We love our new home. Everything is great!

The best purchased I made. Everything is upgraded no need to upgrade. Love the big windows all around the house. It’s specious, it comes with high end appliances. They are easy to work with if you have issues with house, for example: an outlet not working. All you have to do is put in a maintenance order, Lennar service team will contact you and they will set up an appointment and fix the issue. Haven’t had a problem with them yet!

This was my husband and I’s first experience buying our first home and overall, we are happy.

I feel like Lennar used quality materials in certain areas and "not so quality" items in other areas. I like the home. I have the Quill model. The stand alone shower in the master is kind of odd. I would have liked 3 tile walls and just two glass panels. A shower tub combination would have been nice. The location of the Master Bedroom is not great. On one wall in the garage is the noisy heat pump water heater. On the other side I have the neighbor's heat pump for their house, and the freezer dropping ice. I think it would have been better to put the master on the other side. All the people I dealt with in the process of buying the house were very good and client focused. I would have liked to have been passed around to different people less. It got confusing as to who did what in some instances. It was nice that all the appliances and window coverings were included. The house has good storage with the Kitchen pantry, lots of kitchen cabinets, and closets. I hope to enjoy it for many years. ... More

For this being my first home, I had a good experience with Lennar. Both the sales team and finance team were very responsive to all the questions I had, especially as a first timer buyer.

Our Lennar was a good value for the size of the home we go in the price range we wanted. The buying process was smooth, other than the lending side. We were given the Lennar lender, and we submitted the paperwork, but didn't like the payments. Our Lennar consultant suggested another approved lender who was amazing and got us a CalHFA loan with better payments and rate. After this, the Lennar lender reached out with a better loan offer but couldn't beat the approved lender. Then attempted to send us a Lennar loan document tying us to her after we said we weren't going with them. I did not like Lennar Lending's lack of transparency. Lincoln, during the walk through was amazing and gave full descriptions of how to use all the features of the house as well as the things that will be fixed. All items were taken care of by the move-in date, and keys were received early. Lennar's build quality has a little to be desired, and the fit and finish have a little to be desired, but for our first home and in the price range we wanted, it was hard to beat. The beginning of the experience was great. The sales team was helpful and understanding. Couldn't rate that part of the process higher. Much of the process was done online, which I didn't like. I have bought several houses in my life and the online experience was confusing and upsetting. What I assume is your idea of simplifying the process, only made it more confusing to us. We were inundated with emails, many of which required different ways of accessing the information. An in person option would have been very much appreciated. Not all of us are 25, yet we seem to have most of the $$$. I don't see that you are doing much to make this process easier by using our phones and/or computers. ... More

Almost all the finishes are good quality. Best new homes on the market.

I had three issues within the first month of moving in, vent latch not closing, sprinkler drip line coming loose and a crack in my sewer line underneath the driveway. Upon reporting those, they had a team fixing those issues. Although it was annoying to deal with, they were very responsive with resolving the issues. The bathrooms don’t come with towel racks for some reason. Lastly, I wish the gates were on the wider side of the yard. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and I have no regrets with the people I’ve worked with.

Check every feature of the house and do not hesitate to ask questions.

The responsiveness to issues is good which I liked from Lennar, The agents are very friendly The areas that needs improvement are: sometimes escrow and mortgage agents were too busy sometimes to assist the buyer and doesn't respond, my sales agent was good. One real challenge with Lennar is, please give sufficient time to the buyer to arrange funds and get the keys, The fence was not ready and I still agreed to pay and take the keys but the escrow folks didn't give sufficient time after giving the final escrow price sheet (fence was not ready) Also, I was living a little far, couldn't get keys from Lennar immediately, they insisted me to take the keys asap from the key box, as they are using the same key box for multiple buyers, need to allow time for the buyers here as well. ... Overall, the house buying experience was great but it was annoying at first when Lennar transitioned to a bid form for each release. Additionally, the house construction was extremely delayed but Lennar did their best to make us aware of the upcoming schedule changes and reasons why. I loved knowing that I was getting almost everything I had seen in the model home minus some minor changes due to supply chain issues. I wish we had been made more aware of the material changes so we could request an alternate (not a fan of the lights in my kitchen that were installed versus what the model house had but oh well..) Lennar has been extremely responsive to issues we have been finding now that we are living in the house so that is amazing. JIm and ray were fantastic the whole building team made the whole experience great. I will say the financing side was a nightmare. There wasn’t much communication, it was our first time buying a home so we don’t know all the things like “locking in the interest rate” had know idea and almost lost the ability to purchase our home. But building team great. 10/10 recommend.

Great house, great price and amazing communication throughout the entire process.

All staff and workers were very polite and professional.

The experience was scary being first time home buyers but the Lennar staff made it very easy.

Love the square foot of the homes.

One of the sinks and bathroom tub has a chip in it and the quality of the wood fences is that good. We also share a fence instead of having our own. Customer service was great and overall buying experience was good too.

After all the walk through s and living in the home a few months I know see how some stuff is not like we thought. Handles on cabinet in quest bathroom not put on straight, bottom of cabinet scuffed up with white paint. Glue on tile. Overall we love the home but when buying a expensive home it should be really nice. Little things like this show how this home was thrown together as fast as possible.

There are a lot of chips in our tiles and our home is not square in most places. However, Gabriel and his team have been incredible in responding to our issues. Also, we purchased our solar (instead of taking the PPA). The solar company you use is awful, and I would recommend not buying from your company because the issues we have had. It is estimated that we lost a months mortgage payment to their lack of diligence, and inept ability to communicate where their customers. I honestly have told people to go to other builders due to your choice of solar company. Other than that, I love our home.

Overall a very good home in a desirable community. For a home of this price I would expect them to polish out the details a bit better from the get go though. They do have Sam, who is excellent at taking care of those issues...after the purchase. No major issues so far though. One advice - if you get limestone tile - seal it right away. Happy with the purchase overall!

My Lennar home made a new home purchase easy as everything is included, so you are not chasing little details and add on that cost additional dollars.....(included window treatments, appliances, flooring, tile, smart home features) The construction was on time, they provide regular weekly updates, and present the home with a detailed walk through. They have been good to their word and fixed any minor flaws that were identified and any issues I have found after they quickly addressed. I did not give them a 5 star for workmanship and material above as the exterior fencing, landscaping, are very poor quality, I expect to replace the fence in 3-5 years...... ... More

building and construction is good but their mortgage lender side could use a lot of improvement.

I was shopping around other homes such as KB houses and Wilson houses but due to the unavailability of homes I had to look at Lennar homes. My experience was good but not great during process to close escrow as the staffs weren’t quick to response to my questions and needs, I usually have to do 2-3 response to get an answer back. After moving into the home, things started to break such as drywall, hidden cracks, hidden poor construction, a lot of nails from roof and backyard. Overall Lennar homes was not my first choice, I had limited time to find a home so I had no choice as landlord was selling the home I was renting. My landlord home is also a Lennar home and they sold their home due to issues that I’m starting to experience. I love my home and it’s a good home but it’s not the greatest. ... More

I am an investor and remote. I was impressed with ads of remote buying experience but my tenants keep finding issues with the house. Now, they don’t have the right mail box keys. I have opened the case, sent multiple emails but no on has responded yet. I don’t understand how we got the keys that are not for the house. Still waiting to hear back. I wasn’t expecting this from a new house. Earlier, we had issues with bathroom showers and kitchen electrical outlets
