Very unsatisfied with the quality of the house in general. Found many imperfections inside on out of the home, which we had the opportunity to addressed through Lennard's service request website. However, many of the imperfections have not been fixed two months after of being in the home and still no answer as when our request to fix these items will happened. I feel I am being ignored because I have made the request more than once. did not expect so many imperfections for being a new home and when asked Lennard to fix stuff they would only patch and covered the imperfections. We ran into many delays immediately after I reserved my site. Due to covid many of the materials were extremely difficult to get, not just for Lennar, but the entire construction field. I know because I'm a electrical contractor. However, Aubrey and the team were able to make everything happen and I was able to move in on time. Love the location and the overall look of my new home!

Lennar wants everything to be done right away as far as paperwork during the escrow process but when they are the ones that need to send or sign a document they can be slow. Our closing date was postpones several weeks because Lennar and our lender too took forever to respond. The worst came after move in though. Two days after moving in our guest bedroom flooded. They were quick to send a plumber but........it's been 2 months and our guest bedroom is still not done. And they are not even nice about it. Overall, the house buying experience was great but it was annoying at first when Lennar transitioned to a bid form for each release. Additionally, the house construction was extremely delayed but Lennar did their best to make us aware of the upcoming schedule changes and reasons why. I loved knowing that I was getting almost everything I had seen in the model home minus some minor changes due to supply chain issues. I wish we had been made more aware of the material changes so we could request an alternate (not a fan of the lights in my kitchen that were installed versus what the model house ...

We were promised the house would be cleaned before moving in. On the date of moving in, the house was dirty with dirt and debris all over the inside and outside of the house. When mentioned to the team, they just brushed it off. This was extremely unprofessional. I would like to recognize Rachel Klippenstein, she has always been helpful throughout the purchasing process.

Buying my first home with Lennar was an amazing experience. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and ensured everything was taken care of ever step of the way. Stating with finding the right home, to securing a mortgage, and fixing any minor touch ups needed on my new home, all individuals who were apart of my home buying experience were extremely resourceful and made the process easy. So very glad to have chosen Lennar to buy my first home.

Signing in July for a house that would be ready in November, that would then be delayed month by month until May. How can you think you can finish a house in 4 months if it’s going to take you 10? But when it’s finally done, we were given zero flexibility in closing day. We had to be flexible for all this time and Lennar gave us nothing at all, even threatened us with a 500$ per day fine! Communication during construction and even sales was very poor and even now past closing is minimal. If Lennar is the last builder on earth, I’ll buy existing homes..

JIm and ray were fantastic the whole building team made the whole experience great. I will say the financing side was a nightmare. There wasn’t much communication, it was our first time buying a home so we don’t know all the things like “locking in the interest rate” had know idea and almost lost the ability to purchase our home. But building team great. 10/10 recommend.

Everything was pleasant except the experience with Lennar Mortgage. The loan officer was clueless about what was going on. I worked with Lennar Mortgage before but they were all knowledgeable and were prompt. This was a very bad experience.

The process itself was not as smooth as I would have hoped for. There were a lot of small mistakes made that made the overall experience challenging. For several years, I knew I wanted a Lennar home based on the reputation and quality of the homes. Not the best homebuying experience. Sales office was on the ball in getting answers and were enjoyable to work with. Quality of construction and finish work is mediocre at best. Mixing of finishes on plumbing and lighting fixtures and cabinet hardware was astounding. No apparent effort to coordinate!

There are so many things need to considered. 1.If you are making smart home atleast run ethernet wire in house. 2. Sprinkle for landscaping should be wifi controlled not manually. 3. Need man door in garage, if someone need to go to backyard from garage then they need to go either from front or pass through the living area then access it from back yard.
