Worst experience, poor structural quality

I am very scared about the stability of my new home. Poor quality of wood and other materials 1. Foundation concrete is not strong due to lack of steel structure please visit Wilson houses for reference how they use steel structure in the Foundation 2. No structural supervision by manager. It is your luck how they build 3. No use of 5×3 or 6x4 wood for top of windows and all attached 2x3 Poor quality wood 4. I am very disappointed with quality 5. They need to improve quality and supervision of engineers 6. Need proper quality check for construction

Compared to other home builders, Lennar falls short. Lennar's saying "Everything is Included" should be changed to "Nothing is Included." You want to customize Ethernet Cables in the house? NOPE. Rain Gutters? NOPE. In fact, all the stuff that IS included is the standard stuff you get for free, except it's probably the lowest quality materials/products available. The "quartz" type material used for the countertops is a nightmare to clean. If you spill anything on it, it will absorb it and stain as if it was permanent marker. Everything IS NOT Included

Purchased house expecting to have installed what was advertised on their website as part of "Everything included". I did not get USB outlets, exhaust fan in master WC, or smart thermostat. In addition, building plans show exhaust fans in laundry room and master WC, but were not installed. The fine print says lennar has the right to change everything. So regardless of what it shown on building plans or website, lennar has the right to not install it. Not what I expected from a company that I felt had a good reputation.

This house is nothing but issues from the beginning. I would never ever ask anyone to buy a home with Lennar again. Just bad communication with everything and cheap product.

Lennar builds with cheap materials and labor. Their finish work is horrible. Regret being one their townhouses in Clovis.

After possession of the house, toilets flooded due to main pipe outside the street, and lennar was not helpful in fixing the problem or cleaning the mass inside the house

We purchased a brand new house not a fixer?

We purchased a brand new house not a fixer Right? We only purchased from Lennar because of the lot. Our house sits on hole 3 at Copper River Golf Course. Before we moved into our home we noticed water coming up the grout of the tile in the living and kitchen. 5 months later the problem is still not fixed and Lennar is totally dragging their feet fixing the issue. We will have to move out until our new home if fixed! Purchasing a new home should have been a great experience....it was just the opposite.

Very unsatisfied with the quality of the house in general. Found many imperfections inside on out of the home, which we had the opportunity to addressed through Lennard's service request website. However, many of the imperfections have not been fixed two months after of being in the home and still no answer as when our request to fix these items will happened. I feel I am being ignored because I have made the request more than once. did not expect so many imperfections for being a new home and when asked Lennard to fix stuff they would only patch and covered the imperfections.
