We were extremely fortunate to purchase a brand new home from Lennar’s Pinnacle Series. We had outgrown our previous Lennar home and really needed more space. This is exactly what our new Lennar home has given us. We love the layout and appreciate the beautiful craftsmanship as well as the awesome features this home offers. Special props to Ron for the introductory tour and follow up to ensure everything met our expectations and that we settled in comfortably. Great experience overall especially the follow-ups after getting our keys.

Staffing was great from the first viewing of the model Lisa was very welcoming to the very end . Aubrey the loan officer was amazing she was always there to answer any questions.

After all the walk through s and living in the home a few months I know see how some stuff is not like we thought. Handles on cabinet in quest bathroom not put on straight, bottom of cabinet scuffed up with white paint. Glue on tile. Overall we love the home but when buying a expensive home it should be really nice. Little things like this show how this home was thrown together as fast as possible.

This house is everything my Fiance and I ever wanted. Gabriel and his staff also treated us like family and they helped make this house feel like a home. My fiance and I are only 27, but we know that we want to spend the rest of out lives in this home and neighborhood.

There are a lot of chips in our tiles and our home is not square in most places. However, Gabriel and his team have been incredible in responding to our issues. Also, we purchased our solar (instead of taking the PPA). The solar company you use is awful, and I would recommend not buying from your company because the issues we have had. It is estimated that we lost a months mortgage payment to their lack of diligence, and inept ability to communicate where their customers. I honestly have told people to go to other builders due to your choice of solar company. Other than that, I love our home.

I love everything about our Lennar home, from the craftsmanship, customer service & home automaton this house has been perfect in every way from the day it was constructed

home is beautiful, l love it, but there landscaping could use some upgrades, trying to put backyard in, its hard as a rock and full of rocks and cement when you dig, to much bark in front, it just hides the bugs, watering system all wrong, look at the neighborhood, most have removed the plants because they mostly all died, upgrade that part and u have a house that cant be beat!

The two areas i find poor is the height of the microwave. It is so high to be unusable. The master shower is beautiful but poor design. It has subway tile on floor which is slick. I almost fell. I love my home. Great floorplan.

Feel like we were forced to have solar. With no options

I am very pleased with the new home so far everything has been good, no major issues at all.

Overall a very good home in a desirable community. For a home of this price I would expect them to polish out the details a bit better from the get go though. They do have Sam, who is excellent at taking care of those issues...after the purchase. No major issues so far though. One advice - if you get limestone tile - seal it right away. Happy with the purchase overall!
