I do wish during the walk-through we were given a list of things to remember and do when moving into the house. When we are doing the walk-through, and we are being told all these things we need to remember, let’s be serious we are barely going to remember every single detail that’s being told to us all at once. A list of to do items & need to know items is very important and I wish that was provided. There is also things around the condo that needed to be done prior to escrow closing unfortunately some of those items were not done but I was told it would be done after closing however, I am still waiting for them to be done and I have no idea what I need to do to make sure it gets done. There’s lots of little things that are not done properly I would say, if that’s the correct word like paint splatter on my floors, paint splatter on my balcony door frame, multiple little things like that. For the price I paid and for it being a new condo, I would expect it to be nicely done. I do also wish the master room closet was bigger, I feel like the guest room closet is bigger. ... More

everything. was good up to the point of commencing. payment of my mortgage where my mortgage servicer is actually. a debt collection. agency wow. Just purchased the property had to be calling 5days in a row to make payment only to be introduced to a debt collector ?

I was told that i am getting a smart home from the beginning till the completion of the deal. However in the end, i found out that my house was not a smart home and lacked many smart item. When I complained, few items were added but few still left out.

The sales process was fairly smooth. Only complaint would be sometimes felt left in the dark about what step was coming next. Should almost be provided a schedule. Even if you don't the know exact dates at least can prepare for what's next. In terms of the construction of the home. We knew this before buying. Lennar homes are built fast, cheaply build. No eye for craftsmanship. But you pay for what you get. Lennar homes tend to be on the cheaper end when compared to similar homes on the market.

Lennar wants everything to be done right away as far as paperwork during the escrow process but when they are the ones that need to send or sign a document they can be slow. Our closing date was postpones several weeks because Lennar and our lender too took forever to respond. The worst came after move in though. Two days after moving in our guest bedroom flooded. They were quick to send a plumber but........it's been 2 months and our guest bedroom is still not done. And they are not even nice about it. I mean I like to be understanding and not push people but there are people that just don't appreciate your patience you know. Overall staff was always great! We just had a lapse of bad communication due to a member leaving the company. The house is good and we are ready to build great memories!

Customer service is not good

Overall the experience with every rep was and has been great! Any time we need or needed assistance they would be there for us. However, I will say even though we purchased a lot of the higher end upgrades the install of them was very messy ie. Paint issues every where around the house, as if it was rushed, and so that was disappointing.

On-site customer service is great. If there are any issues, they are quick to fix them. Everything included makes life easier. The color that comes with the house is hideous, I wish they paint it all white so buyers can choose. I am happy with my decision to buy a house with Lennar.

From last 2 months we are following with lennar and sunnova on solar activation . No response from both of them . Lennar moved to new vendor for home that are still not sold , they left people who already purchased. This is unfair. If anyone willing to talk on this please contact us.

LENNAR HOMES CHEAP BUILDER MATERIAL quality Company

My experience purchasing a Lennar home was, just okay. Not great, but not terrible. I would recommend buying a Lennar home, as they're built well and often are marked down quite a bit (they initially start higher than most for this reason though). The fact that they negotiated pricing and incrntives was great! I would just suggest being on top of things yourself, as your new home buyer info regarding your property maintenance etc. is not provided to you in a handy binder (like I've experienced with other builders) but is all located on your online portal. Lastly, they should be calling new home owners 15 days into closing escrow to follow up regarding any concerns on the property (they say they'll do this) be aware that you may need to reach out to them (as I did, never recieved a follow up as they mentioned). They buying process was fine. The sales department is not terribly responsive once you agree to buy. Lso dont feel they were transparent about some issues with neighborhood. After some time we were directed to someone who was responsive. Quality if materials is average at best. I still can't believe they do not include gutters on the house. Overall hiusebis fine and they have been super responsive to maintenance tickets.

There is no clear communication on who should we reach out to in case of any support required. Also, I was disappointed that support takes a long time to respond to any help.

We purchased a home this past year and it was easy.......at first. There were too many things that were off putting. Joanna (sales) couldn't remember who me and my husband were almost every time we spoke. This made it seem impersonal. Cole (loan officer) did his job, and he backed up his word on ensuring we purchased a home with good terms. The closing process got rushed from a month to 21-days which stressed us out. We found out that this was due to Lennar's fiscal year ending November 30th. So, in the end, Joanna got the builder to give more credits and Cole kept to his word. Tengo dos meses con la casa (nueva), aunque me gustó el diseño, la calidad de los materiales son muy baratos, incluyendo la cocina hecha de aglomerado, en el segundo piso tuvieron que hacer reparaciones ya que caminas y el sheathing hace ruido como su fuera una casa vieja, los baños pueden verse bonitos pero aun así los acabados son de baja calidad, el motor del aire acondicionado lo colocaron cerca de la sala y hace demasiado ruido, también llega el ruido a las recámaras que estan cerca del motor, no entiendo porque lo pusieron ahi... entregan sin pintar la cochera y en la parte de atrás sin los gutters ni downspot, y los de la fachada los entregan sin conexión al desagüe, los pisos son de vinil y el Fence tendrás que ponerle laca ya que solo es madera sin protección, los andadores laterales no tienen piso solo tierra, , así que tendrás que gastar mucho en arreglar todo esto... ... be patient with the process

Title team is not cooperative at all, i understand they are busy but it leaves bad taste to customer. Communication is very limited and no response to email and messages on portal.

There have been multiple issues with the home that have needed repair or to be addressed. Prior to closing customer care was very responsive. Since closing the responsiveness has gone significantly downhill. Also that I continue to find issues related to the quality of the craftsmanship of the home that demonstrate sloppiness in the building has been concerning. The insulation for noise and weather is great. The community is well taken care of.

When I first reached out to Lennar, I was really excited about buying a Lennar home. Come to find out the whole buying process involved poor customer service with all communication by text or email and long waits for your questions and concerns to be answered. You will get phone calls when they need something but do not expect lennar to pick up your calls. The mortgage people sucks and will not communicate in a timely manner. We love the floor plan but most of the things in the home are standard and is what you see in the model home. You get what you pay for. The overall walk through was fine since touch up was completed prior to move in. The best experience so far is the customer service from Elijah. He helps with all the issues after move in to ensure the issues submitted are taken care of during the one year warranty. ... More

My wife and i have had someone out to fix cabinets twice now. The first time the cabinet guy said that the quality of your cabinets was poor and the issue we were having was going to be a continuing thing. (Front face falling off). He fixed them but failed to do it correctly. So 2 weeks later we had another work request. This time before the job was even complete Elijah starts telling my wife that they will not be out to fix them again and there is nothing they will do anymore. Then the repair man discovered that they were not built right to begin with and he has supposedly fixed it now. But i dont appreciate being told that you guys will not fix something again especially since we have a 1 year warranty and it was your builders who screwed up to begin with ... More
