Great home for a growing family

Couldn't be more pleased with the home itself. Me and my growing family absolutely love the home. There have been mostly mild issues (paint chips, scratches, broken tile, missing electrical outlet, etc.) But when lennar has been contacted, every single has been taken care of and incredibly quickly. As much as we love our new home, it has been a great experience working with everyone at lennar. Lennar finance, title, construction, everyone has been great. Special shout out to Jim. He is always incredibly responsive.

Loan officer wasn’t as thorough as I would have liked with answering questions and explaining things. I feel like it was assumed I knew and understood things as they were stated. The construction workers were gross. They left trash in the kitchen island after the quartz countertop had been installed. Beer cans were in cabinets when I went to look at the house prior to closing. Construction workers should be more professional and not drinking on the job especially when it comes to crafting the largest expense of most people’s lives.

We had flooring issues and although I appreciate Lennar taking care of the issue our baseboards and walls were destroyed in the process. We were told painters cannot be scheduled until January and the damage is beyond what paint can fix. We had to do a key release for a week while the work was being done which is fine but the workers used our spare restroom and soiled our bath mats past being able to be cleaned and left urine stains on our toilet. The home was turned back over to us filthy. Lennar then had cleaners come the following morning after we requested and they cleansed the bathroom ...

Overall the experience with every rep was and has been great! Any time we need or needed assistance they would be there for us. However, I will say even though we purchased a lot of the higher end upgrades the install of them was very messy ie. Paint issues every where around the house, as if it was rushed, and so that was disappointing.

After possession of the house, toilets flooded due to main pipe outside the street, and lennar was not helpful in fixing the problem or cleaning the mass inside the house

On-site customer service is great. If there are any issues, they are quick to fix them. Everything included makes life easier. The color that comes with the house is hideous, I wish they paint it all white so buyers can choose. I am happy with my decision to buy a house with Lennar.

Had a great experience through the entire process. Each person from the seller to the title company to the builders were very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or a problem with anything in the home the builders where there for me immediately with the answer or to take care of the repair. I would definitely refer my friends and family.

On the building end of things, most things were fine. Construction was great to work and incredibly helpful. Of it weren’t for the helpfulness and caring of the construction team, I don’t know what we would have done. The same goes for the loan department. They were always there to answer questions and provide guidance. However, the sales team was far from the quality I expected. From day one, we were not treated kindly. After all the walk through s and living in the home a few months I know see how some stuff is not like we thought. Handles on cabinet in quest bathroom not put on straight, bottom of cabinet scuffed up with white paint. Glue on tile. Overall we love the home but when buying a expensive home it should be really nice. Little things like this show how this home was thrown together as fast as possible.
