We had to wait over a year for home after promise date. COVID was to blame and supply issues more than builder. Poor craftsmanship overall. Needs more quality control.

Lack of contact with Lennar staff. Obvious displeasure at my choosing to use a non Lennar finance company.Lennar title wrong date on closing package and we had to go back the next day to sign again.

Not the best homebuying experience. Sales office was on the ball in getting answers and were enjoyable to work with. Quality of construction and finish work is mediocre at best. Mixing of finishes on plumbing and lighting fixtures and cabinet hardware was astounding. No apparent effort to coordinate!

There have been multiple issues with the home that have needed repair or to be addressed. Prior to closing customer care was very responsive. Since closing the responsiveness has gone significantly downhill. Also that I continue to find issues related to the quality of the craftsmanship of the home that demonstrate sloppiness in the building has been concerning. The insulation for noise and weather is great. The community is well taken care of.

First I would like to say that Tish was very helpful! We were scheduled to close escrow on Thursday 5/02/24. That has been our scheduled closing date for almost two months. Well that didn't happen. We didn't close escrow yesterday and we did not get and do not have access to our house as of this morning Friday 5/03. I had a lot of things scheduled for our house this morning that I had to scramble to reschedule. We were promised the house would be cleaned before moving in. On the date of moving in, the house was dirty with dirt and debris all over the inside and outside of the house. When mentioned to the team, they just brushed it off. This was extremely unprofessional. I would like to recognize Rachel Klippenstein, she has always been helpful throughout the purchasing process.

Loan officer wasn’t as thorough as I would have liked with answering questions and explaining things. I feel like it was assumed I knew and understood things as they were stated. The construction workers were gross. They left trash in the kitchen island after the quartz countertop had been installed. Beer cans were in cabinets when I went to look at the house prior to closing. Construction workers should be more professional and not drinking on the job especially when it comes to crafting the largest expense of most people’s lives.

My biggest gripe so far is the quality of the paint and surface finishes both inside and out. The interior paint is a powder or chalk type paint, which CANNOT be cleaned. If your kids touch the walls, prepare to repaint. The drywall texturing was cheaply done and has many flaws and clumps in the material, which chip and flake off. I will say that Lennar was honest about this and warned me that they really do slap it together and cut costs on paint and finish. While i dont dispute the overall value and service, i would respect them more if they used better paint in a family home.

Buying with Lennar was a pretty straight straightforward and easy process to go through. There are multiple people that walk you through the home buying experience if it is your first time. Waiting for the house to be built is probably the most exciting part. The only slight problems I’ve had with the house are cosmetic things such as the baseboards not being all the way flush to the ground, which I was explained that the foundation isn’t always going to be 100% flat, a lot of loose doorknobs, sliding glass door frame not being installed correctly, doors being slight slanted instead of flush ...

Materials for the home is ok. Purchased a 2 story home and when walking on the second floor, you can hear the steps. Carpet is ok, needs more cushion. Moved in and needed some fixing such as air vent switches in the bathroom kept turning on for no reason, air ducks had major issues with air flow with some room having a lot of air and some having very little like the master bedroom. Was promised a luxury home and Lennar fell short. Website claims all homes come with certain amenities that they didn’t provide, no Ring, no rain gutters, sloppy craftsmanship, paint still on floors even after blue tape walk.

The process itself was not as smooth as I would have hoped for. There were a lot of small mistakes made that made the overall experience challenging. I had to learn to move forward and make the best of things. Overall, I am happy with my new home now and the services now have been handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Our experience purchasing a new home had its ups and downs. While the overall process was okay, there were significant frustrations, particularly with communication during the financing stage. The loan officer's communication was extremely slow, and getting clear answers about pricing and current incentives was challenging. I recently bought my home, and I love it. The people involved were excellent during the process. They quickly answered their phones, saying, "If you need anything, call us." However, after buying the home, some minor things started popping up, and getting a hold of those people seemed impossible. Another issue is the mess left (hidden) in and out of the house. This is my second Lennar home. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the materials. The floor is the cheapest one in the market. No hocks in the bathroom. No gutters? Cheap countertops,in general very cheap construction. I will it recommend you to anyone. My first home had beautiful countertops and all the things we are missing here!

Just ok customer service from the entire staff, terrible service from their Lennar Mortgage though. I used to trust Lennar a lot, this was my 5th prop with them and never had these issues of poor customer service and hidden fees in mortgage and delays but this time it was not worth it. I only give less stars because of customer service, their people interactions and Lennar mortgage. Value for money and quality of house is good and there are no hidden surprises in cost and delivery.

My direct experience with Lennar has been quite good, with exception to their finance crew. There have been a few issues with the house, but all have been remedied.

The house is fine. The lending process with Lennar is a complete nightmare. It's never good when I'm forced to threaten with legal action while dealing with a loan officer. The closing date was stalled for 4 days due to Lennar's ineptness in this matter. I would definitely recommend using another finance group if you can get a decent rate.

Everything was pleasant except the experience with Lennar Mortgage. The loan officer was clueless about what was going on. I worked with Lennar Mortgage before but they were all knowledgeable and were prompt. This was a very bad experience.

AC thermostat older model no wifi enable no sync need to control manualy each one. No towel hangers in bath. Kitchen counter tops poor quality and thicker than regular size sharp edges. Selling solar but if ask any questions about it your guys reply talk to solar company? Overall quality is poorer than previously built lennar homes. Your mortgage finance team has no time to talk with customer.2 days 3 different decisions for loan aproval..
