There are so many things need to considered. 1.If you are making smart home atleast run ethernet wire in house. 2. Sprinkle for landscaping should be wifi controlled not manually. 3. Need man door in garage, if someone need to go to backyard from garage then they need to go either from front or pass through the living area then access it from back yard. Garage man door should be there. 4. Electrical to the plugs should go from top of the house not through the walls. 5. If no landscaping is done in backyards atleast there should bepoint left for Sprinkle system. 6. Shower head so hight if ...

My direct experience with Lennar has been quite good, with exception to their finance crew. There have been a few issues with the house, but all have been remedied.

The house is fine. The lending process with Lennar is a complete nightmare. It's never good when I'm forced to threaten with legal action while dealing with a loan officer. The closing date was stalled for 4 days due to Lennar's ineptness in this matter. I would definitely recommend using another finance group if you can get a decent rate.

Lennar - Everything was pleasant except the experience with Lennar Mortgage.

Everything was pleasant except the experience with Lennar Mortgage. The loan officer was clueless about what was going on. I worked with Lennar Mortgage before but they were all knowledgeable and were prompt. This was a very bad experience.

Terrible followup with home warranty

There's been a few issues to pop up after move in. Party due to low quality materials. It's been two months of going back and forth trying to get the issue repaired.

AC thermostat older model no wifi enable no sync need to control manualy each one. No towel hangers in bath. Kitchen counter tops poor quality and thicker than regular size sharp edges. Selling solar but if ask any questions about it your guys reply talk to solar company? Overall quality is poorer than previously built lennar homes. Your mortgage finance team has no time to talk with customer.2 days 3 different decisions for loan aproval..

Whenever there were questions or needs nobody was there to help. Concierge was useless. Lender left without saying anything before closing. Builders didn't even get permit for solar until after 30 days at closing. Francisco has been the only helpful person

They will take a long time to replace items on the list when you closed. No ETA on when it will get done. Move in since the end of Nov 2021 and had issue with refrigerator which is still not working since day one. They will not replace and will tell you to deal directly with the manufacture (Frigidaire) Please don’t buy anything with Frigidaire they’re horrible to deal with, and will not replace anything even though it’s brand new. The Pinnacle Plans were great but Lennar’s customer service, quality of work, and choices of contractors and materials used needs improvement. Everything was delayed, shuffled, and rushed to their benefit and not the customers. As a big company, they lack connections, customer service, personal touch and failed to please the customers when there are problems. Good house for the value

The two areas i find poor is the height of the microwave. It is so high to be unusable. The master shower is beautiful but poor design. It has subway tile on floor which is slick. I almost fell. I love my home. Great floorplan.

This is my third lennar home. I have referred many friends and family to this builder and will never again and will never purchase from lennar again. The sales department doesn’t care about customers and just cares about numbers. I will say the team that actually addresses issues after your purchase with repairs to your home have been pleasant and responsive. Workmanship and features included have definitely scaled way down since our last lennar purchase in 2016. Very hard to contact and meet in person. Barely answers phone calls. Very rigid on adding buyers realtor if the buyer already has home tour of model homes.Bad experience

We had flooring issues and although I appreciate Lennar taking care of the issue our baseboards and walls were destroyed in the process. We were told painters cannot be scheduled until January and the damage is beyond what paint can fix. We had to do a key release for a week while the work was being done which is fine but the workers used our spare restroom and soiled our bath mats past being able to be cleaned and left urine stains on our toilet. The home was turned back over to us filthy. Lennar then had cleaners come the following morning after we requested and they cleansed the bathroom ...

Signing in July for a house that would be ready in November, that would then be delayed month by month until May. How can you think you can finish a house in 4 months if it’s going to take you 10? But when it’s finally done, we were given zero flexibility in closing day. We had to be flexible for all this time and Lennar gave us nothing at all, even threatened us with a 500$ per day fine! Communication during construction and even sales was very poor and even now past closing is minimal. If Lennar is the last builder on earth, I’ll buy existing homes..
