped us a lot. Cole was our loan officer who did an amazing job. Any repairs needed after we moved in so far have been very small and fixed very quickly!! Great buying experience.

Just ok customer service from the entire staff, terrible service from their Lennar Mortgage though. I used to trust Lennar a lot, this was my 5th prop with them and never had these issues of poor customer service and hidden fees in mortgage and delays but this time it was not worth it. I only give less stars because of customer service, their people interactions and Lennar mortgage. Value for money and quality of house is good and there are no hidden surprises in cost and delivery.

House works for us, what I expected is different, my issue is our parking situation which nothing can be done. The house overall is great and will work well for my family. I look forward to to many memories here.

Our experience purchasing a new home had its ups and downs. While the overall process was okay, there were significant frustrations, particularly with communication during the financing stage. The loan officer's communication was extremely slow, and getting clear answers about pricing and current incentives was challenging. My questions were frequently passed around between the sales agent, the loan officer, and other employees, which created delays. Unfortunately, these delays resulted in me locking in a higher interest rate than I could have if responses had been more timely and transparent. On a more positive note, the post-move-in support from Lennar has been excellent. They’ve been punctual and attentive when it comes to addressing any issues or repairs in the home, which has been a relief. While I appreciate the quality of the home and the after-move-in service, the inefficiencies and lack of clear communication during the buying process left me feeling frustrated. I hope Lennar works to improve their communication systems for future buyers. ... More

They buying process was fine. The sales department is not terribly responsive once you agree to buy. Lso dont feel they were transparent about some issues with neighborhood. After some time we were directed to someone who was responsive. Quality if materials is average at best. I still can't believe they do not include gutters on the house. Overall hiusebis fine and they have been super responsive to maintenance tickets.

I am very scared about the stability of my new home. Poor quality of wood and other materials 1. Foundation concrete is not strong due to lack of steel structure please visit Wilson houses for reference how they use steel structure in the Foundation 2. No structural supervision by manager. It is your luck how they build 3. No use of 5×3 or 6x4 wood for top of windows and all attached 2x3 Poor quality wood 4. I am very disappointed with quality 5. They need to improve quality and supervision of engineers 6. Need proper quality check for construction

I love my new house but I am not satisfied because Lennar did not put rain gutter to the house . Your worker said ‘ oh we did not install rain gutter anymore , it’s been years we don’t do those rain gutters and rain gutter are not a part of the house . That’s an excuse! You can go back and check did you ever see a home without a rain gutter . You can cut something else to keep your pricing stable but rain gutters are always a part of the house. It’s not about the money but the thing is if you setting and building a house please putt at the features in it .

I recently bought my home, and I love it. The people involved were excellent during the process. They quickly answered their phones, saying, "If you need anything, call us." However, after buying the home, some minor things started popping up, and getting a hold of those people seemed impossible. Another issue is the mess left (hidden) in and out of the house. Soda bottles are above the cabinets. For the outside, water bottles, beer cans, electrical wires, lots of small to medium concrete pieces, and a few metal pieces used for connecting wood were found while digging/cleaning the yard/mulch. ... This is my second Lennar home. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the materials. The floor is the cheapest one in the market. No hocks in the bathroom. No gutters? Cheap countertops,in general very cheap construction. I will it recommend you to anyone. My first home had beautiful countertops and all the things we are missing here!

Almost all the finishes are good quality. Best new homes on the market.

Title team is not cooperative at all, i understand they are busy but it leaves bad taste to customer. Communication is very limited and no response to email and messages on portal.

There have been multiple issues with the home that have needed repair or to be addressed. Prior to closing customer care was very responsive. Since closing the responsiveness has gone significantly downhill. Also that I continue to find issues related to the quality of the craftsmanship of the home that demonstrate sloppiness in the building has been concerning. The insulation for noise and weather is great. The community is well taken care of.

First time homebuyer & my experience with Lennar was great! Very knowledgeable workers, attentive, efficient & professional. Someone was always available for any questions I had. My walk through experience was also great. Definitely recommend Lennar to anyone shopping around. I’m loving my new home!:)
