Very dependable and good value. Attention to details was very good except a few minor things, e.g., single zone thermo and no WiFi controlled garage door. We appreciated the trusting experience wanting us more of Lennar. Too bad, there isn't any where we are interested but who knows?

With the builder's "everything included" policy, it was simple to pick a place knowing most of what we needed was part of the package. I used Lennar Mortgage, so my purchase truly was "one stop." Everyone from the sales consultant, to the loan management team was super helpful and did everything they could to make sure the sale went through. An unexpected bonus has been the on-site construction management team that is always around to fix minor issues or answer questions about the home's features. This is my first new construction home and I couldn't be happier with the results.

The quality of the home is impressive along with upgrades that are standard to their homes. I am very happy with the craftsmanship of the homes The customer service is outstanding. Two people really made me feel valued. Cindy Wilke who greeted me ams helped me decide to purchase a home and Mel Martinez who helped with any questions and actions needed to my home upon purchase.
