When I first reached out to Lennar, I was really excited about buying a Lennar home. Come to find out the whole buying process involved poor customer service with all communication by text or email and long waits for your questions and concerns to be answered. You will get phone calls when they need something but do not expect lennar to pick up your calls. The mortgage people sucks and will not communicate in a timely manner. My wife and i have had someone out to fix cabinets twice now. The first time the cabinet guy said that the quality of your cabinets was poor and the issue we were having was going to be a continuing thing. (Front face falling off). He fixed them but failed to do it correctly. So 2 weeks later we had another work request. This time before the job was even complete Elijah starts telling my wife that they will not be out to fix them again and there is nothing they will do anymore. AC thermostat older model no wifi enable no sync need to control manualy each one. No towel hangers in bath. Kitchen counter tops poor quality and thicker than regular size sharp edges. Selling solar but if ask any questions about it your guys reply talk to solar company? Overall quality is poorer than previously built lennar homes. Whenever there were questions or needs nobody was there to help. Concierge was useless. Lender left without saying anything before closing. Builders didn't even get permit for solar until after 30 days at closing. Francisco has been the only helpful person

This is my third lennar home. I have referred many friends and family to this builder and will never again and will never purchase from lennar again. The sales department doesn’t care about customers and just cares about numbers. I will say the team that actually addresses issues after your purchase with repairs to your home have been pleasant and responsive. Workmanship and features included have definitely scaled way down since our last lennar purchase in 2016. Very hard to contact and meet in person. Barely answers phone calls. Very rigid on adding buyers realtor if the buyer already has home tour of model homes.Bad experience

I had three issues within the first month of moving in, vent latch not closing, sprinkler drip line coming loose and a crack in my sewer line underneath the driveway. Upon reporting those, they had a team fixing those issues. Although it was annoying to deal with, they were very responsive with resolving the issues. The bathrooms don’t come with towel racks for some reason. Lastly, I wish the gates were on the wider side of the yard. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and I have no regrets with the people I’ve worked with.

I was shopping around other homes such as KB houses and Wilson houses but due to the unavailability of homes I had to look at Lennar homes. My experience was good but not great during process to close escrow as the staffs weren’t quick to response to my questions and needs, I usually have to do 2-3 response to get an answer back. After moving into the home, things started to break such as drywall, hidden cracks, hidden poor construction, a lot of nails from roof and backyard. Compared to other home builders, Lennar falls short. Lennar's saying "Everything is Included" should be changed to "Nothing is Included." You want to customize Ethernet Cables in the house? NOPE. Rain Gutters? NOPE. In fact, all the stuff that IS included is the standard stuff you get for free, except it's probably the lowest quality materials/products available. The "quartz" type material used for the countertops is a nightmare to clean. If you spill anything on it, it will absorb it and stain as if it was permanent marker. First I would like to say that Tish was very helpful! We were scheduled to close escrow on Thursday 5/02/24. That has been our scheduled closing date for almost two months. Well that didn't happen. We didn't close escrow yesterday and we did not get and do not have access to our house as of this morning Friday 5/03. I had a lot of things scheduled for our house this morning that I had to scramble to reschedule. Materials for the home is ok. Purchased a 2 story home and when walking on the second floor, you can hear the steps. Carpet is ok, needs more cushion. I am an investor and remote. I was impressed with ads of remote buying experience but my tenants keep finding issues with the house. Now, they don’t have the right mail box keys. I have opened the case, sent multiple emails but no on has responded yet. I don’t understand how we got the keys that are not for the house. Still waiting to hear back.
