extremely sloppy work overall and not very courteous with all the problems we were having.

After possession of the house, toilets flooded due to main pipe outside the street, and lennar was not helpful in fixing the problem or cleaning the mass inside the house

We purchased a brand new house not a fixer?

We purchased a brand new house not a fixer Right? We only purchased from Lennar because of the lot. Our house sits on hole 3 at Copper River Golf Course. Before we moved into our home we noticed water coming up the grout of the tile in the living and kitchen. 5 months later the problem is still not fixed and Lennar is totally dragging their feet fixing the issue. We will have to move out until our new home if fixed! Purchasing a new home should have been a great experience....it was just the opposite.

Very unsatisfied with the quality of the house in general. Found many imperfections inside on out of the home, which we had the opportunity to addressed through Lennard's service request website. However, many of the imperfections have not been fixed two months after of being in the home and still no answer as when our request to fix these items will happened. I feel I am being ignored because I have made the request more than once. did not expect so many imperfections for being a new home and when asked Lennard to fix stuff they would only patch and covered the imperfections.
