Purchased house expecting to have installed what was advertised on their website as part of "Everything included". I did not get USB outlets, exhaust fan in master WC, or smart thermostat. In addition, building plans show exhaust fans in laundry room and master WC, but were not installed. The fine print says lennar has the right to change everything. So regardless of what it shown on building plans or website, lennar has the right to not install it. Not what I expected from a company that I felt had a good reputation.

Bad overall attitude from all construction team. Very rude and intimidating at times I felt I was about to get into a physical fight with this construction and Lennar customer service team. They were very dishonest. This is my second Lennar home and did not even compare to the great experience I received the first time.

Was promised a luxury home and Lennar fell short. Website claims all homes come with certain amenities that they didn’t provide, no Ring, no rain gutters, sloppy craftsmanship, paint still on floors even after blue tape walk.

I do wish during the walk-through we were given a list of things to remember and do when moving into the house. When we are doing the walk-through, and we are being told all these things we need to remember, let’s be serious we are barely going to remember every single detail that’s being told to us all at once. A list of to do items & need to know items is very important and I wish that was provided. There is also things around the condo that needed to be done prior to escrow closing unfortunately some of those items were not done but I was told it would be done after closing however, I am still waiting for them to be done and I have no idea what I need to do to make sure it gets done. There’s lots of little things that are not done properly I would say, if that’s the correct word like paint splatter on my floors, paint splatter on my balcony door frame, multiple little things like that. For the price I paid and for it being a new condo, I would expect it to be nicely done. I do also wish the master room closet was bigger, I feel like the guest room closet is bigger. ... More

I had a better experience with outside buys than with Lennar. I felt it was fine but wasn't great. I had higher expectations. I feel floor plan could have been better designed. They give zero options to modify anything. I feel their quality of features has decreased. They downgraded the materials they used in our neighborhood after few homes. They didn't include fridge anymore either. Also response time wasn't great for certain aspects of their mortgage and closing communication. Did not receive mail keys until 2 months after closing. Customer service was horrible. Lazy individuals were responsible for the customer service aspect of this process

OVERALL GOOD. COMMUNITY FEE DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE. I MOVED 2 MONTHS AGO. PARK IS NOT EVEN STARTED YET AND I AM PAYING COMUNITY FEE SINCE i MOVED IN ADVANCE FOR 6 MONTHS.

First of all this was my first purchase of a new home! I was very impressed with all that my townhome was equipped with, all up to date details! This was the first home my realtor had shown me and I feel in love with it! I am still learning of all the new items in my home, but I'm sure in time it'll be easier! Well built and the installation is gold! I never hear anyone , very few cars, but its so quiet! Loving my new community!!!

everything. was good up to the point of commencing. payment of my mortgage where my mortgage servicer is actually. a debt collection. agency wow. Just purchased the property had to be calling 5days in a row to make payment only to be introduced to a debt collector ?

It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone took their time and taught me the new process of docu signing and emails ever since covid changed everything. They were all very patient with everything because l was going through a divorce at the same time. Everything had to fall into place and coinside as l was going through my proceedings. It took me three different attempts before l was able to lock in a lot as there were hurdles l had to over come with timing issues of my divorce. No one gave up as we were all determined to get me in a Lennar Home. It took a special group of people to make this happen. They cared enough to be like my own support group. I was told that i am getting a smart home from the beginning till the completion of the deal. However in the end, i found out that my house was not a smart home and lacked many smart item. When I complained, few items were added but few still left out.

This house is nothing but issues from the beginning. I would never ever ask anyone to buy a home with Lennar again. Just bad communication with everything and cheap product.

Fast process but quality of home is not worth the price. Sales person was informative but lenner lender was difficult to reach at times so that made it frustrating.

Check every feature of the house and do not hesitate to ask questions.

Starting from initial tour to final closing, requesting minor patching/paint issues - Lennar took care of everything very smoothly and in a professional way. Very Happy with Lennar and will buy again with Lennar. The whole team from Sales, and Builders to Lennar finance took care of everything in a timely manner.

Not sure but having super difficulty with new home issues and resolution timeframe by lennar team.

We had to wait over a year for home after promise date. COVID was to blame and supply issues more than builder. Poor craftsmanship overall. Needs more quality control.

The responsiveness to issues is good which I liked from Lennar, The agents are very friendly The areas that needs improvement are: sometimes escrow and mortgage agents were too busy sometimes to assist the buyer and doesn't respond, my sales agent was good. One real challenge with Lennar is, please give sufficient time to the buyer to arrange funds and get the keys, The fence was not ready and I still agreed to pay and take the keys but the escrow folks didn't give sufficient time after giving the final escrow price sheet (fence was not ready) Also, I was living a little far, couldn't get keys from Lennar immediately, they insisted me to take the keys asap from the key box, as they are using the same key box for multiple buyers, need to allow time for the buyers here as well. ... Lennar builds with cheap materials and labor. Their finish work is horrible. Regret being one their townhouses in Clovis.

Very helpful people from beginning to finish.

The sales process was fairly smooth. Only complaint would be sometimes felt left in the dark about what step was coming next. Should almost be provided a schedule. Even if you don't the know exact dates at least can prepare for what's next. In terms of the construction of the home. We knew this before buying. Lennar homes are built fast, cheaply build. No eye for craftsmanship. But you pay for what you get. Lennar homes tend to be on the cheaper end when compared to similar homes on the market.
